1 Nowa da Bagade Dawa: su Hou amoma asigi galea, e da ea hou hahamomusa: gagabole sia: amo nabimu hanai. Hou hahamomusa: sia: su amoma higamu da gagaoui.
Whoso loveth correction loveth knowledge; but he that hateth reproof is brutish.
2 Hina Gode da dunu noga: i hahawane dogolegele ba: sa. Be nowa da wadela: le hamomusa: ilegesea, E da ilima fofada: nanu, se iasu imunu agoai galebe.
The good obtaineth favor of the Lord; but a man of wicked devices will he condemn.
3 Wadela: i hou hamosu da gaga: su hamedafa iaha. Be moloidafa dunu da gasawane lela.
A man cannot be firmly established by wickedness; but the root of the righteous will not be moved.
4 Egoa da uda noga: idafa amo hahawane ba: sa. Be uda da moloi hou hame hamosea, egoa da gogosiasa. Amola amo uda da egoa ema olo ea gasa ganodini madelabe defele amo dunu ea hou wadela: sa.
A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but as rottenness in his bones is one that bringeth shame [on him].
5 Moloidafa dunu da dilima moloi hou fawane hamosa. Be wadela: i dunu da dilima ogogosu hou fawane hamosa.
The thoughts of the righteous are justice: the best counsels of the wicked are deceit.
6 Wadela: i hamosu dunu ilia sia: da dunu eno wamo bogoma: ne fane legebe defele. Be moloidafa dunu ilia sia: da dunu amo da enoga magagisa, ilima gaga: su agoane ba: sa.
The words of the wicked are of lying in wait for blood; but the mouth of the upright will deliver them.
7 Wadela: i hamosu dunu da dafane bogosea, iligaga fi hame ba: mu. Be moloidafa dunu iligaga fi da esalumu.
The wicked are suddenly overthrown, and are no more; but the house of the righteous will endure.
8 Di da asigi dawa: su ida: iwane galea, dunu amola uda huluane da dia dio gaguia gadomu. Be di da gagaoui agoane hamosea, ilia di da hamedei dunu agoai dawa: mu.
In accordance with his intelligence is a man praised; but he that is perverse of heart will come to be despised.
9 Di da mafua dunu amola di hawa: hamobeba: le fawane ha: i manu lamu da defea. Be di da ogogole mimogo gasa fi di fawane hamosea, be ha: i manu hame ba: mu da defea hame.
Better is he that is lightly esteemed who hath a servant, than he that aimeth after honor, and lacketh bread.
10 Bagade dawa: su dunu e da ea ohe amoma asigisa, amola e da noga: le ouligisa. Amola dunu moloi hou hame hamobe ea da ea ohe amoma dodona: gini, noga: le hame ouligisa.
A righteous man careth for the life of his beast; but the mercies of the wicked are cruelty.
11 Ifabi ouligisu dunu da gasa gala hawa: hamosea, amo dunu e ha: i manu bagade ba: sa. Be udigili hamedei hawa: hamosu hamomu da gagaoui agoai.
He that tilleth his ground will be satisfied with bread; but he that runneth after idle persons is void of sense.
12 Wadela: i hamosu dunu da wadela: i hou hamomusa: , amo logo fawane hogosa. Be moloidafa dunu da gasawane lela.
The wicked is covetous for the net of evil men; but [God] giveth root to the righteous.
13 Wadela: i hamosu dunu da ea sia: beba: le, hina: sani amoga daha. Be moloidafa dunu da mosolasu amoba: le hobeale ahoa.
In the transgression of his lips is the snare of the wicked; but the righteous cometh out of distress.
14 Di da dia hou hamosu amola dia sia: sia: su amo defele bidi lamu. Dia hamoi defele bidi lamu.
From the fruit of his mouth will a man be satisfied with what is good; and the recompense of a man's hands will be brought back unto him.
15 Gagaoui dunu da ilia hou da defeayale ili dawa: sa. Be bagade dawa: su dunu ilia da fada: i sia: ne iasu naba.
The way of a fool is straight in his own eyes; but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.
16 Gagaoui dunu da ougi ba: sea, e da dunu huluane nabima: ne ea ougi hedolo olelesa. Be asigi dawa: su noga: i dunu da odagia sisa: nosu nabasea, dabe hame sia: sa.
The wrath of the fool is known on the very day; but he that concealeth the disgrace is prudent.
17 Di da dafawane moloi sia: sia: sea, fofada: su da moloidafa ba: mu. Be dunu da ogogosu sia: sia: sea, moloidafa fofada: su da hame ba: mu.
He that uttereth truth announceth righteousness; but a false witness, deceit.
18 Hedolowane udigili sia: dasu da gegesu gobihei bagade ea hou defele, fa: gisa. Be noga: le dawa: le sia: dasu da uhinisisu agoai.
There is some one that useth words [which are] like the thrusts of a sword; but the tongue of the wise is healing.
19 Ogogosu hou da hedolowane bogosa. Be dafawanedafa hou da eso huluane esalalalumu.
The lip of truth will stand firm for ever; but only for a moment the tongue of falsehood.
20 Nowa da wadela: i hamomusa: dawa: sea da beda: ga fofogadigimu. Be nowa da hou ida: iwane hamomusa: dawa: sea da hahawane ba: mu.
Deceit is in the heart of those that contrive evil; but for the counsellors of peace there is joy.
21 Wadela: lesisu da noga: idafa dunu ema hame doaga: sa. Be wadela: i hamosu dunu da mosolasu fawane ba: sa.
No wrong can come unawares to the righteous; but the wicked are full of evil.
22 Hina Gode da ogogosu dunu ilima higasa. Be E da molole sia: su dunu ilima hahawane gala.
An abomination of the Lord are lips of falsehood; but they that deal in faithfulness [obtain] his favor.
23 Asigi dawa: su noga: i dunu da ilia dawa: i liligi bagade hame sia: sa. Be gagaoui dunu da bagade sia: beba: le, ilia hame dawa: su hou eno dunuma olelesa.
A prudent man concealeth [his] knowledge; but the heart of fools proclaimeth [their] folly.
24 Di da gasa bagade hawa: hamosea, di da gasa lamu. Be hihini hawa: hamosea, di da udigili hawa: hamosu dunu hamoi dagoi ba: mu.
The hand of the diligent will bear rule; but the indolent must become tributary.
25 Da: i diosu hou da fedege agoane, dia hahawane hou wamolamu. Be asigi sia: da dunu ea dogo bu denesimu dawa:
If there be care in the heart of man, let him suppress it; and a good word will change it into joy.
26 Moloidafa dunu da ea na: iyado dunuma logo noga: le olelesa. Be wadela: i hamosu dunu da wadela: i logoga ahoabeba: le, dafamu.
The righteous is more excellent than his neighbor; but the way of the wicked leadeth them astray.
27 Di da hihi dabulili hawa: hamosea, dia hanai liligi hame lamu. Be di da gasa bagade hawa: hamosea, bagade gaguiwane ba: mu.
The indolent roasteth not that which he hath caught in hunting; but the most precious wealth of man is diligence.
28 Moloidafa hou da esalusu logo olelesa. Be wadela: i hou da bogosu logo ahoasu olelesa.
On the path of righteousness there is life; and on her pathway there is immortality,
