1 Gode da amane sia: sa, “Dilia sedaga soge fi! Ouiya: ma! Na sia: nabima! Dilia fofada: su diasu ganodini sia: ma: ne, dilia fofada: su sia: momagema. Dilia da bu sia: mu logo ba: mu. Dilia amola Na da moloidafa hou dawa: ma: ne, fofada: mu da defea.
Keep silence before me, O islands; and let nations acquire new strength: let them approach, then let them speak, together let us come near to judgment.
2 Nowa da gusugoe amoga hasalasu dunu oule misibela: ? Nowa da soge huluane e da asi amoga ema hasalasu hou iabela: ? E da hina bagade amola fifi asi gala ilima hasanasima: ne, nowa da ema hasalasu hou iabela: ? Ea gobihei amoga e da fifi asi gala dunu osobo su defele wadela: sa. Ea dadi amoga gala: beba: le, ilia da gisi da foga afafasu defele afafasa.
Who waked up from the east the man whom righteousness met in his steps? he giveth up nations before him, and maketh him rule over kings; that his sword may render them as the dust, as driven stubble, his bow.
3 E da ilia hobeasu amoma fa: no bobogesa amola mogodigili ahoa. E da hehenabeba: le, gadenenewane hagili ahoa.
He pursueth them, passeth along in safety, by a path which his feet have not gone over before.
4 Nowa da amo hou misa: ne hamobela: ? Nowa da osobo bagade hou huluane ouligibala: ? Na, Hina Gode, da osobo bagade hemosu eso amoga esalebe ba: i, amola Na, Hina Gode da osobo bagade wadela: mu eso amoga esalebe ba: mu.
Who hath wrought and done it? he who called the generations from the beginning; I the Lord, [who am] the first, and with the latest I am the same.
5 Soge sedaga fi dunu da Na hamobe ba: beba: le, bagadewane beda: beba: le, yagugusa. Amaiba: le, ilia huluane da gilisili, maha.
The isles saw it, and are afraid; the ends of the earth tremble; they draw near, and come.
6 Liligi hahamosu dunu ilia enoenoi fidisa amola dogo denesisa.
They help one another; and each one saith to his brother, Be strong!
7 Ifa hahamosu dunu da gouli hahamosu dunuma, “Dia da noga: le hamoi,” sia: sa. Dunu amo da ‘gode’ agoaila enemema: ne hamosu da dunu amo da ‘gode’ agoaila gafesiga dabagala: sa amoma dogo denesima: ne sia: sa. Ilia da amane sia: sa, “Gouli madelagisu da defea.” Amasea, ilia da amo loboga hamoi ‘gode’ ea sogebi dialoma: ne, amo gafesiga dabagala: sa.
So the smith encouraged the melter, he that smootheth with the hammer him that striketh on the anvil; saying of the solder, It is good; and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved.
8 Be di, Isala: ili, Na hawa: hamosu dunu. Dilia da Na fi dunu Na da ilegei dagoi. Dilia da Na dogolegei A: ibalaha: me, amo egaga fi esala.
But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend;
9 Na da dili osobo bagade bega: bega: amoga dilima wele sia: nanu, oule misini, gilisi. Na da dilima amane sia: i, “Dilia da Na hawa: hamosu dunu. Na da dili hame higasu, be dili Na fi hamoma: ne ilegei dagoi.
Thou, whom I have taken hold of from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the midst of its chiefs, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant, I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
10 Mae beda: ma! Ani esala. Na da dilia Gode! Liligi huluane amoma mae beda: ma. Na da dilima gasa imunu amola dili fidimu. Na da dili gaga: mu.
Fear thou not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God; I strengthen thee, yea, I help thee, yea, I uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
11 Dilia da nowa da dilima ougi galea, ilima hasanasibiba: le, ilia da gogosiamu. Nowa da dilima gegesea da bogole,
Behold, ashamed and confounded shall be all that were incensed against thee; they shall be as naught and perish—the men that strive with thee.
12 osobo bagadega bu hame ba: ma: ne alalolesimu.
Thou wilt seek them, and shalt not find them, the men that contend with thee; they shall be as naught and as nothing, the men that make war against thee.
13 Na da Hina Gode amo dilia Gode. Na da dilima gasa iaha amola dilima amane sia: sa, “Mae beda: ma! Na da dili fidimu.”
For I the Lord thy God lay hold of thy right hand; [I am he] who saith unto thee, Fear not, I help thee.
14 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Isala: ili fi! Dilia da fonobahadi fi amola gasa hame galebe. Be mae beda: ma! Na da dili fidimu. Na, Isala: ili fi ilia Hadigi Gode, Na da dilia gaga: su dunu esala.
Fear not, thou worm Jacob, ye few men of Israel: I myself help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
15 Na da dilia hou afadenene, widi fasu ifa agoane hamomu. Amoga sosu liligi gaheabolo amola agei dagoi agoane ba: mu. Amoga dilia da goumi amo fananu, wadela: lesimu. Dilia da agolo goudane, ilia da osobo su agoane ba: mu.
Behold, I have rendered thee a threshing instrument, sharp, new, having many teeth: thou shalt thresh mountains, and beat them small, and shalt render the hills as chaff.
