1 Yelusaleme hina bagade amo Adounaisidege da Yosiua da Yeligou mugululi ea hina bagade fane legei amo defele A: iai mugululi, ea hina bagade medole legei, amo nabi dagoi. E da Gibione dunu da Isala: ili dunuma gousa: su hamone, ilia fi amo ganodini esala amola nabi.
And whanne Adonysedech, kyng of Jerusalem, hadde herde these thingis, that is, that Josue hadde take Hai, and hadde destried it; for as Josue hadde do to Jerico and to the kyng therof, so he dide to Hay, and to the kyng therof; and that Gabaonytis hadden fled to Israel, and weren boundun in pees with hem,
2 Yelusaleme dunu fi da bagadewane beda: i. Bai Gibione da moilai bai bagade. Gibione da moilai huluane hina bagade gala amo defele galu. Ilia dadi gagui dunu da gasa bagade amola Gibione moilai ea defei da A: iai moilai defei baligiligai.
Adonysedech dredde greetli; for Gabaon was a greet citee, and oon of the kyngis citees, and grettere than the citee of Hai, and alle the fiyteris therof weren most stronge.

Therfor Adonysedech, kyng of Jerusalem, sente to Ocham, kyng of Ebron, and to Pharam, kyng of Herymoth, and to Japhie, kyng of Lachis, and to Dabir, kyng of Eglon, and seide,
4 “Nama fidila misa. Gibione moilai bai bagade dunu da Yosiua amola Isala: ili dunu ilima gousa: su hamoiba: le, na da Gibione doagala: musa: masunu.”
Stie ye to me, and helpe ye, that we fiyte ayens Gabaon, for it was yoldun to Josue, and to the sones of Israel.
5 Amo A: moulaide hina bagade biyale gala amo Yelusaleme hina bagade, Yamade hina bagade, La: igisi hina bagade amola Egelone hina bagade, ilia da gilisili Gibione moilai bai bagade sisiga: le, doagala: i.
Therfor fyue kyngis of Ammorreis, the kyng of Jerusalem, the kyng of Ebron, the kyng of Herymoth, the kyng of Lachis, the kyng of Eglon, weren gaderid, and stieden togidere with her oostis; and settiden tentis ayens Gabaon, and fouyten ayens it.

7 Amaiba: le, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu huluane (noga: idafa dadi gagui amola da asi) da Giliga: le yolesi.
And Josue stiede fro Galgala, and al the oost of fiyters, `the strengeste men, `with hym.
8 Hina Gode da Yosiuama amane sia: i, “Ilima mae beda: ma. Na da dima hasalasu hou i dagoi. Dunu afae da dima bu gasawane gegemu hamedei ba: mu.”
And the Lord seide to Josue, Drede thou not hem, for Y yaf hem in to thin hondis; noon of hem schal mow ayenstonde thee.
9 Daeya wa: le ahoanoba hadigi, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da Giliga: le fisili, Gibione moilai bai bagadega asi. Ilia da A: moulaide dunu ilima hedolowane doagala: loba, A:moulaide dunu da fofogadigi.
Therfor Josue felde sodenli on hem, and stiede in al the nyyt fro Galgala;
10 Hina Gode da hamoiba: le, A:moulaide dunu da Isala: ili dadi gagui dunu ba: loba, bagade beda: iba: le hobea: i. Isala: ili dadi gagui da ili bagohame Gibione moilai bai bagadega medole legele, sefasi. Sefasili, ilia da goumi adobo logo amo Bede Houlone amoga sefasili, Asiga moilai amola Ma: gida moilaiga doaga: i.
and the Lord `disturblide hem fro the face of Israel, and al to-brak with greet veniaunce in Gabaon. And Josue pursuede hem bi the weie of the stiyng of Betheron, and smoot `til to Azecha and Maceda.
11 A: moulaide dunu da goumi logoga Isala: ili dadi gagui ilima hobeale ahoananoba, Hina Gode da hamoiba: le, gibu mugene da ilima sa: ili mae fisili Asiga ahoasu amoga sa: i. Amola mugene igi amoga medole legei idi da Isala: ili dunuga medole legei idi amo baligi dagoi.
