1 Hou eno dawa: ma! Dunu da uda lasea be fa: no ea hou amo ganodini wadela: i ba: sea, e da amo uda fadegamusa: dawa: sa. Amasea, e da uda fadegasu meloa dedene ea udama ianu, ea diasuga fisili masa: ne sia: sa.
'When a man doth take a wife, and hath married her, and it hath been, if she doth not find grace in his eyes (for he hath found in her nakedness of anything), and he hath written for her a writing of divorce, and given [it] into her hand, and sent her out of his house,
2 Amo uda da eno dunuma fisia,
and she hath gone out of his house, and hath gone and been another man's,
3 amasea amo dunu da amo uda amola higabeba: le, e amola uda fadegasu meloa dedene, e masa: ne sia: sa. O amo uda egoa ageyadu da bogosea,
and the latter man hath hated her, and written for her a writing of divorce, and given [it] into her hand, and sent her out of his house, or when the latter man dieth, who hath taken her to himself for a wife:
4 amai galea, ea musa: egoa da amo uda bu lamu da sema bagade. Amo uda da ledo hamoi dagoi, e da ba: mu. E da amo uda bu lai ganiaba, Hina Gode da amo hou da wadela: i ba: la: loba. Soge amo dilia Hina Gode da dilima iaha, amo ganodini agoai wadela: i hou hamomu da sema bagade.
'Her former husband who sent her away is not able to turn back to take her to be to him for a wife, after that she hath become defiled; for an abomination it [is] before Jehovah, and thou dost not cause the land to sin which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee — an inheritance.
5 Dunu da gaheabolo agoane uda lasea, e da gegemusa: masunu o eagene hawa: hamosu hamomu da hamedei. E da ode afae amoga agoai hawa: hamosu mae hamone, udigili hi diasuga ea uda hahawane ouligima: ne esalumu.
'When a man taketh a new wife, he doth not go out into the host, and [one] doth not pass over unto him for anything; free he is at his own house one year, and hath rejoiced his wife whom he hath taken.
6 Dilia da eno dunuma muni bu lama: ne iasea, e da bu ima: ne ilegemusa: ea goudasu igi amoga e da ea gagoma goudasa, amo mae lama. Bai agoai hamosea, dilia da ea sosogo fi ilia ha: i manu logo wadela: mu.
'None doth take in pledge millstones, and rider, for life it [is] he is taking in pledge.
7 Nowa dunu da gasawane ea na: iyado Isala: ili dunu afugili, udigili hawa: hamomusa: logesea, amo dunu medole legema. Agoai wadela: i hou fadegama.
'When a man is found stealing a person, of his brethren, of the sons of Israel, and hath tyrannized over him, and sold him, then hath that thief died, and thou hast put away the evil thing out of thy midst.
8 Dilia da gadofo olo (lebolosi) amo madelasea, dawa: ma! Dilia gobele salasu dunu ilia olelesu defele hamoma. Na da ilima olelei defele amoma fa: no bobogemu.
'Take heed, in the plague of leprosy, to watch greatly, and to do according to all that the priests, the Levites, teach you; as I have commanded them ye observe to do;
9 Dilia da Idibidi yolesili, logoga ahoanoba, dilia Hina Gode da Milia: me ema hamoi amo bu dawa: ma.
remember that which Jehovah thy God hath done to Miriam in the way, in your coming out of Egypt.
10 Di da dunu enoma muni bu lama: ne iasea, amola e bu ima: ne ilegemusa: dima abula imunu galea, amo lamusa: ea diasu ganodini mae golili sa: ima.
'When thou liftest up on thy brother a debt of anything, thou dost not go in unto his house to obtain his pledge;
11 Be gadili ouesalu, e da dima amo abula gaguli misa: ne ouesaloma.
at the outside thou dost stand, and the man on whom thou art lifting [it] up is bringing out unto thee the pledge at the outside.
