1 Yihoiagimi (Yousaia egefe) da Yuda hina bagade hou lai dagolalu,
In the beginning of the reign of king Sedekias, there came this word concerning Aelam.
2 amalalu, Hina Gode da nama amane sia: i, “Dia Debolo gagoi amo ganodini lelu, Na sia: dima sia: ma: ne olelei, amo huluane dunu amo da Yuda moilaiga guiguda: nodone sia: ne gadomusa: misi, ilima Na sia: olelema. Sia: huluanedafa, afae mae fisili, olelema!
FOR EGYPT, AGAINST THE POWER OF PHARAO NECHAO KING OF EGYPT, who was by the river Euphrates in Charmis, whom Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon smote in the fourth year of Joakim king of Juda.
3 Amabela: ? Dunu da nabimu amola ilia wadela: i hou yolesima: bela: ? Ilia da agoane hamosea, Na da Na asigi dawa: su afadenene, wadela: su Na ilia wadela: i hou hamobeba: le ilima iasimusa: ilegei, amo ilima hame iasimu.”
Take up arms and spears, and draw nigh to battle;
4 Hina Gode da nama, na da Ea sia: ilima alofele imunu sia: i, “Na, Hina Gode, da dilima Na sia: nabima: ne, amola Na olelesu fa: no bobogema: ne sia: i dagoi.
and harness the horses: mount, ye horsemen, and stand ready in your helmets; advance the spears, and put on your breast-plates.
5 Amola Na hawa: hamosu dunu, amo da balofede dunu Na dilima asula ahoanana, amo ilia sia: nabima: ne sia: i. Be dilia da ilia sia: hamedafa nabi.
Why do they fear, and turn back? even because their mighty men shall be slain: they have utterly fled, and being hemmed in they have not rallied, saith the Lord.
6 Dilia da mae sinidigili, hame nabasu hou bu hamonanea, Na da Debolo diasu amoga hou Na da Siailou amoga hamoi, defele hamomu. Amasea, osobo bagade fifi asi gala dunu huluane da Yelusaleme ea dioba: le, gagabusu aligima: ne ilegemu.”
Let not the swift flee, and let not the mighty man escape to the north: the [forces] at Euphrates are become feeble, and they have fallen.
7 Gobele salasu dunu amola balofede dunu amola dunu huluane da Na Debolo ganodini sia: i liligi huluane nabi.
Who is this [that] shall come up as a river, and as rivers roll [their] waves?
8 Amola na da Hina Gode Ea adosi huluane sia: i dagolesiloba, ilia da na gagulaligili, bagade wele sia: i, amane, “Di da amo sia: sia: beba: le, ninia di medole legemu da defea.
The waters of Egypt shall come up like a river: and he said, I will go up, and will cover the earth, and will destroy the dwellers in it.

Mount ye the horses, prepare the chariots; go forth, ye warriors of the Ethiopians, and Libyans armed with shields; and mount, ye Lydians, bend the bow.
10 Yuda ouligisu dunu da amo hou hamobe nababeba: le, hina bagade diasu yolesili, Debolo diasuga hehenane, Logo Ga: su Gaheabolo gadenenewane lelu.
And that day [shall be] to the Lord our God a day of vengeance, to take vengeance on his enemies: and the sword of the Lord shall devour, and be glutted, and be drunken with their blood: for the Lord [has] a sacrifice from the land of the north at the river Euphrates.
11 Amalalu, gobele salasu amola balofede dunu da ouligisu dunu amola dunudafa ilima amane sia: i, “Amo dunu da ninia moilai bai bagade amoma wadela: lesimusa: sia: beba: le, ema fofada: nanu medole legemu da defea. Dilia da ea hou amo dilia gega nabi dagoi.”
Go up to Galaad, and take balm for the virgin daughter of Egypt: in vain hast thou multiplied thy medicines; there is no help in thee.
12 Amalalu, na da amane sia: i, “Hina Gode Hisu da sia: amo na da Debolo amola moilaiga huluane alofele sia: ma: ne, asunasi.
The nations have heard thy voice, and the land has been filled with thy cry: for the warriors have fainted fighting one against another, [and] both are fallen together.
13 Dilia esalusu hou amola hamobe hou huluane afadenene, Hina Gode Ea sia: nabima. Amai galea, E da Ea asigi dawa: su afadenene, wadela: su amola se iasu amo E da dilima iasima: ne sia: i, amo dilima hame iasimu.
