1 Hina Gode da Ba: bilone moilai bai bagade fi ilima Ea sia: ne iasu ilegei amo nama amane olelei,
The word that the Lord hath spoken against Babylon, and against the land of the Chaldeans in the hand of Jeremias the prophet.
2 “Fifi asi gala ilima olelema! Ha: giwane sisia: ma! Dawa: digima: ne hahamosu olelelalu, sisia: ma! Amo sia: mae wamolegema! Ba: bilone da dafai dagoi! Ea ogogosu ‘gode’ Madage da goudane sali! Ba: bilone loboga hamoi ogogosu ‘gode’ da gogosiasu lai dagoi! Ea wadela: idafa loboga hamoi ‘gode’ huluane da goudai dagoi!
Declare ye among the nations, and publish it, lift up a standard: proclaim, and conceal it not: say: Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is overthrown, their graven things are confounded, their idols are overthrown.
3 Gagoe (north) esalebe fi da Ba: bilone fi ilima doagala: musa: amola hafoga: i soge defele hamoma: ne wadela: musa: , misi dagoi. Dunu amola ohe da hobeamu, amola dunu da amogawi bu hame esalebe ba: mu.”
For a nation is come up against her out of the north, which shall make her land desolate: and there shall be none to dwell therein, from man even to beast: yea they are removed, and gone away.
4 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Amo eso doaga: sea, Isala: ili fi dunu amola Yuda fi dunu da gilisili, diginiwane, Na, ilia Gode, amo bu hogomusa: misunu.
In those days, and at that time, saith the Lord, the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Juda together: going and weeping they shall make haste, and shall seek the Lord their God.
5 Ilia da Saione Goumi amoga ahoasu logo Nama adole ba: mu. Amola ilia da amo logoga masunu. Ilia da eso huluane dialoma: ne Gousa: su Nama hamomu, amola ilia da amo hamedafa fimu.
They shall ask the way to Sion, their faces are hitherward. They shall come, and shall be joined to the Lord by an everlasting covenant, which shall never be forgotten.
6 Na fi dunu da sibi amo ilia ouligisu dunu da noga: le hame ouligibiba: le, goumia fisi dagoi agoane ba: sa. Ilia da sibi agoane, goumi afae yolesili, eno goumia ahoasu, agoane asili, ilia da ilia sogebidafa amo gogolei dagoi.
My people have been a lost flock, their shepherds have caused them to go astray, and have made them wander in the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their resting place.
7 Nowa da ili ba: sea da ilima doagala: sa. Ilia ha lai da amane sia: sa, ‘Ilia da ilia Hina Godema wadela: le hamoi dagoi. Amaiba: le, ninia da ilima doagala: mu da defea, wadela: i hame. Ilia aowa fi da Hina Gode Ea hou dafawaneyale dawa: i. Ilia amola da mae yolesili, Ema fa: no bobogemu da defea galu.’
All that found them, have devoured them: and their enemies said: We have not sinned in so doing: because they have sinned against the Lord the beauty of justice, and against the Lord the hope of their fathers.
8 Isala: ili fi dunu! Ba: bilone soge yolesili, hobeama! Dilia degabo amo soge yolesima!
Remove out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans: and be ye as kids at the head of the flock.
9 Na da gagoe (north) esalebe fi gilisisu ilima sia: beba: le, ilia da Ba: bilone amoga doagala: musa: misunu. Ilia da gegemusa: dadalele, Ba: bilone fi ilima doagala: le, hasalimu. Ilia da benea ahoasu dunu noga: idafa. Ilia dadiga gala: sea, giadofamu hame dawa:
For behold I raise up, and will bring against Babylon an assembly of great nations from the land of the north: and they shall be prepared against her, and from thence she shall be taken: their arrows, like those of a mighty man, a destroyer, shall not return in vain.
10 Ilia da Ba: bilone fi ilia liligi huluane gesowale lamu. Ilia hanai liligi ilia da udigili lamu. Na, Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.”
And Chaldea shall be made a prey: all that waste her shall be filled, saith the Lord.
11 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Ba: bilone fi dunu! Dilia da Na fi dunu ilima doagala: le, ilia liligi huluane gesowale lai dagoi. Dilia da hahawane ahoa. Fedege agoane, dilia da bulamagau amo gagoma ha: i manu lamusa: ososa: gisa o hosi amo da gogona: ahoabe, agoane ba: sa.
Because you rejoice, and speak great things, pillaging my inheritance: because you are spread abroad as calves upon the grass, and have bellowed as bulls.
12 Be dilia moilai bai bagade (Ba: bilone) da dafane gogosia: i dagoi ba: mu. Amola Ba: bilone fi da fifi asi gala amo ganodini gududafa dialebe ba: mu. Ba: bilone soge da wadela: i hafoga: i soge hamoi dagoi ba: mu.
