1 Hina Gode da na hadigi amola na gaga: su gala. Na da eno dunuba: le hame beda: mu. Hina Gode da na se nabasu huluane mae ba: ma: ne, gaga: sa. Na da hamedafa beda: mu.
“Of David.” The Lord is my light and my salvation; of whom shall I be afraid? the Lord is the fortress of my life; of whom shall I have dread?
2 Wadela: i hamosu dunu ilia da na medole legemusa: doagala: sea, ilia da didigabone dafasa.
When evil-doers come near against me to eat up my flesh, my assailants and my enemies at me: then do they stumble and fall.
3 Dadi gagui dunu wa: i da na fane legemusa: eale sisiga: le disisia, na da hame beda: mu. Amola nama ha lai dunu da na doagala: sea amolawane, na da gebewane Godema dafawaneyale dawa: lalumu.
If an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: if war should arise against me, even then will I have trust.
4 Na da Hina Godema liligi afae fawane adole ba: i. Na da liligi afae fawane hanai gala. Na hanai amo da, Na da eso huluane esalea, Hina Gode Ea diasu ganodini esalumu na da hanai. Na da amogawi ea noga: idafa hou amoma fofogadigili nodone ba: mu, amola Ema E da Ea hou nama olelema: ne adole ba: mu.
One thing have I asked of the Lord, that I will seek for: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the loveliness of the Lord, and to be every morning early in his temple.
5 Bidi hamosu esoga, E da na ougihalesimu. E da na Ea Debolo diasu ganodini gemu. Amola magufu sedade, amo da: iya E da na gemu.
For he will hide me in his pavilion on the day of evil; he will conceal me in the secret of his tabernacle; upon a rock will he place me high.
6 Amaiba: le, na da nama ha lai dunu nama eale sisiga: le disibi ili hasalimu. Na da nodone wele sia: nanawane Hina Gode Ea Debolo diasu amo ganodini Ema gobele salasu hamomu. Amola na da Hina Godema gesami hea: mu amola nodone sia: mu.
And now will my head be lifted up above my enemies all round about me; and I will sacrifice in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy: I will sing, and I will triumphantly play unto the Lord.
7 Hina Gode! Na da Dima wele sia: sea, na wele sia: be nabima! Nama asigiba: le, na sia: alofema!
Hear, O Lord, my voice, [when] I call, and be gracious unto me, and answer me.
8 Di da nama, “Nama nodone sia: ne gadola misa!” amane sia: noba, na da bu adole i, “Hina Gode! Na da misunu!
Of thee, said my heart, “Seek ye my presence”: thy presence, Lord, will I seek.
9 Di da nama mae wamoaligima!” Nama mae ougima! Na da dia hawa: hamosu dunu. Dia na hamega mae fisiagama. Di da na fidisu dunu galu. Gode, na Gaga: sudafa! Na mae yolesiagama!
Hide [then] not thy face from me; reject not in anger thy servant, thou [who] hast been my help: cast me not off, nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
10 Na ada amola ame ela da na gogolesa ganoma: bela: ? Na hame dawa: Be Hina Gode da na noga: le ouligimu.
For my father and my mother have forsaken me; but the Lord will take me up.
11 Hina Gode! Dia na hamoma: ne hanai amo nama olelema. Nama ha lai dunu da bagohame gala. Amaiba: le, Dia na oule, se hame nabimu logo amoga oule masa.
Point me out thy way, O Lord! and guide me on a level path, because of those that regard me enviously.
12 Nama ha lai dunu da ogogosu amola beda: ma: ne magagisu amoga na doagala: sa. Ilia da nama hasalasisa: besa: le, na mae yolesiagama.
Give me not up to the [revengeful] desire of my assailants; for there are risen up against me false witnesses, and such as utter violence.
13 Na da na osobo bagadega esalusu amo ganodini, Hina Gode Ea noga: idafa hou ba: mu, amo na da dawa: digisa.
Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of life—
14 Hina Gode Ea hou dafawaneyale dawa: ma! Baligili da: i dione mae heawini dawa: ma! Hina Gode Ea hou dafawaneyale dawa: ma!
Wait on the Lord; be strong, and let thy heart be of good courage; and only wait on the Lord.
