1 Amo buga ganodini da Mousese ea sia: dedei diala. Amo sia: e da Isala: ili dunu ilia da wadela: i soge Yodane Hano amoga gusu ganodini esalu ilima sia: i. Ilia da Yodane Hano sogebi dio amo Sufe amo ganodini esalu. (Sufe da dogoa dialu. La: idi da Balane hafoga: i soge galu, la: idi da Dofele moilai, La: ibane moilai, Ha: selode moilai amola Disahabe moilai.)
These [are] the words which Moses has spoken to all Israel beyond the Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain opposite Suph, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Di-Zahab.

[It takes] eleven days [to go] from Horeb, the way of Mount Seir, to Kadesh-Barnea.
3 Isala: ili dunu da Idibidi yolesili ode 40 agoane wadela: i soge ganodini lalu. Eso age, oubi gida amola ode 40 amoga Mousese da Gode Ea olelei liligi huluane Isala: ili fi ilima olelei.
And it comes to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first of the month, Moses has spoken to the sons of Israel according to all that YHWH has commanded him concerning them,
4 Hina Gode da hina bagade Saihone (A: moulaide dunu ouligisu musa: Hesiabone moilai bai bagade ganodini esalu) amola hina bagade Oge (Ba: isane dunu ouligisu musa: da Asadalode amola Edelei, amo moilai ganodini esalu), amo fane legei dagoi. Amo fa: no Mousese da sia: olelei.
after his striking Sihon king of the Amorite who is dwelling in Heshbon, and Og king of Bashan who is dwelling in Ashtaroth in Edrei.
5 Isala: ili dunu da Moua: be soge (Yodane Hano amoga gusu galu) amo ganodini esalu. Amo esoga Mousese da Gode Ea olelesu amola Ea Sema ilima muni olelesu.
Beyond the Jordan, in the land of Moab, Moses has begun to explain this law, saying,

“Our God YHWH has spoken to us in Horeb, saying, For you dwell at this mountain long enough;

Dilia Yodane Hano fago soge amola agolo soge amola gano soge amola Medidela: inia Wayabo Bagade bega: amoga masa. turn and journey for yourselves, and go to the mountain of the Amorite, and to all its neighboring places in the plain, in the hill-country, and in the low country, and in the south, and in the haven of the sea, the land of the Canaanite, and of Lebanon, as far as the great river, the Euphrates River;
8 Amo soge huluane Na, dilia Hina Gode, da dilia aowalali dunu amo A: ibalaha: me, Aisage, Ya: igobe amola iligaga fi ilima imunu sia: i. Dilia amo sogega fimusa: lala masa.’”
see, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which YHWH has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to them and to their seed after them.
9 Mousese da Isala: ili dunuma amane sia: i “Ninia da Sainai Goumiga esaloba na da dilima amane sia: i, ‘Nisu da dilima ouligisu amola hina esalumu da hamedei. Hawa: hamosu da bagadedafa.
And I speak to you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you by myself;
10 Dilia Hina Gode da dilia fi bagade hamobeba: le, dilia idi da wali gasumuni muagado gala amo ilia idi defele ba: sa.
your God YHWH has multiplied you, and behold, today you [are] as the stars of the heavens for multitude;
11 Hina Gode, dilia aowalalia Gode, Ea sia: i defele da dilia idi bu bagade hamone, afadafa da 1000 hamomu da defea, amola liligi bagade dilima imunu da defea.
YHWH, God of your fathers, is adding to you, as you [are], one thousand times, and blesses you as He has spoken to you.
12 Be nisu da habodane dia sia: ga gegesu amola dioi bagade hou hahamoma: bela: ?
How do I bear your pressure, and your burden, and your strife by myself?
13 Amaiba: le, dilia fi hisu hisu dunu amo da bagade dawa: su dunu amoga ilegema. Amasea, amo dunu da dilima ouligisu amola hina esaloma: ne, na da ilegemu.’
Provide wise and understanding men for yourselves that are known to your tribes, and I set them for your heads;
14 Amo na da sia: i amola dilia da amo hou da noga: i sia: i dagoi.
and you answer me and say, The thing which you have spoken [is] good to do.