THE WORDS WHICH THE LORD SPOKE by Jeremias, concerning the coming of the king of Babylon to smite the land of Egypt.
14 Be na! Na da dilia gasaga gagulaligi dagoi. Dilia da dilia asigi dawa: su amoga nama moloi hou hamoma.
Proclaim [it] at Magdol, and declare [it] at Memphis: say ye, Stand up, and prepare; for the sword has devoured thy yew-tree.
15 Be amo noga: le dawa: ma. Dilia da na medole legelalu, dilia da wadela: i hame hamoi dunu giadofale medole legei dagoi ba: mu. Bai Hina Gode Hisu da na dilima sisasu ima: ne asunasi dagoi.”
Wherefore has Apis fled from thee? thy choice calf has not remained; for the Lord has utterly weakened him.
16 Amalalu, ouligisu dunu amola dunudafa ilia da gobele salasu amola balofede dunu ilima amane sia: i, “Amo dunu da ninia Hina Gode Ea Dioba: le, ninima sia: i. E medole legemu da defea hame.”
And thy multitude has fainted and fallen; and each one said to his neighbour, Let us arise, and return into our country to our people, from the Grecian sword.
17 Amalalu, asigilai dunu mogili da lelu, dunu huluane gilisi ilima amane sia: i,
Call ye the name of Pharao Nechao king of Egypt, Saon esbeie moed.
18 “Hesigaia da Yuda hina bagade esaloba, balofede dunu Maiga (Moulesede moilai dunu) da dunu huluane ilima Hina Gode Bagadedafa Ea sia: agoane olelei, ‘Saione moilai da bugili nasu soge osobo gidinai dagoi agoane ba: mu. [As] I live, saith the Lord God, he shall come as Itabyrion among the mountains, and as Carmel that is on the sea.
19 Hina bagade Hesigaia amola Yuda fi dunu da Maiga hame medole legei. Be Hesigaia da Hina Godema nodone hamosu, amola E da ema hahawane ba: ma: ne, nabasu hou hamosu. Amalalu, Hina Gode da Ea asigi dawa: su afadenene, wadela: su E da ilima iasima: ne sia: i, amo hame iasi. Be wali, ninisu da wadela: su bagadedafa ninima doaga: ma: ne, logo fodosa.”
O daughter of Egypt dwelling [at home], prepare thee stuff for removing: for Memphis shall be utterly desolate, and shall be called Woe, because there are no inhabitants in it.
20 (Eso enoga, dunu eno amo Iulaia [e da Siema: ia egefe amola ea moilai da Gilia: de Yilimi], e da Hina Gode Ea Dioba: le Yelusaleme amola Yuda fi da wadela: su ba: mu amo ba: la: lusu.
Egypt is a fair heifer, [but] destruction from the north is come upon her.
21 Yuda hina bagade Yihoiagimi amola ea dadi gagui dunu amola eagene ouligisu dunu da Iulaia ea sia: i nababeba: le, e medole legemusa: ilegei. Be Iulaia da ilia ilegei nababeba: le, Idibidi sogega hobea: i.
Also her hired [soldiers] in the midst of her are as fatted calves fed in her; for they also have turned, and fled with one accord: they stood not, for the day of destruction was come upon them, and the time of their retribution.
22 Be hina bagade Yihoiagimi da dunu ea dio amo Elena: ida: ne (A: gabo egefe) amola dunu eno Iulaia gagulaligimusa: Idibidi sogega asunasi.
Their voice is as [that] of a hissing serpent, for they go upon the sand; they shall come upon Egypt with axes, as men that cut wood.

They shall cut down her forest, saith the Lord, for [their number] cannot at all be conjectured, for it exceeds the locust in multitude, and they are innumerable.
24 Be Ahaiga: me (Sia: ifa: ne egefe) da na fuligala: beba: le, ilia da dunu eno na medole legemusa: ilima hame iasi.
The daughter of Egypt is confounded; she is delivered into the hands of a people from the north.
Behold, I [will] avenge Ammon her son upon Pharao, and upon them that trust in him.
But fear not thou, my servant Jacob, neither be thou alarmed, Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be at ease, and sleep, and there shall be no one to trouble him.
Fear not thou, my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; for I am with thee: she [that was] without fear and in luxury, has been delivered up: for I will make a full end of every nation among whom I have thrust thee forth; but I will not cause thee to fail: yet will I chastise thee in the way of judgment, and will not hold thee entirely guiltless.
