1 Dafawaneyale dawa: su hou da agoaiwane gala. Ninia da hobea misunu dafawane hamoma: beyale dawa: lusu da dafawane misunu ninia dafawaneyale dawa: be amola siga hame ba: su liligi ninia dafawaneyale dawa: be.
Now faith is the assurance of [things] hoped for, the proving of things not seen.
2 Siba fi dunu mogili da amo dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, Gode da ilima hahawane galu.
For therein the elders had witness borne to them.
3 Gode da Ea Sia: (amo da hame ba: su liligi) amoga E da osobo bagade, mu amola liligi huluane (amo da siga ba: su liligi), amo hahamoi. Ninia da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le amo dawa: (aiōn )
By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not been made out of things which do appear. (aiōn )
4 A: ibele da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, gobele salasu liligi amo da Ga: ine ea iasu baligi, Godema i. Ea dafawaneyale dawa: su hou ba: beba: le, Gode da ea iasu hahawane ba: beba: le, E da A: ibele, moloidafa hamoi dunu ba: i. A: ibele da hemonega bogoi dagoi, be ea dafawaneyale dawa: su hou da wali eso ninima olelesu liligi gala.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he had witness borne to him that he was righteous, God bearing witness in respect of his gifts: and through it he being dead yet speaketh.
5 Inoge da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, e da mae bogole, dunu mae ba: ma: ne, Gode da e muagado lale gadoi. Gode Sia: da agoane dedei diala, “Gode da Inoge ea hou hahawane ba: lalu, Hebene sogega lale gadoi.”
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and he was not found, because God translated him: for before his translation he hath had witness borne to him that he had been well-pleasing unto God:

And without faith it is impossible to be well-pleasing [unto him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.
7 Nowa: da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, e da Gode Ea sisasu amo hobea misunu siga hame ba: su hou, amo nabi. E da Gode sia: nababeba: le, dusagai hamone, e amola ea sosogo fi gaga: i dagoi ba: i. Amaiba: le, osobo bagade fi dunu huluane ilia fofada: nanu, bogosu dabe iasu lai. Be Gode da Nowa: ea dafawaneyale dawa: su hou ba: beba: le, amo dunu afadenene bu moloidafa hamoi ba: i.
By faith Noah, being warned [of God] concerning things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
8 A: ibalaha: me da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, soge amo da Gode da ema imunu ilegele sia: i amola amoga doaga: musa: gadili masa: ne sia: i, e da Gode Ea sia: nabawane hamoi. E da ea soge yolesili, soge amo e da hame dawa: i soge, amoga doaga: musa: asi.
By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed to go out unto a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
9 E dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, ga fi dunu agoane, soge amo Gode da ema hobea imunu ilegele sia: i, amo ganodini esalu. E da abula diasu ganodini esalu. Ea mano, Aisage amola Ya: igobe, da Gode Ea hahawane dogolegele iasu lai dagoi. Ela amolawane da abula diasu ganodini esalu.
By faith he became a sojourner in the land of promise, as in a [land] not his own, dwelling in tents, with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
10 A: ibalaha: me da moilai bai bagade amo Gode da hahamoi, hamedafa mugulumu moilai, amo ganodini esalumusa: e da ouesalebeba: le, gadili asili, abula diasu ganodini esalu.
for he looked for the city which hath the foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
11 A: ibalaha: me da mano hamomu hamedene da: i hamoi amola Sela da da: i hamoiba: le, mano lalelegemu hamedei ba: i. Be A: ibalaha: me da Gode da ema imunu ilegele sia: i dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, e da mano hamoi dagoi.
By faith even Sarah herself received power to conceive seed when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised:
12 A: ibalaha: me ea bogomu da gadenene ba: i. Be amo dunu egaga fi misi dunu ilia da gasumuni idi defele amola wayabo bagade bega: sa: i idi (idimu hame gala), defele ba: sa.
wherefore also there sprang of one, and him as good as dead, [so many] as the stars of heaven in multitude, and as the sand, which is by the sea shore, innumerable.