And whanne thei fledden the sones of Israel, and weren in the goyng doun of Betheron, the Lord sente grete stoonus on hem fro heuene, til to Azecha; and many mo weren deed bi the `stoonys of hail, than thei whiche the sones of Israel `smytiden bi swerd.
12 Amo esoha Hina Gode da hamoiba: le, Isala: ili dunu da A: moulaide dunuma hasali. Amola amo esoha, Isala: ili dunu huluane ba: ma: ne, Yosiua da Hina Gode hamoma: ne amane sia: i, “Eso! Di Gibione moilaiga gadodili leloma. Oubi! Di A: iyalone Fago amoga gadodili leloma.”
Thanne Josue spak to the Lord, in the dai in which he bitook Amorrey in the siyt of the sones of Israel; and Josue seide bifore hem, Sunne, be thou not mouyd ayens Gabaon, and the moone ayens the valei of Hailon.

And the sunne and the moone stoden, til the folc of God vengide it silf of hise enemyes. Whether this is not writun in the book of iust men? And so the sunne stood in the myddis of heuene, and hastide not to go doun in the space of o dai; so long a dai was not bifore and aftirward;
14 Amo hou amo Hina Gode da osobo bagade dunu ea sia: ne ba: su, musa: da hame ba: su amola fa: no amo hame ba: su. Hina Gode da Isala: ili fi fidima: ne gegei.
for the Lord obeiede to the vois of man, and fauyt for Israel.
15 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da Giliga: le abula diasu gilisisuga buhagi.
And Josue turnede ayen, with al Israel, in to the tentis of Galgala.
16 Be A: moulaide hina bagade biyale gala da hobeale, Ma: gida sogebi gele gelabo amo ganodini wamoaligi.
Forsothe fyue kyngis fledden, and hidden hem silf in the denne of the citee of Maceda.
17 Dunu eno da amo ba: i dagoi. Ilia wamoaligisu ilia da Yosiuama olelei.
And it was teld to Josue, that fyue kyngis weren foundun hid in the denne of the citee of Maceda.
18 E amane sia: i, “Gele gelabo amo ea logo holei igi bagadega ga: sima. Ouligisu dunu amo logo ouligima: ne sia: ma.
Which Josue comaundide to felowis, and seide, Walewe ye grete stoonus to the `mouth of the denne, and putte ye witti men, that schulen kepe the closid kyngis; sotheli nyle ye stonde,
19 Be dilia amogawi mae esaloma. Ninima ha lai amo sefasili ilia baligiga fane legema. Ilia moilai bai bagadega buhagimu logo hedofama. Dilia Hina Gode da fidibiba: le, dilia da amo dunu hasali dagoi.”
but pursue ye the enemyes, and slee ye alle the laste of fleeris; and suffre ye not hem entre in to the strengthis of her citees, whiche enemyes youre Lord God bitook in to youre hondis.
20 Yosiua amola Isala: ili dunu da amo dunu fane legei dagoi. Be mogili da ilia moilai bai bagade gagoi amo ganodini hobeale, ilia hame fane legei.
Therfor whanne the aduersaries weren betun with greet veniaunce, and weren almost wastid `til to deeth, thei that myyten fle Israel, entriden in to the strengthid citees.
21 Amalalu, Yosiua ea dunu huluane da hahawane Ma: gida abula diasu gilisisuga bu misi. Amalalu, amo soge dunu huluane da beda: iba: le, Isala: ili dunuma lasogole sia: mu bagadewane beda: i galu.
And al the oost turnede ayen hoole, and in hoole noumbre to Josue, in to Maceda, where the tentis weren thanne; and no man was hardi to grutche, `ether to make priuy noise, ayens the sones of Israel.
22 Amalalu, Yosiua da amane sia: i, “Gele gelabo logo doasili, amo hina bagade biyale gala nama oule misa.”
And Josue comaundide, and seide, Opene ye the `mouth of the denne, and brynge forth to me the fyue kyngis that ben hid therynne.
