< Hosia 12 >
1 Hawa: hamosu huluane Isala: ili dunu da hahabe ganini asili gasia hamobe, da hamedei amola wadela: idafa ba: sa. Lelesu hou amola gugunufinisisu hou da bagade heda: sa. Ilia da Asilia fi ilima gousa: su hamosa, amola Idibidi fi ilima bidi lasu hou hamosa.”
Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he daily multiplieth lies and desolation; and they do make a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into Egypt.
2 Hina Gode da Yuda fi ilima diwaneya udidimu gala. Amola Isala: ili fi ilia hamobeba: le, E da ilima se dabe imunu. Ilia hamobeba: le, E da ilima dabemu.
The LORD hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.
3 Ilia aowalalia eda Ya: igobe amola Iso ela da gilisili ela ame ea hagomo ganodini esala, ela da ludui. Ya: igobe da asigilaloba, e da Godema ludui.
He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:
4 E da a: igele dunuma luduli, osa: le heda: i. E da dinanu, a:igele dunu ema hahawane dogolegele ima: ne adole ba: i. Amola Bedele sogega, Gode da ninia aowalali dunu Ya: igobe ema misini, ema sia: i.
Yes, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication to him: he found him [in] Beth-el, and there he spoke with us;
5 Amo Gode da Hina Gode Bagadedafa. Ninia da Ema nodone sia: ne gadosea, Hina Gode Dio amoga sia: ne gadoma: mu.
Even the LORD God of hosts; the LORD [is] his memorial.
6 Amaiba: le, dilia Ya: igobe egaga fi! Dilia Gode Ea hou dafawaneyale dawa: ma, amola Ema sinidigima! Ema madela: gili, moloidafa hou hamoma. Amola Gode Ea hawa: hamosu ba: ma: ne, gebewane ouesaloma.
Therefore turn thou to thy God: keep mercy and judgment, and wait on thy God continually.
7 Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, “Isala: ili dunu da Ga: ina: ne dunu defele, gigiadofasu hou hamonana. Ilia da hanaiba: le ilima bidi lasu dunu ilima ogogosa. Ilia dioi defei ba: su liligi da giadofale dioi defei olelesa.
[He is] a merchant, the balances of deceit [are] in his hand: he loveth to oppress.
8 Ilia da amane sia: sa, ‘Defea! Ninia da bagade gagui gala. Amola ninia da dunu eno ilima liligi ogogole bidilaiba: le, ilia da ninima diwaneya udidimu da hamedei.’
And Ephraim said, Yet I have become rich, I have found for myself substance: [in] all my labors they shall find no iniquity in me that [were] sin.
9 Be Na, dilia Hina Gode, Na da dili Idibidi sogega fisili masa: ne, ga oule misi. Amola, dilia da hafoga: i soge ganodini, abula diasuga esalea, Na da dilima misi. Na hamomuba: le, dilia da bu abula diasu ganodini esalebe ba: mu.
And I [that am] the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt will yet make thee to dwell in tabernacles, as in the days of the solemn feast.
10 Na da balofede dunu ilima sia: ne, ilima esala ba: su bagohame amoga olelei. Ilia lafidili, Na da Na fi dunuma sisasu bagohame olelei.
I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes by the ministry of the prophets.
11 Be dilia da Gilia: de sogega, loboga hamoi ogogole ‘gode’ ilima nodone sia: ne gadolala. Amo hou hamosu dunu da bogosu ba: mu. Dilia da bulamagau gawali Giliga: le sogega gobele sala. Be amogawi, oloda huluane da ma: buale, igi fawane gegedole legei ba: mu.”
[Is there] iniquity [in] Gilead? surely they are vanity: they sacrifice bullocks in Gilgal; yes, their altars [are] as heaps in the furrows of the fields.
12 Ninia aowalali eda, Ya: igobe, da hemonega Mesoubouda: imia sogega hobea: i. Amogawi, e da uda lamusa: , dunu eno ea sibi ouligisu hawa: hamosu.
And Jacob fled into the country of Syria, and Israel served for a wife, and for a wife he kept [sheep].
13 Hina Gode da Isala: ili dunu Idibidi soge ganodini udigili hawa: hamonana esalu, amo gaga: ma: ne amola ouligima: ne, balofede dunu asunasi.
And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.
14 Isala: ili dunu ilia hamobeba: le, Hina Gode da ougi bagade gala. Ilia da wadela: le hamoiba: le, bogosu dabe lamu da defea. Ilia da Ema gogosiasu iabeba: le, Hina Gode da ilima se dabe imunu.
Ephraim provoked [him] to anger most bitterly: therefore will he leave his blood upon him, and his reproach will his Lord return to him.
