Soloumane ea Gesami 3
1 Na gasi huluane bobaligilalebe, na da na golasuga golai dialu, na sasagesu dunu simasia ba: i. Na da e hogolalu be hame ba: i.
On my couch by night, I sought him whom my soul hath loved; I sought him, and I found him not!
2 Na da moilai bai bagadega amoga logoba: le amola logo fonoboiba: le, e hogosa lalalu. Na da e hogolalu, be hame ba: i.
— Pray, let me rise, and go round the city, In the streets and in the broad places, I seek him whom my soul hath loved! — I sought him, and I found him not.
3 Sosodo aligisu dunu amo da moilai ouligili lalebe da na ba: i. Na da ilima amane adole ba: i, ‘Dilia da na sasagesu dunu ba: bela: ?’
The watchmen have found me, (Who are going round about the city), 'Him whom my soul have loved saw ye?'
4 Na da ili yolesilalu, e ba: i. Na da e gagulaligili, amola e masa: ne mae yolesili dialobawane, na da e adole, na: me ea diasuga oule asili, sesei amoga na da lalelegei, amoga e oule asi.
But a little I passed on from them, Till I found him whom my soul hath loved! I seized him, and let him not go, Till I brought him in unto the house of my mother — And the chamber of her that conceived me.
5 Yelusaleme uda dilia! Hehenasu ‘dia’ amola ‘gasele dia’ ilia houba: le, sia: dafawaneyale ilegema! Ania sasagesu gilisili fibi hou mae hedofama: ne sia: ma!” Uda da amane sia: i,
I have adjured you, daughters of Jerusalem, By the roes or by the hinds of the field, Stir not up nor wake the love till she please!
6 “Hafoga: i sogeganini manebe liligi da adila: ? Amo da mobi ganumu amo da gabusiga: manoma amola ‘me’ (bidi lasu dunu amoga lasu liligi agoai) agoane naba, agoai liligi ba: sa.
Who [is] this coming up from the wilderness, Like palm-trees of smoke, Perfumed [with] myrrh and frankincense, From every powder of the merchant?
7 Soloumane da ea fisu da: iya fili, enoga gaguli manebe ba: sa. Dadi gagui dunu Isala: ili soge ganodini baligili noga: i dunu 60 agoane da ea da: i sosodo aligisu dunu, e sigi manebe ba: sa.
Lo, his couch, that [is] Solomon's, Sixty mighty ones [are] around it, Of the mighty of Israel,
8 Ilia huluane da gobihei bagade amoga gegemu hou bagade dawa: Ilia da gegesu bagohame hamobeba: le, gasa bagade gala. Soloumane ea ha lai da gasia ema doagala: sa: besa: le, ilia afae afae da gegesu gobihei gagusa.
All of them holding sword, taught of battle, Each his sword by his thigh, for fear at night.
9 Hina bagade Soloumane da fisu amo noga: idafa ifa amoga hamoi, amoga fila heda: le, enoga gaguli ahoanebe ba: sa.
A palanquin king Solomon made for himself, Of the wood of Lebanon,
10 Amo fisu ea bada da silifa amoga dedeboi. Abula amo da gouliga ga: muga: legei da ea fisu dedebosa. Ea bada fugulu dedebosu liligi da yoi abula amo Yelusaleme uda ilia da asigiwane amunasi.
Its pillars he made of silver, Its bottom of gold, its seat of purple, Its midst lined [with] love, By the daughters of Jerusalem.
11 Saione uda, dilia! Hina bagade Soloumane ba: la misa! Ea dialuma da: iya, habuga figisi dialebe ba: sa. Ea uda lasu esoga, e da hahawane bagade ba: i. Amola ea: me da amo esoga amo habuga ea dialuma da: iya figisi.”
Go forth, and look, ye daughters of Zion, On king Solomon, with the crown, With which his mother crowned him, In the day of his espousals, And in the day of the joy of his heart!