And I take the heads of your tribes, wise men that are known, and I appoint them [as] heads over you, princes of thousands, and princes of hundreds, and princes of fifties, and princes of tens, and authorities for your tribes.
16 Amo esoga na da amo ouligisu dunuma amane sia: i, ‘Dilia fi amo ganodini sia: ga gegesu amola sia: eno heda: sea, dilia amo sia: noga: le nabima. Sia: huluane moloiwane fofada: ma. Isala: ili fidafa dunu amola ga fi dilia fi amo ganodini esalebe, amo huluane defele fofada: ma.
And I command your judges at that time, saying, Listen between your brothers—then you have judged [in] righteousness between a man, and his brother, and his sojourner;
17 Dunu hisu hisu ilima hisu hisuwane mae fofada: ma. Dunu huluanedafa ilima defele fofada: ma. Dunu huluane ilima mae beda: ma. Dilia fofada: su da dunuga hame hamoi, be Gode Hi fawane da amo fofada: su olelesa. Be sia: da baligili gasa bagade ba: sea, amo dilia nama fofada: musa: gaguli misa. Amasea, na da sia: mu.’
you do not discern faces in judgment; you hear the little as well as the great; you are not afraid of the face of any, for the judgment is God’s, and the thing which is too hard for you, you bring near to me, and I have heard it.
18 Amo esoga amola na da dilia hawa: hamosu eno dilima olelei dagoi.”
And I command you at that time all the things which you do.
19 Mousese da eno amane sia: i, “Ninia da Hina Gode Ea hamoma: ne sia: i defele hamoi. Ninia da Sainai Goumi yolesili, wadela: i hafoga: i soge bagade amo baligili asili, A:moulaide agolo sogega asili, Ga: idesie Bania amoga doaga: i.
And we journey from Horeb, and go [through] all that great and fearful wilderness which you have seen, the way of the hill-country of the Amorite, as our God YHWH has commanded us, and we come to Kadesh-Barnea.
And I say to you, You have come to the hill-country of the Amorite, which our God YHWH is giving to us;
21 Amogawi na da dilima amane sia: i, ‘Dilia da wali A: moulaide dunu ilia agolo sogega doaga: i dagoi. Hina Gode, ninia aowalali ilia Gode, da amo soge ninima iaha. Ba: ma! Soge da goea. Gode Ea sia: defele, amo sogega fimusa: lala masa. Mae gigiluma amola mae beda: ma!”
see, your God YHWH has set the land before you; go up, possess, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you; do not fear, nor be frightened.
22 Be dilia da nama misini amane sia: i, ‘Ninia da desega ahoasu dunu amo soge ba: ma: ne, ninima bisili masunusa: asunasimu da defea. Ilia da ninima masunu logo amola amo soge fi ilia hou, ninima olelema: mu.’
And you come near to me, all of you, and say, Let us send men before us, and they search the land for us, and they bring us back word [concerning] the way in which we go up into it, and the cities to which we come in;

and the thing is good in my eyes, and I take twelve men from you, one man for the tribe.

And they turn and go up to the hill-country, and come to the Valley of Eshcol, and spy it out,

