< Aisaia 3 >
1 Ba: ma! Hina Gode, Hina Bagadedafa, da wali Yelusaleme fi amola Yuda soge fi amoga ilia gaga: su liligi, ilia ha: i manu amola ilia hano huluane amo samogemu.
For behold, the LORD, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the rod and the staff, the whole support of bread, and the whole support of water,
2 Ilia gasa bagade dunu, ilia dadi gagui dunu, ilia fofada: su dunu, ilia ba: la: lusu dunu, ilia eagene dunu,
The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
3 ilia dadi gagui ouligisu dunu, ilia eagene ouligisu dunu amola ilia wamuni dawa: su dunu amo huluane Hina Gode da samogemu.
The captain of fifty, and the honorable man, and the counselor, and the skillful artificer, and the eloquent orator.
And I will give children [to be] their princes, and babes shall rule over them.
5 Dunu huluane da enoma enoma ilima hame asigiba: le, hou noga: i hame hamomu. Goi amola ayeligi da ilia asigilai dunu ilima hame asigimu amola ilia sia: hame nabimu. Hamedei dunu da ilia ouligisu dunuma hame asigimu.
And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbor: the child shall behave himself proudly against the elder, and the base against the honorable.
When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, [saying], Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and [let] this ruin [be] under thy hand:
7 Be e da bu adole imunu, “Na hame!
In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be a healer; for in my house [is] neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.
8 Dafawane!
For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings [are] against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.
9 Gode da ilia afaemagasu hou hame gogolemu. Ilia da Sodame dunu ilia hou defele, wadela: i hou hame wamolegesa.
The show of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide [it] not. Woe to their soul! for they have rewarded evil to themselves.
10 Moloidafa dunuma amane adoma.
Say ye to the righteous, that [it shall be] well [with him]: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
11 Be wadela: i hamosu dunu da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: mu.
Woe to the wicked! [it shall be] ill [with him]: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
[As for] my people, children [are] their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they who lead thee cause [thee] to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
13 Hina Gode da Ea Fi dunu ilima fofada: musa: , momagele esala.
The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
14 Hina Gode da Ea fi dunu ilia asigilai amola ouligisu dunu ilima fofada: musa: oule maha. E da ilima diwaneya udidisa, “Dilia da waini sagai wamolalusu. Dilia diasu da hame gagui dunu ilima wamolai liligiga nabai gala.
The LORD will enter into judgment with the elders of his people, and with their princes: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor [is] in your houses.
15 Dilia da Na fi dunu goudane amola hame gagui dunu ilia liligi wamolamu da defea hame galu. Na, Baligili Bagade Hina Gode da sia: i dagoi.”
What mean ye [that] ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the LORD God of hosts.
Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with extended necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing [as] they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:
Therefore the LORD will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will uncover their secret parts.
18 Eso da misunu, amoga Hina Gode da Yelusaleme uda ilima ilia gasa fi liligi huluane samogemu. Ilia emobasalo amola liligi ida: iwane ilia dialuma da: iya amola galogoa gaga: i, E da samogemu.
In that day the LORD will take away the show of [their] tinkling ornaments [about their feet], and [their] cauls, and [their] round tires like the moon.
19 Ilia fesuale amoga nina: hamoi liligi, ilia abula sawa: figisu,
The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers,
20 ilia habuga, ilia adodigi liligi ilia loboga amola hagomoga ga: sa,
The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the head-bands, and the tablets, and the ear-rings,
21 ilia lobo sogo gasi salasu, mi gasi salasu,
The rings, and nose-jewels,
22 ilia abula ida: iwane gala, ilia da: i salasu abula, ilia muni salasu,
The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping-pins,
The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails.
And it shall come to pass, [that] instead of sweet smell there shall be an offensive odor; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; [and] burning instead of beauty.
25 Yelusaleme dunu, ilia gasa bagade dunu, da gegesu ganodini fane legei dagoi ba: mu.
Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.
And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she [being] desolate, shall sit upon the ground.
