1 Isala: ili dunu! Dilia lolo nabe hame lalegagui dunu agoane hamonana, amo yolesima! Dilia da dilia Godema baligi fa: le, E yolesi dagoi. Soge huluane ganodini, dilia da uda hina: da: i bidi lasu defele, dilila: da: i amo ogogosu ‘gode’ Ba: ile ema bidi lai dagoi. Dilia dawa: loba amo da udigili Ba: ile ea dilima gagoma bidi ibayale amoga dilia nodoi.
Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, like the peoples; for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved hire upon every cornfloor.
2 Be wali hedolowane, dilia gagoma amola olife susuligi da defele hame ba: mu. Amola waini hano da ebelei dagoi ba: mu.
The threshing-floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail her.
3 Isala: ili dunu da Hina Gode Ea soge ganodini hame esalebe ba: mu. Ilia da Idibidi sogega masunu amola Asilia soge ganodini, sema ha: i manu nanebe ba: mu.
They shall not dwell in the LORD’S land; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean food in Assyria.
4 Amo ga fifi lai soge ganodini, ilia da Hina Godema waini iasu amola gobele salasu imunu hamedei ba: mu. Dunu da idigisu amoga ha: i nasea, ledo hamoi dagoi ba: mu. Amo defele, Isala: ili dunu da sema ha: i manu nasea, ledo hamoi dagoi ba: mu. Ilia da ha: i sadima: ne fawane manu. Mogili, Hina Gode Ea Debolo Diasuga imunusa: gaguli masunu da hamedei ba: mu.
They shall not pour out wine [offerings] to the LORD, neither shall they be pleasing unto him: their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners; all that eat thereof shall be polluted: for their bread shall be for their appetite; it shall not come into the house of the LORD.
5 Amasea, Hina Godema Ea nodoma: ne, Lolo Nabe ilegei eso da doaga: sea, ilia da adi hamoma: bela: ?
What will ye do in the day of solemn assembly, and in the day of the feast of the LORD?
6 Wadela: su eso da doaga: sea, Isala: ili dunu da afagogolesi dagoi ba: mu. Amasea, Idibidi dunu da ilia bogoi da: i hodo gagadosea, Memefisi moilai bai bagadega uli dogomu. Ilia silifa gobolo da fisi dagoi ba: mu, amola sogebi amogawi ilia diasu da musa: danu da aya: gaga: nomei amola gagalobo amoga dedeboi dagoi ba: mu.
For, lo, they are gone away from destruction, [yet] Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: their pleasant things of silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tents.
7 Se imunu eso da doaga: i dagoi. Isala: ili dunu da ilia wadela: i hou hamoi defele dabe lamu. Amo hou da doaga: sea, Isala: ili dunu huluane da noga: le dawa: mu. Dilia da amane sia: sa, “Amo balofede dunu da gagaoui. E da Gode Ea A: silibu amoga ba: la: lusu hamosa hisu sia: sa. Be e da doulasi dagoi.” Dilia da wadela: i hou baligili hamoi dagoiba: le, nama higasa.
The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the man that hath the spirit is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and because the enmity is great.
8 Gode da na amo balofede dunu ilegei. E da na Ea fi dunuma sisasu olelema: ne asunasi. Be na da habidili ahoasea, dilia da na sio agoane sanenisimusa: dawa: lala. Hina Gode Ea sogedafa amo ganodini, dunu huluane da Gode Ea balofede dunuma ha lai dagoi.
Ephraim [was] a watchman with my God: as for the prophet, a fowler’s snare is in all his ways, [and] enmity in the house of his God.
9 Ilia Gibia moilaiga wadela: le hamoi, amo defele wadela: i hou baligiliwane hamoi dagoi. Gode da ilia wadela: i hou bu dawa: le, ilima se bagade imunu.
They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
10 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Waini fage da hafoga: i soge ganodini legei ba: sea, da hahawane ba: sa. Na da Isala: ili degabo ba: le, amo defele hahawane ba: i. Figi fage degabo yoi ba: sea, amo amola da noga: idafa. Na da Isala: ili aowalalia degabo yoi ba: loba, amo defele hahawane ba: i. Be Isala: ili fi da Bio Goumiga doaga: loba, ilia da Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu mui. Amola hedolowane, ilia da ilia wadela: i ogogosu ‘gode’ (ilima ilia da asigisu) amo ilia hou defele, ilia da wadela: idafa hamoi dagoi ba: i.
I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first season: but they came to Baal-peor, and consecrated themselves unto the shameful thing, and became abominable like that which they loved.
11 Isala: ili ea gasa bagade hou da sio agoane hagili hobeamu. Ilia da mano lamu hamedei ba: mu. Ilia uda da bu abula agui hame ba: mu.
As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird: there shall be no birth, and none with child, and no conception.
12 Be ilia da mano lamu ganiaba, Na da amo mano ga oule ahoana: loba, amola afae esalebe hame ba: la: loba. Na da Isala: ili fi yolesiagasea, ilia da se baligiliwane nabimu.”
Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there be not a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
13 Hina Gode, na da ilia mano enoga desegawane fane lelegelala, amo ba: sa.
Ephraim, like as I have seen Tyre, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring out his children to the slayer.
14 Di amo dunuma hamoma: ne, na da adi adole ba: ma: bela: ? Ilia uda aligime hamoma: ne hamoma! Ilia mano ouga: ne dodo iasu hamedema: ne hamoma!
Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
15 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Isala: ili dunu ilia wadela: i hou da Giliga: le moilaiga mui. Amogawi, Na da ilima higasu mui. Amola, ilia wadela: le hamobeba: le, Na da ili Na sogega gadili sefasimu. Na da ilima bu hame asigimu. Bai ilia ouligisu dunu huluane da Nama lelei dagoi.
All their wickedness is in Gilgal; for there I hated them: because of the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house: I will love them no more; all their princes are revolters.
16 Isala: ili dunu da sagai amo ea difi da bioi dagoi amola fage legemu hamedei, Isala: ili da agoai gala. Ilia da mano hame lamu. Be ilia da mano lamu ganiaba, Na da amo ilia dogolegei mano medole lelegela: loba.”
Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay the beloved fruit of their womb.
17 Gode (Ema na da hawa: hamonana) E da Ea fi dunu yolesiagamu. Bai ilia da Ea sia: hame nabasu. Ilia da fifi asi gala amo ganodini udigili lalebe dunu ba: mu.
My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
