1 Ninefe fi! Dawa: ma! Doagala: su da doaga: i dagoi! Dilima wadela: mu gasa bagade da doaga: i dagoi! Moilai bai bagadega gaga: musa: , gegesu liligi noga: le gaguma! Logo amo noga: le sosodo ouligima! Gegemusa: gini momagema!
A scatterer has come up to your face, Keep the bulwark, watch the way, Strengthen the loins, strengthen power mightily.
2 (Musa: Isala: ili fi ilima ha lai da ilia liligi noga: i amo huluane gaguli asi. Be amomane waha Hina Gode da bu Isala: ili fi gado gaguia gadomu, musa: hamoi amo defele.)
For YHWH has turned back to the excellence of Jacob, As [to] the excellence of Israel, For emptiers have emptied them out, And they have marred their branches.
3 Ha lai dadi gagui dunu ilia yoi da: igene ga: su gaguli maha. Ilia afaedidi abula amola da yoi gala. Ilia da doagala: musa: momagelala. Ilia sa: liode da hanu nei agoai amola ha: ha: na gala: i agoai hamoi. Amola hosi ilia hehenaia manebe.
The shield of his mighty ones has become red, Men of might [are in] scarlet, With fiery torches [is] the chariot in a day of his preparation, And the firs have been caused to tremble.
4 Sa: liode fila heda: i dunu ilia logoga hehenaia dunu gilisiba amogai ahoa. Ilia da moilai bagade logo ganodini asili, sinidigili nimiwane doula ahoa. Amo huluane da hanu nei agoane amola ha: ha: na bagade gala: i agoane hamoi.
In out-places the chariots shine, They go to and fro in broad places, Their appearances [are] like torches, As lightnings they run.
5 Ilia da dadi gagui ouligisu dunu ilima misa: ne sia: sa. Amo da ba: le gusuli ahoasea ilia da emo gigiawale dafafane ahoa. Amola doagala: su dunu da moilai bai bagade gaga: su dobea amoga hehenane, dobea muguluma: ne fudulu damui amo gaga: ma: ne gadodili gaga: su hamosa.
He remembers his majestic ones, They stumble in their goings, They hurry [to] its wall, And the covering is prepared.
6 Hano gadenene logo ga: i amo goudasa amola logo duiwane ba: sa. Amaiba: le, dunu hina bagade ea diasu ganodini esalu amo huluane beda: igia: sa.
Gates of the rivers have been opened, And the palace is dissolved.
7 Ilia da hina bagade idua amo gagulaligisa. Amola ea udigili hawa: hamosu a: fini ilia bagade asigili didigia: sa amola dafe sio agoane gogonomasa. Ilia bagade asigiba: le ilila: bida: igia medosa lelu.
And it is established—she has removed, She has been brought up, And her handmaids are leading as the voice of doves, Tabering on their hearts.
8 Ninefe fi da hano hihiga: i fili asi defele, moilai bai bagade yolesili, hehenane gadili ahoa. Be oda ilia ha: giwane wesa, “Aligima! Aligima!” Be afae da hamedafa sinidigisa.
And Nineveh [is] as a pool of waters, From of old it [is]—and they are fleeing! “Stand, stand”; and none is turning!
9 Gegesu dunu da gilisili sia: wesa, “Silifa amola gouli amo huluane ladima! Moilai bai bagade da amoga nabaidafa!”
Seize silver, seize gold, And there is no end to the prepared things, [To] the abundance of all desirable vessels.
10 Ninefe fi da wadela: lesi dagoi, soge hafoga: i agoai, dunu da huluane hobea: i dagoi. Ilia dogo ganodini bagadewane beda: i amogawane muguni dudugini sa: i, amola gasa hame amola odagi da maga: me gasa: ga: la: i.
She is empty, indeed, emptiness and waste, And the heart has melted, And the knees have struck together, And great pain [is] in all loins, And the faces of all of them have gathered paleness.
Where [is] the habitation of lionesses? And a feeding-place it [is] for young lions Where a lion has walked, an old lion, A lion’s whelp, and there is none troubling.
12 Musa: da goe osobo dogone fi bagade amo ea nimi da laione wa: me ea gasa agoai galu, be amomane waha da hame. Musa: Ninefe moilai bai bagade amo da laione wa: me mano ilia wamoaligisu amoga ilia da ohe hu nasu, agoai galu. Amola laione wa: me fi gawali amola aseme gilisili, ilia wamoaligisuga asili, amoga elea mano gaga: iwane esalebe ba: i. Laione wa: me ea da ohe bagade ga: ne nasu dawa: amo isole ea gawali amola mano iligili iasu, amola ea wamoaligisu da ohe hu amoga nabai ba: i. Be amomane moilai bai bagade da habi dianabela: ? Amo da wadela: lesi dagoi.
The lion is tearing parts [for] his whelps, And is strangling for his lionesses, And he fills his holes [with] prey, And his habitations [with] torn flesh.
13 Hina Gode Bagadedafa E da Ninefe fi ilima amane sia: sa, “Nifawane Ni dilima ha lai. Amola Nifawane da dilia sa: liode huluane gobele salimu. Amo dadi gagui huluane da gegenana fane legei ba: mu. Nifawane da liligi dunu ilia ladi amo bu Ni huluane ladimu. Dilia eagene sia: adole iasu dunu amo ilia sia: , dunu eno da hame nabimu.”
“Behold, I [am] against you,” A declaration of YHWH of Hosts, “And I have burned its chariot in smoke, And a sword consumes your young lions, And I have cut off your prey from the land, And the voice of your messengers is not heard anymore!”