Your mother is confounded exceedingly, and she that bore you is made even with the dust: behold she shall be the last among the nations, a wilderness unpassable, and dry.
13 Bai Na da ougi bagadeba: le, dunu afae Ba: bilone soge ganodini esalebe da hame ba: mu. Ba: bilone da mugului dagoi dialebe ba: mu, amola nowa dunu da amo soge baligimusa: ahoasea, da bagadewane fofogadigimu.
Because of the wrath of the Lord it shall not be inhabited, but shall be wholly desolate: every one that shall pass by Babylon, shall be astonished, and hiss at all her plagues.
14 Dilia dadi gagui dunu! Ba: bilone amoma doagala: musa: dadalema! E eale sisiga: ma! Dilia dadi huluane amoga, e gala: ma! Bai Ba: bilone fi da Na, Hina Gode, Nama wadela: le hamoi.
Prepare yourselves against Babylon round about, all you that bend the bow: fight against her, spare not arrows: because she hath sinned against the Lord.
15 Moilai bai bagade amo eale sisiga: le, gegemusa: halama! Wali Ba: bilone da fama: ne olei dagoi! Ea gagoi dobea da fili, mugului dagoi ba: sa. Na da Ba: bilone fi ilima dabe iaha. Amaiba: le, ha lai dunu! Ilima dabe ima! Ilia da eno dunuma hamoi, amo defele, ilima dabe bu ima.
Shout against her, she hath every where given her hand, her foundations are fallen, her walls are thrown down, for it is the vengeance of the Lord. Take vengeance upon her: as she hath done, so do to her.
16 Amo soge ganodini, ha: i manu bugima: ne amola faima: ne logo mae doasima! Ga fi dunu Ba: bilone soge ganodini esala, ilia da dadi gagui wa: i Ba: bilone fi ilima doagala: musa: manebe, ilima beda: iba: le, hi sogega bu masunu.”
Destroy the sower out of Babylon, and him that holdeth the sickle in the time of harvest: for fear of the sword of the dove every man shall return to his people, and every one shall flee to his own land.
17 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Isala: ili fi dunu da sibi amo laione wa: mega sefasi amola afagogoi dagoi, amo agoane ba: sa. Degabo, Asilia hina bagade da ilima doagala: i. Amasea, fedege agoane, Ba: bilone hina bagade Nebiuga: denese, da ilia gasa gagisu.
Israel is a scattered flock, the lions have driven him away: first the king of Assyria devoured him: and last this Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon hath broken his bones.
18 Amaiba: le, Na, Hina Gode Bagadedafa, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da Asilia hina bagade ema se iasu defele, hina bagade Nebiuga: denese amola ea fi ilima se imunu.
Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel: Behold I will visit the king of Babylon and his land, as I have visited the king of Assyria.
19 Na da Isala: ili fi ilia sogega buhagima: ne, logo doasimu. Ilia da ha: i manu amo da Gamele Goumia amola Ba: isia: ne sogega heda: lebe amo manu, amola ha: i manu bugi Ifala: ime soge amola Gilia: de sogega gala, amoga ilia hanaiga defele manu.
And I will bring Israel again to his habitation: and he shall feed on Carmel, and Bason, and his soul shall be satisfied in mount Ephraim, and Galaad.
20 Amo eso da doaga: sea, Isala: ili fi amola Yuda fi amo ganodini da wadela: i hou dialebe hame ba: mu. Bai dunu amo ilia esalusu Na da gaga: i, ilia wadela: i hou amola Na da gogolema: ne olofomu. Na, Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.”
In those days, and at that time, saith the Lord, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none: and the sin of Juda, and there shall none be found: for I will be merciful to them, whom I shall leave.
21 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Melada: ime fi amola Bigode fi (ela da Ba: bilone fi) ilima doagala: ma! Ilia huluane medole legele wadela: lesima! Na sia: i liligi huluane hamoma! Na, Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.
Go up against the land of the rulers, and punish the inhabitants thereof, waste, and destroy all behind them, saith the Lord: and do according to all that I have commanded thee.
22 Ba: bilone soge ganodini gegemusa: ha lasu da naba. Amola wadela: su bagade ba: sa.
A noise of war in the land, and a great destruction.
23 Ba: bilone da ‘ha: ma’ (hammer) agoane, fifi asi gala huluane fifima: ne fananu. Be wali amo ‘ha: ma’ da fifilasi dagoi. Ema doaga: i hou ba: beba: le, fifi asi gala huluane da bagadewane fofogadigisa.
How is the hammer of the whole earth broken, and destroyed! how is Babylon turned into a desert among the nations!
24 Ba: bilone fi! Dilia da nama gegenanu. Be wali dilia da sani amo Na da dili sa: ima: ne gei, amoga sa: i dagoi. Dilia da mae dawa: iwane amoga sa: i dagoi.
