1 Isala: ili ouligisu dunu mogili da Hina Gode Ea hanai bai dawa: musa: , nama adole ba: musa: misi.
Now certain men of the elders of Israel came to me, and sat before me.
2 Amalalu, Hina Gode da nama amane sia: i,
And the word of Jehovah came to me, saying:
3 “Dunu egefe! Amo dunu da ogogosu loboga hamoi ‘gode’ ilima fa: no bobogei dagoiba: le, wadela: i hou bagade hamosa. Di adi dawa: bela: ? Na da ilima bu adole ima: bela: ? Hame mabu!
Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and have put the stumbling-block of their iniquity before their face; shall I hear them when they inquire of me?
4 Wali ilima sia: ma! Na, Ouligisu Hina Gode, Na sia: ilima amane adosima, ‘Nowa Isala: ili dunu da ogogosu ‘gode’ liligi ilima fa: no bobogebeba: le, wadela: le hamosea, amola bu balofede dunudafa amoma adole ba: musa: dawa: sea, amo dunuma Na da hina: ogogosu ‘gode’ loboga hamoi ilima adole imunu defele, ema adole imunu.
Therefore speak with them, and say to them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumbling-block of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet, —I, Jehovah, will answer him according to the multitude of his idols;
5 Isala: ili fi dunu huluane da ogogosu ‘gode’ ilima fa: no bobogebeba: le, Na hou yolesi. Be ilia da sinidigili, Nama bu dogolegemusa: , Na da amo defele ilima adole imunu.
that I may lay hold of the house of Israel in their hearts, because they are all estranged from me through their idols.
6 Amaiba: le, Na, Ouligisudafa Hina Gode, Na sia: Isala: ili dunuma amane olelema, ‘Sinidigima! Dilia wadela: idafa loboga hamoi ogogosu ‘gode’ yolesima.
Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Turn ye, even turn yourselves from your idols, and from all your abominations turn ye your faces!
7 Isala: ili dunu afae o ga fi dunu amo da Isala: ili fi ganodini esala, amo da Na yolesili, ogogosu ‘gode’ ilima fa: no bobogesea, amola fa: no balofededafa ema adole ba: sea, Na, Hina Gode da amo dunuma bu adole imunu agoane;
For every one of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, who separateth himself from me, and setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumbling-block of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet to inquire of me through him, —I, Jehovah, will answer him by myself.
8 Na da ema ha lamu. Na da eno dunu ilia dawa: digima: ne, ema se imunu. Na da Na fi dunu ilima, e fadegamu. Amasea, Na da Hina Godedafa, amo dilia da dawa: mu.
And I will set my face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.
9 Ogogosu balofede dunu da ea fi dunuma ogogole adole iasea, Na da ea asigi dawa: su olelebeba: le, e da ogogosu sia: sa. Na da amo dunu Isala: ili fi ilima fadegamu.
And when the prophet is deceived when he speaketh anything, I, Jehovah, have deceived that prophet; and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
10 Ogogosu balofede dunu, amola nowa dunu da ema bai adole ba: sea, ela galu da se dabe iasu defele ba: mu.
And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity; the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that inquireth of him;
11 Isala: ili dunu da Na yolesisa: besa: le, amola wadela: i hou hamobeba: le, ledo agoai ba: sa: besa: le, Na da ilima amo se imunu. Isala: ili dunu da Na fidafa esalumu da defea, amola Na da ilia Gode esalumu.” Ouligisu Hina Gode da sia: i dagoi.
that the house of Israel may no more go astray from me, nor be polluted any more with all their transgressions; but that they may be my people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord Jehovah.
12 Hina Gode da nama amane sia: i,
Again the word of Jehovah came to me, saying:
13 “Dunu egefe! Fifi asi gala afae da Na yolesili, amola wadela: i hou hamosea, Na da na lobo molole gale, amola ilia ha: i nasu logo hedofamu.
Son of man, when a land sinneth against me, and grievously transgresseth, and I stretch out my hand against it, and break the staff of its bread, and send famine upon it, and cut off from it man and beast,
14 Be amomane dunu Nowa, amola Da: niele, amola Yoube, ilia da amogai esala ganiaba, be ilia hou ida: iwane da eno dunu hame gaga: la: loba, be ilila: esalusu fawane gaga: la: loba.” Ouligisu Hina God da sia: i dagoi.
though these three men were in it, Noah, Daniel, and Job, they should deliver only themselves by their righteousness, saith the Lord Jehovah.
15 Hina Gode da eno amane sia: i, “Amama: bela: ? Na da dunu huluane fane legema: ne nimi bagade sigua ohe asunasima: bela: ? Soge huluane da sigua ohega nabaiba: le, dilia da sogega masunu beda: mu.
When I cause wild beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, and it be desolate so that none passeth through it because of the beasts,
16 Amola amomane, amo dunu udiana da amoga esala ganiaba, (Na, Ouligisudafa amola Fifi Ahoanusu Hina Godedafa, Na da sia: sa) ilia da ilia manodafa amo gaga: musa: hame dawa: laloba. Ilia da ilila: musu gaga: mu fawane dawa: la: loba. Amola soge huluane da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: la: loba.
though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only should be delivered, but the land should be desolate.
17 O amama: bela: ? Na da amo soge ganodini gegema: ne gasa bagade gegesu liligi iasili, amoga ilia da gegesea, dunu amola ohe fi esalebe da huluane bogogia: le ebelemu.
Or when I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land so that I cut off from it man and beast,
18 Amola amo dunu udiana (Nowa, amola Da: niele, amola Yoube) da esala ganiaba, (Na Ouligisudafa Hina Gode, amola Fifi Ahoanusu Hina Gode da amane sia: sa), ilia da ilia manodafa gaga: mu hame dawa: la: loba, be ilila: musu gaga: mu fawane dawa: la: loba.
though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only should be delivered themselves.
19 Be Na da ougiba: le, amo fifi asi gala ili hamoi amoga ilima olo momadela ahoasea amola dunu amola ohe bagohame bogogia: sea,
Or when I send a pestilence upon that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast,
20 Nowa amola Da: niele amola Yoube da amogai esala ganiaba, (Na, Ouligisu Hina Gode, Ouligisudafa Hina Gode da dafawane sia: sa), ilia da ilia manodafa gaga: musa: hame dawa: la: loba. Be ilila: hou noga: i hamobeba: le, ili fawane gaga: i dagoi ba: la: loba.”
though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, they should deliver neither son nor daughter; they should deliver only themselves by their righteousness.
21 Ouligisudafa Hina Gode da amane sia: na, “Na da Na baligili se iasu biyaduyale gala amo Yelusaleme fi ilima iasimu. Amo da gegesu, amola ha: su amola sigua ohe fi gasonasu amola ologia: su. Amoga dunu amola ohe da defele bogogia: mu.
Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: How much more, when I send my four grievous judgments against Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the wild beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
22 Be Yelusaleme fi dunu mogili da mae bogole esalebe ba: mu. Amola dunu mano amola uda mano gaga: i, ilia da dima masea, di da ilia hou ba: ma. Ilia da wadela: idafa, di da ba: mu. Amasea, se iasu Na da Yelusaleme fi amo iasi da moloidafa, amo di da dawa: mu.
Yet behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, sons and daughters. Behold, they shall come forth to you, and ye shall see their way and their doings, and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil which I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all which I have brought upon her.
23 Amasea, hou huluane Na hamoi amo da bai gala, di da dawa: mu.” Ouligisu Hina Gode da sia: i dagoi.
They shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings; and ye shall know that not without cause I have done all that I have done to her, saith the Lord Jehovah.