16 Dilia da amo goumi gadodi gasa: le gadosea, ilia da foga mini asi dagoi ba: mu, amola isula bobodobe amoga afafai dagoi ba: mu. Amasea, dilia da hahawane ba: mu. Bai Na da dilia Gode esala. Dilia da Na, Isala: ili fi ilia Hadigi Gode, Nama nodomu.
Thou shalt scatter them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the storm shall disperse them; but thou shalt rejoice in the Lord, in the Holy One of Israel shalt thou glorify thyself.
17 Na fi dunu da hano hanaiba: le, hano hogosea, ilia asogoa da hafoga: i galea, Na, Hina Gode da ilia sia: ne gadosu amoma bu adole imunu. Na, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da ili hamedafa yolesimu.
The poor and the needy seek water, and there is none; their tongue is dried up with thirst: I the Lord will answer them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
18 Na da hafog: ai agolo sogega, hano yogosa: ima: ne hamomu. Amola hafoga: i soge ganodini, gu hano hamomu. Na da hafoga: i soge afadenene, bu hano wayabo hamomu. Amola hafoga: i soge gu hano bubuga: su hamomu.
I will open on naked mountain-peaks rivers, and in the midst of valleys fountains; I will change the wilderness into a pool of water, and the dry land into springs of water.
19 Dolo ifa amola “aga: isia” ifa amola “medili” ifa da hafoga: i soge ganodini heda: lalebe ba: mu. “Baine” ifa amola “yuniba” ifa amola “saibalase” ifa da hafoga: i sogega heda: mu.
I will place in the wilderness the cedar, the acacia, and the myrtle, and the oil-tree; I will set in the desert the fir-tree, the pine and the box-tree together;
20 Dunu da amo hou ba: beba: le, ilia da Na, Hina Gode, da amo hou hamoi dagoi, dawa: mu. Ilia da Isala: ili fi ilia Hadigi Gode da amo hou hamoi dagoi ba: mu.” Hina Gode da Ogogosu ‘gode’ liligi ilima Fofada: sa
In order that they may see, and know and take [it to heart], and comprehend together, that the hand of the Lord hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.
21 Hina Gode, Isala: ili ilia Hina bagade, da amane sia: sa, “Dilia fifi asi gala ‘gode’ liligi! Dilia hou gaga: ma: ne Nama fofada: ma! Sia: gasa bagade dilia hou gaga: ma: ne fofada: ma!
Produce your cause, saith the Lord: bring forward your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob.
22 Misa! Amola hobea misunu hou ba: la: loma! Amo dilia sia: i liligi da doaga: sea, amo ea bai ninia dawa: ma: ne, ninima olelema. Musa: hamoi liligi amo fofada: su dunuma olelema amola amo ea dawa: loma: ne ninima olelema.
Let them bring them forward and tell us what shall happen: the former things—what are they?—tell us, that we may take it to heart, and know the result of them; or let us hear the things that are to come.
23 Hobea misunu hou ninima olelema. Amasea, dilia da dafawane ‘gode’ esala, amo ninia da dawa: mu. Hou noga: iwane hamoma o ninia baligiliwane beda: ma: ne, wadela: lesisu liligi afae hamoma!
Tell the events that are to happen hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be astonished, and see it together.
24 Dili amola dilia hamonana huluane da hamedei liligi. Dunu amo da dilima nodone sia: ne gadosa, amo da gogosiasu wadela: idafa.
Behold, ye are less than nothing, and your work less than a breath: [he that is] an abomination [alone] chooseth you.
25 Na da dunu amo da gusugoe esala, amo e ilegei dagoi. E da gagoe (north) amoga doagala: musa: misunu. E da ouligisu dunu amo ososa: gisa. Ilia da fafu agoai ba: sa, amola e da osoboga ofodo hamosu dunu Amo da fafu ososa: gisa agoane ba: sa.
I have waked up one from the north, and he cometh; from the rising of the sun one who will call on my name: and he shall [over-]come princes as mortar, and as the potter treadeth down the clay.
26 Amo hou da doaga: ma: ne, dilia gilisisu ganodini, da nowa ba: la: lobala: ? Dilia da amo sia: sia: noba, ninia da dilia da dafawane sia: i dawa: la: loba. Be dilia huluane da hamedafa sia: i. Dunu afae da dilia amane sia: i, hamedafa nabi.
Who hath told it from the beginning, that we may know it? and aforetimes, that we may say, “it is right?” but indeed there is none that telleth, indeed there is none that letteth us hear, indeed there is none that heareth your words.
27 Na, Hina Gode, da hidadea Saione fi ilima amo sia: olelei. Na da sia: ne iasu dunu Yelusaleme dunu fi hahawane sia: adoma: ne asunasi. Na da ilima amane adole iasi, ‘Dilia fi da ilia sogedafa amoga bu manebe.’
The first [was I to say] to Zion, Behold, there they are; and to Jerusalem will I give one that bringeth good tidings.
28 Be Na da ogogosu ‘gode’ liligi amo ganodini hogoi helebeba: le, moloi sia: su hamedafa ba: i. Ilia da Na adole ba: su amoma bu adole imunu gogolei galu.
And I ever look, and there is no man; and among these there is no counsellor, that they could answer a word.
29 Amo ‘gode’ liligi da hamedeidafa. Ilia da hawa: hamomu gogolesa. Ilia da gasa hamedafa.”
Behold, they all are naught; their works are nothing: wind and vanity are their molten images.
