1 Da: ibidi da agolo da: iya heda: le, fonobahadi baligili, Mifibousiede ea hawa: hamosu dunu amo Saiba, da ema hedolowane doaga: i. E da dougi aduna oule misi. Amo da: iya da falaua ga: gi 200amola waini fage fofogai gagabu 100agoane amola gaheabolo ifa fage gagabu amola bulamagau gadofoga hamoi daba, waini hanoga nabai, amo dougi da: iya diafulubi ba: i.
And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits and a bottle of wine.
2 Hina bagade Da: ibidi da ema amane adole ba: i, “Dia da amo liligi huluane adi hamomusa: gaguli misibala: ?” Saiba da bu adole i, “Hina noga: idafa! Dougi da dia sosogo fi ili fila heda: le masa: ne oule misi. Falaua ga: gi amola ifa fage da dia dunu ilia moma: ne amola waini hano da ilia wadela: i sogega ahoana hele nabasea, amo moma: ne gaguli misi.”
And the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses be for the king's household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be faint in the wilderness may drink.
3 Da: ibidi da amane adole ba: i, “Dia hina Solo amo ea aowa Mifibousiede da habila: ?” Saiba da bu adole i, “E da Yelusaleme amo ganodini ouesala. Bai Isala: ili dunu da ea aowa Solo ea hina bagade hou, amo ema bu imunu, amo e da dafawaneyale dawa: sa.”
And the king said, And where is thy master's son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father.
4 Hina bagade da Saibama amane sia: i, “Na da Mifibousiede ea musa: gagui huluane dima iaha.” Saiba da bu adole i, “Hina noga: idafa! Na da dia hawa: hamosu dunu esala. Na da eso huluane di hahawane ba: ma: ne hamomu da defea.”
Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee that I may find favour in thy sight, my master, O king.
5 Da: ibidi da Bahiulimi moilaiga doaga: loba, Solo ea fi dunu afae, amo Simiai (Gila egefe) da ougiba: le misini, e da ilima gagabusu aligima: ne sia: sisia: asi.
And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still as he came.
6 Simiai da muni Da: ibidi amola ea eagene ouligisu ilima igiga gagala: lu. Da: ibidi ea dunu amola ea da: i sosodo aligisu dunu da Da: ibidi sisiga: le lelu, be e da amo mae dawa: le, igiga gagala: i.
And he cast stones at David, and at all the servants of king David: and all the people and all the mighty men were on his right hand and on his left.
7 Simiai da gagabui aligima: ne ilegele, amane sia: i, “Gadili masa! Gadili masa! Di da fasu dunu! Di da wadela: i hamosu dunu!
And thus said Shimei when he cursed, Come out, come out, thou bloody man, and thou man of Belial:
8 Di da Solo ea hina bagade hou samogei. Amola, di da Solo ea sosogo fi bagohame fane legeiba: le, Hina Gode da dima se iaha. Hina Gode da hina bagade hou dima fadegale, dia mano A: basalome igili i dagoi. Di fane legesu dunu! Di da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: sa!”
YHWH hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and YHWH hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man.
9 Abisia: i (ea ame da Selouaia) da hina bagadema amane sia: i, “Hina noga: idafa! Di abuliba: le, amo wa: me dima gagabui aligisa, amo ea logo hame hedofasala: ? Dia na asili, ea dialuma damuni fasima: ne sia: ma!”
Then said Abishai the son of Zeruiah unto the king, Why should this dead dog curse my master the king? let me go over, I pray thee, and take off his head.
10 Hina bagade da Abisia: i amola ea ola Youa: be elama amane sia: i, “Amo da alia liligi hame! E da nama gagabusa galea, Hina Gode da ema amane hamoma: ne adoiba: le, amo hou ea bai ema adole ba: mu da hamedei.”
And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, because YHWH hath said unto him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Wherefore hast thou done so?