23 Amaiba: le, ilia da gele gelabo doasili, Yelusaleme, Hibalone, Yamade, La: igisi amola Egelone amoea hina bagade dunu gadili hiouginana asili,
And the mynystris diden, as it was comaundid to hem; and thei brouyten forth to Josue fyue kyngis fro the denne; the kyng of Jerusalem, the kyng of Ebron, the kyng of Herymoth, the kyng of Lachis, the kyng of Eglon.
24 Yosiuama oule misi. Amalalu, Yosiua da Isala: ili dunu huluane amola dadi gagui ouligisu dunu huluane da e sigi asi, amo ilia emo amo hina bagade dunu ilia gonomagi da: iya osa: la heda: ma: ne sia: i. Ilia amo hamoi dagoi.
And whanne thei weren led out to Josue, he clepide alle the men of Israel, and seide to the princes of the oost, that weren with hym, Go ye, and sette youre feet on the neckis of these kyngis. And whanne thei hadden go, and trediden the neckis of `the kyngis suget `to her feet,
25 Amalalu, Yosiua da ea dadi gagui hina dunuma amane sia: i, “Dilia mae beda: ma mae da: i dioma. Gasa bagadewane amola hahawane hamoma. Bai Hina Gode da dilima ha lai dunu huluane ninia wali hamoi defele hamomu.”
eft Josue seide to hem, Nyle ye drede, nethir `drede ye with ynne, be ye coumfortid, and be ye stronge; for the Lord schal do so to alle youre enemyes, ayens whiche ye schulen fiyte.
26 Amalalu, Yosiua da amo hina bagade biyale gala medole legele, ilia da: i hodo ifa biyale gala amoga hegoa: nesi. Ilia da amogawi hegoa: nesili dialu, eso dabe galu bu lai.
And Josue smoot, and killide hem, and hangide on fyue trees; and thei weren hangid `til to euentid.
27 Eso dabe amoga Yosiua da sia: beba: le, ilia da hina bagade dunu amo ilia da: i hodo ifaga fadegale, gele gelabo amo ganodini musa: hina bagade da wamoaligi amoga ha: digi. Ilia da gele bagade bagohame amoga gele gelabo ea logo holeiga dedeboi. Amo gele da wali eso amaiwane diala.
And whanne the sunne yede doun, he comaundide to felowis, that thei schulden put hem doun fro the iebatis; and whanne thei weren put doun, thei `castiden forth hem in to the denne, in which thei weren hid; and thei puttiden grete stoonus on the mouth therof, whiche stoonus dwellen `til to present tyme.
28 Yosiua da amo esoga, Ma: gida moilai bai bagade amola ea hina bagade doagala: le, fedele lai. Dunu huluane amo ganodini esalu e da medole legei. Dunu afae esalebe hame ba: i. E da Yeligou hina bagade ema hamoi defele, Ma: gida hina bagadema hamoi.
In the same dai Josue took also Maceda, and smoot bi the scharpnesse of swerd, and killide the kyng therof, and alle the dwelleris therof; he lefte not therynne, nameli, litle relikis; and he dide to the kyng of Maceda as he hadde do to the kyng of Jerico.
29 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da Ma: gida fisili, Libina moilai bai bagadega doagala: i.
Forsothe Josue passide with al Israel fro Maceda in to Lempna, and fauyt ayens it,
30 Hina Gode da fidibiba: le, Isala: ili dunu da amo moilai amola ea hina bagade hasali. Ilia dunu afae amoma hame asigiwane, huludafa fane legei. Ilia da Yeligou hina bagade ema hamoi amo defele Libina hina bagadema hamoi dagoi.
which the Lord bitook, with the kyng therof, in the hond of Israel; and thei smytiden the citee bi the scharpnesse of swerd, and alle the dwelleris therof, and leften not ony relikis therynne; and thei diden to the kyng of Lempna as thei hadden do to the kyng of Jerico.
31 Amalalu, Yosiua da Libina fisili, La: igisi moilai bai bagade amo sisiga: le, doagala: i.
Fro Lempna he passide with al Israel in to Lachis; and whanne the oost was disposid bi cumpas, he fauyt ayens it.