and they take in their hand from the fruit of the land, and bring [it] down to us, and bring us back word, and say, The land is good which our God YHWH is giving to us.
26 Be dilia da Hina Gode Ea hamoma: ne sia: i amoga odoga: i dagoi. Dilia da amo soge ganodini golili sa: imu higa: i galu.
And you have not been willing to go up, and you provoke the mouth of your God YHWH,
27 Dilia da gilisili higale sia: dasu. Dilia da amane sia: i, ‘Hina Gode da nini higasa. E da nini amo A: moulaide dunu ilia nini medole legemusa: , Idibidi sogega fisili masa: ne ilima i.
and murmur in your tents, and say, In YHWH’s hating us He has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to give us into the hand of the Amorite—to destroy us;
28 Ninia abuliba: le amo sogega masa: bela: ? Ninia da bagade beda: i. to where are we going up? Our brothers have melted our heart, saying, [The] people [are] greater and taller than we; [the] cities [are] great and fortified up to the heavens, and we have also seen sons of Anakim there.
29 Be na da dilima amane sia: i, ‘Amo dunuba: le mae beda: ma.
And I say to you, Do not be terrified, nor be afraid of them;
30 Hina Gode da dilima bisili masunu, E da dili fidili gegemu. E da Idibidi soge ganodini dili fidi amo defele fidimu.
your God YHWH, who is going before you—He fights for you, according to all that He has done with you in Egypt before your eyes,
31 Amola E da wadela: i hafoga: i soge amo ganodini dili fidi amo defele fidimu. E da mae yolesili eda da ea gofe ouga: ne oule ahoa, amo defele dili amo sogega doaga: musa: noga: le ouligi.’
and in the wilderness where you have seen that your God YHWH has carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way which you have gone until your coming to this place.
32 Be dilia da na sia: mae nabawane, Hina Gode Ea hou dafawaneyale hame dawa: i.
And in this thing you are not steadfast in your God YHWH,
33 E da eso huluane dilima bisili, dilia golamu sogebi olelesu. E da dilima logo olelemusa: gasia lalu sawa: agoai amo ganodini bisili asi amola esoga mu mobi agoai mogomogoi amo ganodini bisili asi. Be dilia da Ea hou dafawaneyale hame dawa: i.
who is going before you in the way to search out for you a place for your encamping, in fire by night, to show you in the way in which you go, and in a cloud by day.
34 Hina Gode da dilia egane sia: nababeba: le, ougi ba: i. E da moloiwane amane sia: i,
And YHWH hears the voice of your words, and is angry, and swears, saying,
35 ‘Dunu afae amo wadela: i fi ganodini da amo soge noga: i Na da dilia aowalali ilima imunu sia: i, amo ganodini da hame masunu.
Not one of these men of this evil generation sees the good land which I have sworn to give to your fathers,
36 Ga: ilebe (Yefane ea mano), hi fawane da golili sa: imu. E da Na hame yolesiba: le, Na da e amola ea mano, soge e da ba: i ilima imunu.’
except Caleb son of Jephunneh—he sees it, and to him I give the land on which he has trodden, and to his sons, because that he has been fully after YHWH.
37 Amola dilia houba: le, Hina Gode da nama ougi galu. E nama amane sia: i, ‘Mousese! Di da amo soge ganodini hame masunu.
Moreover, YHWH has been angry with me for your sake, saying, Indeed, you do not go in there;
38 Be dia fidisu dunu Yosiua (Nane egefe) amo ea dogo denesima: ne di fidima. E da Isala: ili dunu amo soge lala masa: ne, bisili masunu.’
Joshua son of Nun, who is standing before you, he goes in there; strengthen him, for he causes Israel to inherit [it].
39 Amalalu, Hina Gode da nini huluanema amane sia: i, ‘Dilia mano da hame asigilaiba: le, wadela: i hou amola hou noga: i afafamusa: hame dawa: Dilia da giadofale dilima ha lai dunu da dilia mano gasawane gagumu sia: i. Be ilia fawane da soge ganodini masunu. Na da amo soge ilima imunu amola ilia fawane da amo ganodini fimusa: masunu.
And your infants, of whom you have said, They are for a prey, and your sons who today have not known good and evil, they go in there, and I give it to them, and they possess it;
40 Be dilia! Dilia sinidigima! Dilia da hafoga: i wadela: i soge amoga masa. Maga: me Hano Wayabo Bagade ahoasu, amo logoga masa.’
but you, turn and journey for yourselves toward the wilderness, the way of the Red Sea.
41 Be dilia da nama amane sia: i ‘Dafawane! Ninia Godema wadela: le hamoi dagoi. Be wali ninia da Hina Gode Ea hamoma: ne sia: i defele doagala: musa: heda: mu. Amalalu, dunu huluane da ea gegesu liligi salawane, dilia da agolo sogega gegemusa: masunu da asaboi liligi dawa: i galu.
And you answer and say to me, We have sinned against YHWH; we go up and we have fought, according to all that which our God YHWH has commanded us; and you each gird on his weapons of war, and you are ready to go up into the hill-country;
42 Amola Hina Gode da nama amane sia: i, ‘Isala: ili dunuma ilia da mae doagala: la masa: ne sia: ma. Bai Na amola da dili gilisili hame masunu. Dilima ha lai dunu da bu gegesea, dilia da se bagade nabasa: besa: le, mae masa: ne sia: ma.’
and YHWH says to me, Say to them, You do not go up, nor fight, for I am not in your midst, and you are not struck before your enemies.
43 Amaiba: le, na da dilima sia: i dagoi. Be dilia da na sia: hame nabi amola Gode Ea hamoma: ne sia: i liligi nabimu higa: i galu. Dilisu hanaiga hidale agolo sogega heda: i.
And I speak to you, and you have not listened, and provoke the mouth of YHWH, and act proudly, and go up into the hill-country;
44 Amalalu, A:moulaide dunu amo agolo soge ganodini esalu da dilima doagala: le, agime ilia hou defele dili sefasi. Ilia da Idome sogega dili fane legei amola dili sefasili, Homa moilai bai bagade amoga doaga: le fawane yolesi.
and the Amorite who is dwelling in that hill-country comes out to meet you, and they pursue you as the bees do, and strike you in Seir, even to Hormah.
45 Amalalu, dilia da bu misini, Godema bagadewane dinanu. Be Gode da dilia disu hamedafa nabi.
And you return and weep before YHWH, and YHWH has not listened to your voice, nor has He given ear to you;
46 Amalalu, ninia da Ga: idesie sogega eso bagohame esalu,
and you dwell in Kadesh [for] many days, according to the days which you had dwelt.”
