“To the chief musician Al-tashcheth, by David, a Michtham.” Do you indeed, who are dumb, speak righteously? do ye judge in uprightness, O ye sons of men?
2 Hame mabu! Dilia da wadela: i hou amola soge ganodini sesele fane legesu hou amo fawane hamomusa: dawa: lala.
Even in [your] heart ye work injustice: on the earth do ye weigh out the violence of your hands.
3 Wadela: i hamosu dunu da ilia esalusu ganodini wadela: i hou fawane hamonana. Ilia da ilila: lalelegei eso amogainini ogogosu hou fawane hahamona mana.
The wicked are estranged [from goodness] from the womb: those who speak lies go astray from their very birth.
4 Ilia da saya: be defo defele amoga nabai gala. Ilia da saya: be hi gobele ge ga: be amo da ea ouligisu dunu amola sema nabi dunu ea hamoma: ne sia: i hame naba, amo defele, ilia da Gode Ea sia: hamedafa naba.
They have poison like the poison of a serpent: [they are] like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;
5
Which will not hearken to the voice of conjurers, yea, that of the wisest of all charmers.
6 Gode! Ilia da nimi bagade laione wa: me agoai ba: sa. Ilia bese guguma!
O God, break out their teeth in their mouth: the jaw-teeth of the young lions tear thou out, O Lord.
7 Ilia da hano yogo agoane asili hame ba: sa, Amo defele, ilia amola da mini masunu da defea. Ilia wadela: i gisi logo sa: ili, osa: gi agoai ba: ma: ma.
Let them melt away as water [which] runneth off: when each one bendeth [his bow to shoot] his arrows, let them be as if cut in pieces.
8 Ilia da gulu amo da hayoga ahoasea, eso gia: sea daeyabe, amo defele agoane ba: mu da defea! Ilia da mano bogoiwane lalelegele hayo hame ba: be agoaiwane ba: mu da defea.
As a snail which melteth, let him pass away; like the untimely birth of a woman which hath not seen the sun.
9 Ilia da hame dawa: igawane, wadela: i gisi damui agoai ba: mu. Ilia da esaleawane, Gode da ougili ili fulabole fasimu.
Before your pots can feel the thorns, will he take them away with a whirlwind, both the green and the burning.
10 Moloidafa dunu da wadela: i hamosu ilia se dabe labe ba: sea, hahawane ba: mu. Ilia da wadela: i hamosu dunu ilia maga: me degele masunu.
The righteous will rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he will bathe his steps in the blood of the wicked.
11 Osobo bagade dunu da amane sia: mu, “Dafawane! Gode da moloidafa dunuma noga: i bidi sagosa! Dafawane! Osobo bagade fifi asi gala ilima fofada: ma: ne, Godedafa da esala!”
So that a man shall say, Verily fruit will come for the righteous: verily there is a God that judgeth on the earth.