32 Eso ageyaduga, Hina Gode da fidibiba: le, Isala: ili dunu da La: igisi hasali. Ilia da Libina amoga hamoi defele dunu afae moilai ganodini amoma hame asigiwane, huludafa fane legei.
And the Lord bitook Lachis in the hond of the sones of Israel; and he took it in the tothir dai, and smoot bi the scharpnesse of swerd, and ech man, that was therynne, as he hadde do to Lempna.
33 Houla: me (Gise moilai bai bagade hina bagade) da La: igisi dunu fidimusa: misi, be Yosiua da e amola ea dadi gagui dunu hasali. Dunu afae esalebe hame ba: i.
In that time Yram, kyng of Gazar, stiede to helpe Lachis; whom Josue smoot, with al his puple, til to deeth.
34 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da La: igisi fisili, Egelone moilaiga asili, amo moilai sisiga: le, doagala: i.
And he passide fro Lachis in to Eglon,
35 Amo eso afaega ilia da moilai lai. Ilia da La: igisi fi ilima hamoi defele, dunu huluanedafa medole legei.
and cumpasside, and ouercam it in the same dai; and he smoot bi the scharpnesse of swerd alle men that weren therynne, bi alle thingis whiche he hadde do to Lachis.
36 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da Egelone moilai fisili, agolo sogega asili, Hibalone moilai bai bagadega doagala: i.
Also he stiede with al Israel fro Eglon in to Ebron, and fauyt ayens it,
37 Ilia da Hibalone lale, amo hina bagade dunu, amogai esalebe dunu huluane amola dunu huluane moilai sisiga: le ganodini esalu, medole legei. Yosiua ea sia: beba: le, ilia da Egelone moilai amoma hamoi defele, amo moilai gugunufinisi. Dunu afae amo ganodini esalebe hame ba: i.
and took, and smoot bi the scharpnesse of swerd; and the kyng therof, and alle citees of that cuntrey, and alle men that dwelliden therynne; he lefte not ony relikis therynne; as he hadde do to Eglon so he dide also to Ebron, and wastide bi swerd alle thingis that weren therynne.
38 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui da sinidigili, Dibe moilaiga doagala: i.
Fro thennus he turnyde in to Dabir, and took it, and wastide;
39 E da amo moilai, ea hina bagade amola dunu huluane moilale sisiga: le dialu amo ganodini esalu lai dagoi. Yosiua da Hibalone, Libina amola ela hina bagade dunu ilima hamoi defele, e da Dibe amola ea hina bagade amoma hamoi. E da ilia dunu huluane medole legei dagoi.
and he smoot bi the scharpnesse of swerd the kyng therof, and alle tounnes `bi cumpas; he lefte not ony relikis therynne; as he hadde do to Ebron, and to Lempna, and to `the kyngis of tho, so he dide to Dabir, and to the kyng therof.
40 Yosiua da soge huluane hasali. E da hina bagade huluane, amo agolo soge hina bagade, eso mabadi soge hina bagade, eso dabe agolo fonobahadi hina bagade amola hafoga: i soge ga (south) dialebe hina bagade huluane fane legei. E da dunu huludafa medole legei dagoi. Bai Isala: ili Hina Gode da amo hamoma: ne sia: beba: le.
And so Josue smoot al the `lond of the hillis, and of the south, and `of the feeld, and Asedoch with her kyngis; he lefte not therynne ony relikis, but he killide al thing that myyte brethe, as the Lord God of Israel comaundide to hym;

42 Isala: ili Hina Gode da ili fidimusa: gegeiba: le, Yosiua da amo hina bagade amola ilia soge huluane hasali dagoi.
and wastide with o fersnesse alle the kyngis, and `cuntreis of hem; for the Lord God of Israel fauyt for hym.
43 Amalalu, Yosiua amola ea dadi gagui dunu da Giliga: le abula diasu gilisisuga buhagi.
And he turnede ayen with al Israel to the place of tentis in Galgala.
