1 Goe da Hina Gode Ea sia: Isala: ili fi dunu ilima olelema: ne, Ma: lagaima sia: si.
The burden of the word of the Lord to Israel by the hand of his messenger. Lay [it], I pray you, to heart.
2 Gode da Ea fi dunudafa ilima amane sia: sa, “Na da musa: dilima asigisu amola wali asigisa.” Be ilia da Ema bu adole ba: sa, “Dia ninima asigisu hou da habodane olelebela: ?” Hina Gode da bu adole iaha, “Iso amola Ya: igobe da eyala yolala galu. Be Na da Ya: igobe amola egaga fi ilima asigisu.
I have loved you, says the Lord. And you said, Wherein have you loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? says the Lord: yet I loved Jacob,
3 Be Na da Iso amola egaga fi ilima higasu. Na da Iso ea agolo soge amo wadela: lesi amola sigua ohe ilisu amoga lalaloma: ne yolesi dagoi.”
and hated Esau and laid waste his borders, and made his heritage as dwellings of the wilderness?
4 Iso egaga fi (amo da Idomaide dunu) ilia da amane sia: sa, “Ninia moilai huluane da mugului dagoi, be ninia da bu buga: le gagumu.” Amasea, Hina Gode da bu adole imunu, “Defea! Bu gagumu da defea. Be Na da bu wadela: lesimu.” Dunu eno da ilima ‘Wadela: idafa Soge’ dio asulimu, amola ‘Dunu fi ilima Hina Gode da mae fisili, ougiwane dialumu,’ amo dio amola asulimu,” Hina Gode da amane sia: sa.
Because one will say, Idumea has been overthrown, but let us return and rebuild the desolate places; thus says the Lord Almighty, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall be called The borders of wickedness, and, The people against whom the Lord has set himself for ever.
5 Isala: ili fi dunu da ilia siga amo hou ba: mu. Amalu, ilia da amane sia: mu, “Hina Gode da Bagadedafa. E da Isala: ili soge ganodini amo fawane hame, be gadili amolawane gasa bagade hamonana.”
And your eyes shall see, and you shall say, The Lord has been magnified upon the borders of Israel.
6 Hina Gode Bagadedafa da gobele salasu dunuma agoane sia: sa, “Mano ilia da ilia ada ilima nodosa, amola hawa: hamosu dunu da ilia ouligisu dunu ilima nodosa. Defea! Na da dilia Ada! Amaiba: le, dilia abuliba: le Nama hame nodosala: ? Dilia da Na higasa. Be dilia Nama amane adole ba: sa, ‘Ninia da Dima habodane higabela: ?’
A son honors [his] father, and a servant his master: if then I am a father, where is mine honor? and if I am a master, where is my fear? says the Lord Almighty. You the priests are they that despise my name: yet you said, Wherein have we despised your name?
7 Dilia Nama agoane higasa. Dilia da Na oloda da: iya wadela: i ha: i manu gobele sala. Amalalu, dilia Nama agoane adole ba: sa, ‘Ninia da Dima habodane hame nodosula: ?’ Na da dilima bu adole imunu galebe. Dilia da Na oloda higabeba: le, Nama hame nodosu hou olelesa.
In that you bring to mine altar polluted bread; and you said, Wherein have you polluted it? In that you say, The table of the Lord is polluted, and that which was set thereon you have despised.
8 Dilia da ohe si dofoi o emo fi Nama gobele salimusa: gaguli masea, dilia amoga da liligi afae hame giadofabayale dawa: bela: ? Amai ohe amo eagene ouligisu dunuma iaba: ma: bela: ? E da dilia hahawane dogolegele ba: ma: bela: ? E da dilima liligi noga: i ima: bela: ? Hame mabu!” Hina Gode da amane sia: sa.
For if you bring a blind [victim] for sacrifices, [is it] not evil? and if you bring the lame or the sick, [is it] not evil? offer it now to your ruler, [and see] if he will receive you, if he will accept your person, says the Lord Almighty.
9 Waha, gobele salasu dunu dilia! Gode da ninima hahawane dogolegele ba: ma: ne adole ba: ma. E da dilia sia: ne gadosu hamedafa nabimu. Bai dilia giadofaiga.
And now entreat the face of your God, and make supplication to him. These things have been done by your hands; shall I accept you? says the Lord Almighty.
10 Hina Gode Bagadedafa da amane sia: sa, “Dilia udigili lalu amo Na oloda da: iya mae didima: ne, dunu afae da Debolo logo huluane ga: simu da defea. Na da dilima hahawane hame. Na da udigili hahawane iasu dilia da Nama gaguli maha, amo Na da hame lamu.
Because even among you the doors shall be shut, and [one] will not kindle [the fire of] mine altar for nothing, I have no pleasure in you, says the Lord Almighty, and I will not accept a sacrifice at your hands.
11 Osobo bagade fifi asi gala dunu huluane da Nama nodosa. Soge huluane amo ganodini ilia Nama gobele salasu amola gabusiga: manoma iasu hamosa. Huluane da Nama nodosa.
For from the rising of the sun even to the going down [thereof] my name has been glorified among the Gentiles; and in every place incense is offered to my name, and a pure offering: for my name is great among the Gentiles, says the Lord Almighty.
12 Be dilia da Na oloda da hamedei liligi sia: beba: le, amola wadela: i ha: i manu dilia higa: i liligi amoga gobele salabeba: le, dilia Nama hame nodosa.
But you profane it, in that you say, The table of the Lord is polluted, and his meats set thereon are despised.
13 Dilia da amane sia: sa, ‘Ninia da gobele salala helesa.’ Dilia da Nama higale mibolosa. Be dilia Nagili gobele salimusa: gaguli mabe amo si o emo wadela: i o inia liligi wamolale gaguli masea, amo da Na obenane lasa galebeya, mae dawa: ma!
And you said, These [services] are troublesome: therefore I have utterly rejected them with scorn, says the Lord Almighty: and you brought in torn victims, and lame, and sick: if then you should bring an offering, shall I accept them at your hands? says the Lord Almighty.
14 Nowa dunu da ea ohe gilisisu ganodini ohe ida: iwane gala e da Nama imunu sia: i dagoi be amo mae dawa: le, wadela: i ohe fawane Nama gobele salabeba: le, amo dunu da Na gagabusu aligibi ba: mu agoai galebe. Bai Na da Hina Bagadedafa amola fifi asi gala dunu huluanedafa da Naba: le beda: i.”
And cursed [is the man] who had the power, and possessed a male in his flock, and whose vow is upon him, and who sacrifices a corrupt thing to the Lord: for I am a great King, says the Lord Almighty, and my name is glorious among the nations.
