1 Di da loladafa ani dodo afae gilisili mai ganiya: be. Amasea, na da di logoa gousa: sea, na da di nonogosea, enoga da anima bagade hame dawa: la: loba.
O that thou [wert] as my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! [when] I should find thee without, I would kiss thee; yea, I should not be despised.

His left hand [should be] under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.
4 Yelusaleme uda! Dilia ania sasagesu hou mae hedofama: ne, anima ilegele sia: ma.” Yelusaleme Uda ilia da amane sia: i,
I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that ye stir not up, nor awake [my] love, until he please.
5 “Nowa da hafoga: i sogeganini ea sasagesu dunu amo ela lobo sioga: ne manabela: ?” Uda da amane sia: sa, ‘A: bele’ ifaha (amogawi di lalelegei) na da di didilisi.
Who [is] this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I raised thee up under the apple tree: there thy mother brought thee forth: there she brought thee forth [that] bare thee.

Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love [is] strong as death; jealousy [is] cruel as the grave: the coals thereof [are] coals of fire, [which hath a] most vehement flame. (Sheol )

Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if [a] man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned.
8 “Ninia da uda mano ninia aeya gala. Be ea dodo da asa, hame misi. Goi ayeligi da e lamusa: lobo dila masea, ninia da amo uda manoma adi hamoma: bela: ?
We have a little sister, and she hath no breasts: what shall we do for our sister in the day when she shall be spoken for?
9 E da fedege agoane dobea agoane esalea, ninia da e gaga: ma: ne silifa diasu sedade gagagula heda: mu. Be e da logo ga: su agoane esalea, ninia da e gaga: ma: ne, dolo ifa gaga: i beano amo sagamu.” Uda da amane sia: sa,
If she [be] a wall, we will build upon her a palace of silver: and if she [be] a door, we will inclose her with boards of cedar.
10 “Na da dobea gala. Na dodo da amo dobea ea diasu sedade gagagula heda: i. Na sasagesu dunu da dawa: Na da ani esalea, olofole amola dogo denesi agoane ba: sa. Dunu da amane sia: i,
I [am] a wall, and my breasts like towers: then was I in his eyes as one that found favour.
11 Soloumane da Ba: ile Ha: imone moilaiga waini efe sagai diala. Waini efe sagai ouligisu dunu ilia da amo sagai amoga hawa: hamone, gamimusa: , su (rent) ema bidi iaha. Ilia da afae afae silifa fage 1000agoane ema iaha.
Solomon had a vineyard at Baal-hamon; he let out the vineyard unto keepers; every one for the fruit thereof was to bring a thousand [pieces] of silver.

13 “Na dogolegei! Na da dia sia: sagaiaganini sia: be nabima: ma! Na sigi aligisu dunu da dia sia: be nabimusa: oulela.” Uda da amane sia: i,
Thou that dwellest in the gardens, the companions hearken to thy voice: cause me to hear [it].
14 “Na sasagesu! Nama misa! ‘Gasele dia’ amola waha debe ‘dia’ gawali goumi alelaloi (amogawi hedama: ne fodole nasu bugi da heda: sa) amoga esalebe, agoaiwane nama misa. Sia: ama dagoi
Make haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices.