I have caused thee to fall into a snare, and thou art taken, O Babylon, and thou wast not aware of it: thou art found and caught, because thou hast provoked the Lord.
25 Na da Na gegesu liligi lidiligalei diasu amo doasili amola Na da ougiba: le, amo liligi gagui dagoi. Bai Na, Ouligisu Hina Gode Bagadedafa, da Ba: bilone sogega hawa: hamomu galaiou.
The Lord hath opened his armoury, and hath brought forth the weapons of his wrath: for the Lord the God of hosts hath a work to be done in the land of the Chaldeans.
26 La: ididili huluane amoga Ba: bilonema doagala: ma! Ea widi amola gagoma legesu diasu fima! Lai liligi amo widi lelegela heda: i agoane lelegela heda: ma! Soge wadela: ma! Liligi huluanedafa wadela: lesima!
Come ye against her from the uttermost borders: open that they may go forth that shall tread her down: take the stones out of the way, and make heaps, and destroy her: and let nothing of her be left.
27 Ba: bilone dadi gagui dunu huluane medole legema! Medole legema! Ba: bilone dunu da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: mu! Ilima se iasu eso da doaga: i dagoi.
Destroy all her valiant men, let them go down to the slaughter: woe to them, for their day is come, the time of their visitation.
28 (Mugululi asi dunu da Ba: bilone soge yolesili, hobeale, Yelusaleme diasuga doaga: sa. Ilia da sia: ne iasu amo ninia Hina Gode da Ba: bilone dunu ilima dabe i dagoi - bai ilia da Ea Debolo diasu wadela: lesi - amo ilia da olelesa.)
The voice of them that flee, and of them that have escaped out of the land of Babylon: to declare in Sion the revenge of the Lord our God, the revenge of his temple.
29 Dadi gagui dunu ilima ilia Ba: bilone fi doagala: ma: ne sia: ma! Dunu huluane amo da dadiga gala: su dawa: , amo gadili asunasima! Moilai sisiga: le, dunu afae mae hobeama: ne, logo huluane ga: ma! Ba: bilone fi ilima dabe ima. Ilia hou eno fi ilima hamoi, amo defele ilima hamoma! Bai ilia da Na, Isala: ili ilia Hadigi Gode, Nama gasa fili hamoi.
Declare to many against Babylon, to all that bend the bow: stand together against her round about, and let nose escape; pay her according to her work: according to all that she hath done, do ye to her: for she hath lifted up herself against the Lord, against the Holy One of Israel.
30 Amaiba: le, ilia ayeligi dunu da moilai logoga medole legei dagoi ba: mu. Amola amo esoga, ilia dadi gagui dunu da medole legei dagoi ba: mu. Na, Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.
Therefore shall her young men fall in her streets: and all her men of war shall hold their peace in that day, saith the Lord.
31 Ba: bilone! Di da gasa fi hou amoga nabai gala. Amaiba: le, Na, Ouligisudafa Hina Gode Bagadedafa, da dima ha lai hamoi dagoi. Na da dima se imunu eso ilegei, amo da doaga: i dagoi.
Behold I come against thee, O proud one, saith the Lord the God of hosts: for thy day is come, the time of thy visitation.
32 Dia hidale hamosu gasa fi da sadenane dafamu. Amola, dunu eno di wa: legadolesimu hamedafa ba: mu. Na da dia moilai bai bagade huluane laluga ulagimu. Amola liligi huluane sisiga: le dialebe da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: mu.”
And the proud one shall fall, he shall fall down, and there shall be none to lift him up: and I will kindle a fire in his cities, and it shall devour all round about him.
33 Hina Gode Bagadedafa da amane sia: sa, “Isala: ili fi amola Yuda fi da banenesiwane esalebe ba: sa. Dunu amo da ili gagulaligi, da ili ha: giwane sosodo aligisa. Amola ilia da ili se iasu udigili hawa: hamosu logo doasimusa: hame dawa:
Thus saith the Lord of hosts: The children of Israel, and the children of Juda are oppressed together: all that have taken them captives, hold them fast, they will not let them go.
34 Be ilia gaga: su dunu da gasa bagadewane esala. Ea dio da Hina Gode Bagadedafa. Hisu da ilimagale gegemu. E da osobo bagade fifi asi gala ilima olofosu iasimu. Be E da Ba: bilone fi ilima bidi hamosu iasimu.”
Their redeemer is strong, the Lord of hosts is his name: he will defend their cause in judgment, to terrify the land, and to disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.
35 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Ba: bilone soge da bogosu ba: ma! Ea fi dunu amola ouligisu dunu amola bagade dawa: su dunu da bogosu ba: mu.
