Efesase 4
1 Amaiba: le, na Yesu Gelesu Ea hawa: hamobeba: le, se iasu diasu ganodini esalebe ba: sa, na da dilima ha: giwane adosa. Gode da Ema misa: ne dilima wele sia: beba: le, E da dilia hou hamomusa: ilegei dagoi. Dilia amo ilegei defele hamoma.
I therefore, a prisoner in the Lord, urge you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called,
2 Dilia eso huluane hou fonoboiwane, asigiwane amola hedolo hame ougiwane esaloma. Dilia asigi hou olelema: ne, eno dunuma hedolo mae ougima.
with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love;
3 Gode Ea A: silibu Hadigidafa Gala da olofosu olelebeba: le, E da dilia fi gilisibiba: le, afadafa hamoi. Dilia amo fi mae afafama: ne, gilisili madelagi hou noga: le ouligima.
being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 Da: i hodo da afadafa fawane amola A: silibu da afadafa fawane. Amo defele, Gode da dili dafawane hamoma: beyale dawa: lusu afadafa fawane lalegaguma: ne, dilima misa: ne wele sia: i.
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling;
5 Hina Gode da afadafa fawane. Dafawaneyale dawa: su hou da afadafa fawane. Hanoga fane salasu hou da afadafa fawane.
one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 Gode afadafa fawane esala. E da osobo bagade fifi asi gala amo huluanema Hina Bagade esala. E da Hina Godedafa amola dunu fifi asi gala huluane amo ganodini hawa: hamonana. Hisu da Baidafa.
one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.
7 Yesu Gelesu da ninima afae afae hahawane dogolegele iasu hisu hisu i dagoi.
But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
8 Gode Sia: da agoane dedei diala, “E da gadodili heda: beba: le, Ea se iasu diasu hawa: hamosu dunu oule asi. Be E da osobo bagade fi dunuma hahawane dogolegele iasu liligi i.”
Therefore he says, "When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people."

Now this, "He ascended," what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth?

He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.
11 Hisu da osobo bagade fi dunuma hahawane dogolegele iasu i. E da osobo bagade dunu mogili, ilima hawa: hamomusa: gini ilegei dagoi. Mogili da asunasi dunu, eno da balofede, eno da ifa: galesidi (Godema hiougisu dunu) eno da basa amola eno da olelesu dunu amo hawa: hamomusa: gini ilegei dagoi.
He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 Yesu Gelesu Ea da: i hodo amoma gasa ima: ne amola Ea fa: no bobogesu fi dunu huluane ilima Gode Ea hawa: hamosu ilia noga: le hamoma: ne, E da agoane ilegei.
for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ;
13 Amasea, ninia huluane gilisili dafawaneyale dawa: su hou afadafa lale, huluane defele Gode Ea Manodafa Ea hou dawa: mu amola Gelesu Ea asigilai defele, asigilamu.
until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature person, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
14 Amasea, ninia mano fonobahadi hou yolesili, mano ilia yagugusu hou hano gafului foga fabeba: le yagugusa agoane yolesimu. Ogogosu dunu ilia asigi dawa: su ogogole olelesea, ninia da hame dafamu.
that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by cleverness in deceitful schemes;
15 Be amo yolesili, ninia sia: moloidafa asigiliwane sia: beba: le, ninia asigilale, Gelesu ninia Dialuma amo Ea asigilai amoga defemu.
but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ;

from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the nations also walk, in the futility of their mind,
18 Ilia da gasi ganodini esalebe. Ilia hame dawa: beba: le amola gasa fi hou hamobeba: le, Gode Ea Eso huluane mae bogole Fifi Ahoanusu iasu liligi hamedafa dawa:
being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts;

who having become callous gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 Be Yesu Gelesu da amo hou dilima hame olelei!
But you did not learn Christ that way;
21 Dilia da Ea hou nabi dagoi. Dilia da Ema fa: no bobogebeba: le, Yesu Ea dafawane hou huluane nabi dagoi.
if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:
22 Amaiba: le dilisu musa: da: i hodo hou yolesima! Amo musa: da: i hodo hou da hi hanai hamobeba: le, dilia a: silibu hou wadela: lesilalu.
that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old self, that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit;
23 Be dilia dogo amola asigi dawa: su da gaheabolodafa hamomu da defea.
and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
24 Dilia gaheabolo hou abula agoane salima. Amo gaheabolo hou da Gode Ea hou defele ba: sa. Gode Ea hou amo dilia salimu liligi da moloidafa amola hadigidafa.
and put on the new self, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
25 Amaiba: le, ogogosu hou yolesima! Ninia huluane gilisili Gelesu Ea da: i hodo liligi hamoi dagoiba: le, eno Yesu Ea lalegagui dunuma, sia: moloidafa fawane olelemu da defea.
Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.
26 Dilia ougi hou heda: sea, wadela: le hamomusa: gini mae ougima! Amola dilia ougi hou da bagadewane mae dialoma: mu. Eso amoga ougi da heda: i, hedolodafa yolesima! Amasea, eso dabe ba: mu.
"Be angry, but do not sin." Do not let the sun go down on your anger,
27 Sa: ida: ne da dilia hou wadela: sa: besa: le, ea logo mae fodoma.
neither give place to the devil.
28 Musa: wamolasu dunu, e da amo hou yolesili, ea labe huluane ba: ma: ne amola hame gagui dunu fidima: ne, e da bu hawa: hamosudafa hamomu da defea.
Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.
29 Eno dunu ilia hou wadela: ma: ne, lasogole mae sia: ma. Be fidima: ne sia: amola dunu eno ilia hou gaguia gadoma: ne amola ilia labe hahawane fidima: ne, amo sia: fawane sia: ma.
Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
30 Gode Ea A: silibu Hadigidafa Gala da: i dioma: ne, Ema se mae ima. Gode Ea A: silibu da dilia dogo ganodini esalebeba: le, amo da dilima Gode Ea ilegei dawa: digima: ne olelesu agoane. Gode Ea A: silibu da wali dilima dawa: digima: ne ilegesu agoane gala. Dilia huluane da osobo bagade hou amoga lala: gi gala, be hobea amo yolesili, dafawane halegale ahoanumu, amo dawa: digima: ne olelesa.
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
31 Ougi hou, mi hanai hou amola da: i hodo ea hanai hou, amo huluane yolesima. Lasogole sia: mae wili gala: ma amola eno dunuma hihi asigi dawa: su yolesima.
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.
32 Be dilia fi ganodini eno dunu da eno dunuma asigiliwane amola dogo asaboiwane hou dawa: mu da defea. Gode da Yesu Gelesu Ea hamoiba: le, dili gogolema: ne olofoi dagoiba: le, amo defele, dilia amola eno dunu ilia hou gogolema: ne olofoma.
And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