13 Amo dunu huluane da dafawaneyale dawa: su lalegaguiwane bogoi. Ilia da Gode Ea imunu ilegele sia: i liligi hame ba: i. Be fedege agoane, ilia amo liligi sedagaga manebe ba: i. Ba: beba: le, ilia hahawane ba: i. Ilia da ga fi dunu agoane, osobo bagadega ahoanebe, dunu huluane nabima: ne sia: su.
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 Agoaiwane sia: su dunu da ilia sogedafa amoga fimusa: hogosa, amo noga: le olelesa.
For they that say such things make it manifest that they are seeking after a country of their own.
15 Ilia yolesi soge amoga bu sinidigimu logo hanaiwane ba: sa: besa: le, ilia soge yolesi amo bu hame dawa: lalu.
And if indeed they had been mindful of that [country] from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return.
16 Be ilia da baligili noga: i soge hogosu, amo Hebene soge. Amaiba: le, Gode da ilima esaloma: ne moilai bai bagade hahamoi dagoiba: le, ilia da Ema “Ninia Gode” dio asuliba: le, Gode da hame gogosiasa. Bai ilia hobea misunu dafawane hamoma: beyale dawa: lusu dafawaneyale dawa: i.
But now they desire a better [country], that is, a heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
17 A: ibalaha: me da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, Gode da ema adoba: su oleleloba, e da eagofe Aisage gobele salasu Godema imunusa: dawa: i galu. Gode da A: ibalaha: mema fawane hobea imunu ilegele sia: i, be e da mae hihini ea mano Godema imunusa: dawa: i galu.
By faith Abraham, being tried, offered up Isaac: yea, he that had gladly received the promises was offering up his only begotten [son];
18 Gode da musa: ema sia: i galu, “Aisage ea mano lalelegemuba: le, digaga fi amo Na dima imunu ilegele sia: i defele da bagade ba: mu.”
[even he] to whom it was said, In Isaac shall thy seed be called:
19 Gode da Aisage ea bogoi bu wa: legadolesimusa: defele esala, amo A: ibalaha: me da dafawaneyale dawa: i. Amaiba: le, e da fedege agoane, Aisage bogole, bu ea mano esaloma: ne wa: legadoi, amo ba: i.
accounting that God [is] able to raise up, even from the dead; from whence he did also in a parable receive him back.
20 Aisage da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, e da Ya: igobe amola Iso elama Gode da hobea elama hahawane imunu ilegele sia: i.
By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even concerning things to come.

By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, [leaning] upon the top of his staff.
22 Yousefe da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, ea bogomu gadenenoba, e da Isala: ili dunu da Idibidi yolesili ga masunu sia: i amola ea gasa gaguli masa: ne sia: i.
By faith Joseph, when his end was nigh, made mention of the departure of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
23 Mousese ea ame amola ada, da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, Mousese da lalelegeloba, ela da oubi udiana amoga e wamolegei. E da mano noga: idafa ela ba: beba: le, ela mae beda: iwane Felou ea sema hame nabi.
By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months by his parents, because they saw he was a goodly child; and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment.
24 Mousese da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, e da asigilabeba: le, e da Felou idiwi amo ea fofoi mano esalumu higa: i.
By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;
25 E da eso bagahame wadela: i hou amo ganodini esalumu higa: iba: le, Gode Ea fi dunu defele gilisili se nabimu hanai galu.
choosing rather to be evil entreated with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
26 E da Gode Ea hobea imunu bidi dawa: beba: le, e da Idibidi muni amola liligi ida: iwane mae dawa: le, Gelesu Ea hawa: hamomuba: le se nabasu da baligili hou ida: iwane dawa: i galu.
accounting the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt: for he looked unto the recompense of reward.
27 Mousese da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, e da Idibidi hina bagade ea ougi hou amoba: le mae beda: ne, Idibidi soge yolesili asi. E da fedege agoane, siga hame ba: su Gode amo ba: beba: le, hame beba: i.
By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.