A sword is upon the Chaldeans, saith the Lord, and upon the inhabitants of Babylon, and upon her princes, and upon her wise men.
36 Ea ogogosu balofede dunu da bogosu ba: mu. Ilia da gagaoui dunu. Ea dadi gagui dunu da bogosu ba: mu. Ilia da bagadewane beda: i.
A sword upon her diviners, and they shall be foolish: a sword upon her valiant ones, and they shall be dismayed.
37 Ea hosi amola sa: liode huluane wadela: lesima! Ea ga fi muni lama: ne hawa: hamosu dadi gagui dunu da bogosu ba: mu. Ilia da gasa hamedafa ba: sa. Ba: bilone liligi ida: iwane gala huluane wadela: lesima! Huluane gesowale lale dagoma!
A sword upon their horses, and upon their chariots, and upon all the people that are in the midst of her: and they shall become as women: a sword upon her treasures, and they shall be made a spoil.
38 Ea sogega esoi bagade iasima. Ea hano huluane hafoga: ma! Ba: bilone soge ganodini da loboga hamoi ogogosu ‘gode’ bagohame. Ea fi dunu da ilima beda: iba: le, gagaoui agoane ba: sa.
A drought upon her waters, and they shall be dried up: because it is a land of idols, and they glory in monstrous things.
39 Amaiba: le, Ba: bilone soge ganodini, Fio liligi amola wadela: i a: silibu amola ledo hamoi sio bagohame ba: mu. Dunu fi da amo soge ganodini hamedafa esalumu.
Therefore shall dragons dwell there with the fig fauns: and ostriches shall dwell therein, and it shall be no more inhabited for ever, neither shall it be built up from generation to generation.
40 Musa: hemonega, Na da Sodame amola Goumola amola amo sisiga: le dialebe moilai fonobahadi huluane amo wadela: lesi dagoi. Amo hou defele da Ba: bilone fi ilima doaga: mu. Dunu afae da amo ganodini wali amola eso huluane hame esalebe ba: mu. Na, Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.
As the Lord overthrew Sodom and Gomorrha, and their neighbour cities, saith the Lord: no man shall dwell there, neither shall the son of man inhabit it.
41 Gagoe (north) soge amoga fi bagadedafa da gegemusa: manebe. Hina bagade bagohame da gegemusa: momagesa.
Behold a people cometh from the north, and a great nation, and many kings shall rise from the ends of the earth.
42 Ilia da ilia dadi amola gegesu gobihei gagui dagoi. Ilia da nimi bagade hame asigi dunu. Ilia da hosi da: iya fila heda: le ahoasea, ilia ha lasu da hano wayabo bagade ea gafululi fugala: sa agoane naba. Ilia da Ba: bilone fi ilima doagala: musa: momagei dagoi.
They shall take the bow and the shield: they are cruel and unmerciful: their voice shall roar like the sea, and they shall ride upon horses: like a man prepared for battle against thee, O daughter of Babylon.
43 Ba: bilone hina bagade da ilia manebe sia: nabasea, ea lobo da bodola: le gudusa. E da uda da mano lalelegemu gadenesea se naba, amo defele e da se naba.
The king of Babylon hath heard the report of them, and his hands are grown feeble: anguish hath taken hold of him, pangs as a, woman in labour.
44 Laione wa: me da Yodane Hano bega: iwila amo yolesili, bulamagau ha: i manu mola: ya: i gisi soge amoga manebe, amo defele Na, Hina Gode da Ba: bilone dunu ilima doagala: musa: misunu. Amasea, Ba: bilone dunu da ilia moilai yolesili, hobeamu. Nowa da Na agoanela: ? Nowa da Nama doagala: mu dawa: bela: ? Nowa ouligisu dunu da Nama gegemusa: dawa: bela: ? Nama hasalasimu da hamedeidafa.
Behold he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of the Jordan to the strong and beautiful: for I will make him run suddenly upon her: and who shall be the chosen one whom I may appoint over her? for who is like to me? and who shall bear up against me? and who is that shepherd that can withstand my countenance?
45 Amaiba: le, Na da Ba: bilone soge amola ea fi dunu ilima hamoma: ne ilegesu amo nabima! Ilia huluane amola ilia mano da ga hiouginana asi dagoi ba: mu. Amasea, dunu huluane da bagadewane beda: mu.
Therefore hear ye the counsel of the Lord, which he hath taken against Babylon: and his thoughts which he hath thought against the land of the Chaldeans: surely the little ones of the flocks shall pull them down, of a truth their habitation shall be destroyed with them.
46 Ba: bilone da dafasea, sia: bagade nababeba: le, osobo bagade da igugumu. Amola fifi asi gala huluane da ilia beda: ga wele sia: nebe nabimu.
At the noise of the taking of Babylon the earth is moved, and the cry is heard amongst the nations.