12 E da hame gagui dunu esalea, amo abula gasi ganodini mae gagulaligima.
'And if he is a poor man, thou dost not lie down with his pledge;
13 Be daeya huluane amo abula e golamusa: figima: ne, ema bu ima. Amasea, e da dima nodomu amola Gode da di hahawane ba: mu.
thou dost certainly give back to him the pledge at the going in of the sun, and he hath lain down in his own raiment, and hath blessed thee; and to thee it is righteousness before Jehovah thy God.
14 Hame gagui Isala: ili dunu o ga fi dunu dilia moilaiya esala, ilima ogogole mae hamoma.
'Thou dost not oppress a hireling, poor and needy, of thy brethren or of thy sojourner who is in thy land within thy gates;
15 Eso huluane, eso da hame dasea, amo ea eso bidi ema ima. E da muni lamu dawa: beba: le, amola ha: i manu amola eno liligi muniga lamu gogoleiba: le, ima. Be ema hame iasea, e da Gode da dima se ima: ne, Godema wemu. Amola di da wadela: i hou hamoi dagoi ba: mu.
in his day thou dost give his hire, and the sun doth not go in upon it, for he [is] poor, and unto it he is lifting up his soul, and he doth not cry against thee unto Jehovah, and it hath been in thee — sin.
16 Mano da wadela: i hou hamobeba: le, eda mae medole legema. Amola eda wadela: i hou hamobeba: le, mano mae medole legema. Dunu huluane hisu hisu da hi wadela: i hou hamoiba: le fawane fofada: ne, medole legema: mu.
'Fathers are not put to death for sons, and sons are not put to death for fathers — each for his own sin, they are put to death.
17 Dilia ga fi, guluba: mano amola dunu eno huluane ilima moloidafa fofada: su hou defele ouligima. Amola didalo da muni lai amo bu ima: ne ilegemusa: , ea abula mae lama.
'Thou dost not turn aside the judgment of a fatherless sojourner, nor take in pledge the garment of a widow;
18 Dawa: ma! Dilia da musa: Idibidi soge ganodini udigili hawa: hamosu dunu esalu. Be dilia Hina Gode da dilia halegale masa: ne, dilia se iasu logo doasi dagoi. Amaiba: le, na da amo hamoma: ne sia: i dilima olelei.
and thou hast remembered that a servant thou hast been in Egypt, and Jehovah thy God doth ransom thee from thence; therefore I am commanding thee to do this thing.
19 Dilia da dilia ifabi amo ganodini ha: i manu faisia amola ha: i manu fai fonobahadi hame lai ba: sea, amo lamusa: bu mae hagima. Be ga fi dunu, guluba: mano amola didalo ili lama: ne yolesima. Amasea, dilia Hina Gode da dilia hawa: hamosu huluane hahawane dogolegelewane fidimu.
'When thou reapest thy harvest in thy field, and hast forgotten a sheaf in a field, thou dost not turn back to take it; to the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, it is; so that Jehovah thy God doth bless thee in all the work of thy hands.
20 Dilia olife fage faima: ne, ifa amoda fasea, bu eno mae fama. Be olife fage hame fai amo ga fi dunu, guluba: mano amola didalo amo lama: ne yolesima.
'When thou beatest thine olive, thou dost not examine the branch behind thee; to the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, it is.
21 Dilia waini sagaiga waini fage faisia, eno yolesi faimusa: bu mae misa. Be hame fai waini fage amo ga fi, guluba: mano amola didalo amo lama: ne yolesima.
'When thou cuttest thy vineyard, thou dost not glean behind thee; to the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, it is;
22 Dawa: ma! Dilia da musa: Idibidi sogega udigili hawa: hamosu dunu esalu. Amaiba: le, na da amo hamoma: ne sia: i dilima sia: sa.
and thou hast remembered that a servant thou hast been in the land of Egypt; therefore I am commanding thee to do this thing.