28 E da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, Baligisu Lolo Nasu hemoi. Ea sia: beba: le, Bogosu A: igele da Isala: ili magobo dunu mano mae medole legema: ne, Isala: ili dunu da ilia logoga sibi maga: me fogaga: la: i.
By faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of the blood, that the destroyer of the firstborn should not touch them.
29 Isala: ili dunu da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, Gode da Maga: me Hano ganodini hafoga: iba: le, degesu logo hamoi. Amoga, ilia da hahawane degei dagoi. Be Idibidi dunu da degemusa: dawa: beba: le, huluane hanoga na dagoi ba: i.
By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were swallowed up.
30 Isala: ili dunu da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, ili da Yeligou moilai bai bagade eso fesuale sisiga: le mogodigili, Yeligou gagoi da mugululi sa: i dagoi.
By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they had been compassed about for seven days.
31 Aie heda: i uda La: ihabe da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, Isala: ili desega misi dunu aowale, wamolegei. Amaiba: le, Gode Ea hou hame nabasu dunu da bogogia: loba, e da hame bogoi.
By faith Rahab the harlot perished not with them that were disobedient, having received the spies with peace.
32 Be bu sia: mu da hamedei. Olelemu da hamedeiba: le, na da Gidione, Bala: ge, Sa: masane, Yefeda, Da: ibidi, Sa: miuele amola balofede dunu, amo ilia hou hame olelemu.
And what shall I more say? for the time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah; of David and Samuel and the prophets:
33 Be ilia da dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, soge fi bagade amoga gegenanu, hasalasu. Ilia hou ida: iwane hamobeba: le, Gode Ea imunu ilegele sia: i liligi afae afae lai. Ilia gasonasu laione wa: me ilia lafi ga: si.
who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
34 Ilia lalu bagade haba: dosu. Dunu da ili gobiheiga medomusa: dawa: loba, ilia hobea: i. Ilia da gasa hame ba: i, be bu afadenene gasa bagade hamoi. Ilia gegesu ganodini gasa bagade ba: su. Ilia ga fi dunu ilia gegesu dunu fane legei.
quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, waxed mighty in war, turned to flight armies of aliens.
35 Dafawaneyale dawa: beba: le, uda da ilia fi dunu bogoi amo uhini wa: legadoi ba: i. Eno, ilia da eso huluane mae bogole Fifi Ahoanusudafa lamu hanaiba: le, ilia se iasu diasu logo doasi ba: loba hame hobea: i. Be dunu ilima se iawane medole legei, amo ilia hame higa: i.
Women received their dead by a resurrection: and others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
36 Mogili, eno dunu da ilima gadesu amola fasu. Dunu eno da mogili sia: inega la: gili, se iasu diasu ganodini sali.
and others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
37 Mogili, dunu eno da igiga medoi. Mogili ilia soga mogoa hedofasu. Mogili ilia gobihei bagade amoga medole legei. Ilia da: i nabadowane, sibi o goudi amo ea gadofo houga: i amo fawane salawane, hame gaguiwane, se nabawane, enoga fasawane, udigili ahoanu.
they were stoned, they were sawn asunder, they were tempted, they were slain with the sword: they went about in sheepskins, in goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, evil entreated
38 Ilia da noga: le hamobeba: le, osobo bagade da ilia amo ganodini esaloma: ne defele hame ba: sa. Ilia ga fi dunu agoane, udigili gele gelabo amola uli dogoi amo ganodini golaiwane udigili ahoanu.
(of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts and mountains and caves, and the holes of the earth.
39 Ilia da dafawaneyale dawa: su hou lalegaguiba: le, mae dafane, ilia hou da ida: iwane ba: su. Be ilia da Gode Ea dafawane imunu ilegele sia: i liligi hame lai.
And these all, having had witness borne to them through their faith, received not the promise,
40 Bai Gode da baligiliwane ninima imunusa: , amola ilia amola ninia, gilisili moloidafa E da hamomusa: dawa: beba: le, ilia da amo imunu ilegele sia: i liligi hame ba: i.
God having provided some better thing concerning us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect.