11 Amola Da: ibidi da Abisia: i amola ea eagene ouligisu dunu huluane ilima amane sia: i, “Nagofedafa da na fane legemusa: logo hogolala. Amaiba: le, amo Bediamini dunu ea hou ba: beba: le, mae fofogadigima! Hina Gode da adobeba: le, e da nama gagabusu aligima: ne sia: sa. Amaiba: le, ema mae sia: ma. E da amo hou hamomu da defea.
And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for YHWH hath bidden him.
12 Amabela: ? Hina Gode da na da: i dioi bagade ba: ma: bela: ? Amasea, e da amo gagabusu aligima: ne fadegale, nama hahawane hou ima: bela: ?”
It may be that YHWH will look on mine affliction, and that YHWH will requite me good for his cursing this day.
13 Amaiba: le, Da: ibidi amola ea dunu da bu logoga ahoanu. Simiai da ili galu agolo bega: ahoanu. E da ilima gagabusa amola, ilima igi amola osoboga gagala: sa ahoanu.
And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill's side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust.
14 Hina bagade amola ea dunu huluane da hele nabawane, Yoda: ne Hano amoga doaga: i. Amogawi ilia da helefi.
And the king, and all the people that were with him, came weary, and refreshed themselves there.
15 A: basalome amola ema fa: no bobogebe Isala: ili dunu huluane da Yelusaleme moilai bai bagadega golili sa: i. Ahidoufele da ili galuwane golili sa: i.
And Absalom, and all the people the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.
16 Hiusiai (Da: ibidi ea sama) da A: basalomema doaga: le, amane wele sia: i, “Hina bagade! Gebe esaloma: mu! Gebe esaloma: mu!”
And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David's friend, was come unto Absalom, that Hushai said unto Absalom, Elohim save the king, Elohim save the king.
17 A: basalome da ema amane sia: i, “Di da dia sama Da: ibidi fisiagabela: ? Di abuliba: le ali hame asibala: ?”
And Absalom said to Hushai, Is this thy kindness to thy friend? why wentest thou not with thy friend?
18 Hiusiai da bu adole i, “Na da habodane e amola ahoabela: ? Na da dunu amo Hina Gode da ilegei amola Isala: ili dunu huluane ilimagale ahoa. Na da ani esalumu.
And Hushai said unto Absalom, Nay; but whom YHWH, and this people, and all the men of Israel, choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide.
19 Na da na hina eagofe amo ea hawa: fawane hamomu da defea. Na da dia ada ea hawa: hamoi amo defele dia hawa: hamomu.”
And again, whom should I serve? should I not serve in the presence of his son? as I have served in thy father's presence, so will I be in thy presence.
20 Amalalu, A:basalome da delegili, Ahidoufelema amane sia: i, “Wali ninia huluane da guiguda: esalebe goea! Di da ninia hamoma: ne, adi fada: i sia: sia: sala: ?”
Then said Absalom to Ahithophel, Give counsel among you what we shall do.
21 Ahidoufele da ema bu adole i, “Dia asili, dia ada ea gidisedagi uda amo e da hina bagade diasu ouligimusa: guiguda: yolesi, amo huluane adole lama. Amasea, Isala: ili dunu da dia ada da dia ha lai dunu, amo noga: le dawa: mu. Amola dima fa: no bobogesu dunu da dogo denesi ba: mu.”
And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then shall the hands of all that are with thee be strong.
22 Amaiba: le, ilia da hina bagade diasu gadodili fa: i amo da: iya abula diasu gagui. Amogawi, dunu huluane ba: ma: ne, A:basalome da ea ada ea gidisedagi uda huluane adole lai.
So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in unto his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.
23 Amo esoga, nowa da Ahidoufele ea fada: i sia: nabaloba, ilia da amo sia: da Gode Ea sia: defele dafawaneyale dawa: su. Da: ibidi amola A: basalome da amo sia: fa: no bobogesu.
And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had inquired at the oracle of Elohim: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.
