Yihiu da meloa dedene, amaiwane amo defele eno mogili hahamone, Samelia asigilai dunu amola moilai ouligisu dunu amola A: iha: be egaga fi misi dunu ilia ouligisu dunu, amo huluanema iasi. E dedei da amane dedei,
Ahab had nowe seuentie sonnes in Samaria. And Iehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria vnto the rulers of Izreel, and to the Elders, and to the bringers vp of Ahabs children, to this effect,
2 “Dilia da hina bagade A: iha: be egaga fifi misi dunu amo ouligisa. Dilia da ‘sa: liode’ amola hosi amola gegesu liligi gagui gala. Amaiba: le, amo meloa dedei da dilima doaga: sea,
Nowe when this letter commeth to you, (for ye haue with you your masters sonnes, yee haue with you both charets and horses, and a defenced citie, and armour)
3 dilia hedolowane baligili dawa: su hina bagade egaga fi dunu afae, dilia hina bagade hamoma: ne ilegema. Amasea, e gaga: ma: ne, ninima gegema!”
Consider therefore which of your masters sonnes is best and most meete, and set him on his fathers throne, and fight for your masters house.
4 Samelia ouligisu dunu da bagadewane beda: gia: i. Ilia da amane sia: i, “Ninia da habodane Yihuma ha lale, gegema: bela: ? Hina bagade Youla: me amola hina bagade A: ihasaia da e hasalasimu hamedei ba: i.”
But they were exceedingly afraid, and saide, Behold two Kings coulde not stande before him, how shall we then stand?
5 Amaiba: le, hina bagade diasu ouligisu dunu amola moilai ouligisu dunu amola asigilai dunu amola A: iha: be egaga fi dunu ilia ouligisu dunu, ilia da Yihuma amane sia: si, “Ninia da dia hawa: hamosu dunu esala. Ninia da dia sia: be liligi defele hamomusa: momagele esala. Be ninia da hina bagade hame ilegemu. Dia adi hou da noga: i di dawa: sea, amo hamoma!”
And he that was gouernour of Ahabs house, and he that ruled the citie, and the Elders, and the bringers vp of the children sent to Iehu, saying, We are thy seruants, and will doe all that thou shalt bid vs: we will make no King: do what seemeth good to thee.
6 Yihiu da ilima meloa eno dedene iasi, “Dilia da namagai galea, amola na hamoma: ne sia: i amo hamomusa: momagele esalea, hina bagade A: iha: be egaga fi dunu huluane ilia dialuma amo aya wewaba, Yeseliele moilai bai bagadega nama gaguli misa: !” (Samelia asigilai dunu, ilia da hina bagade A: iha: be egaga fifi misi dunu ouligisu. Asigilai dunu da ili bugili ianu.)
Then he wrote another letter to them, saying, If ye be mine, and wil obey my voyce, take the heads of ye men that are your masters sonnes, and come to me to Izreel by to morowe this time. (Nowe the Kings sonnes, euen seuentie persons were with the great men of the citie, which brought them vp)
7 Yihiu ea meloa dedei da ilima doaga: loba, Samelia moilai bai bagade ouligisu dunu, ilia da A: iha: be egaga fi dunu 70 agoane huluane medole lelegele, ilia dialuma damuni fasili, daba ganodini salawene, Yeseliele moilai bai bagadega Yihuma iasi.
And when the letter came to them, they tooke the Kings sonnes, and slewe the seuentie persons, and layde their heads in baskets, and sent them vnto him to Izreel.
8 Ilia da Yihuma, A:iha: be egaga fi dunu ilia dialuma da gaguli misi dagoi adobeba: le, e da amo dialuma gasa huluane mogili aduna ligiagale moilai gagoi logo holei gadenene ligisi, dialeawane hahabe hadigima: ne sia: i.
Then there came a messenger and tolde him, saying, They haue brought the heads of the Kings sonnes. And he sayd, Let them lay them on two heapes at the entring in of the gate vntil the morning.
9 Golale hahabe, e da logo holeiga asili, amoga gilisi dunu ilima amane sia: i, “Ni fawane da hina bagade medole legema: ne wamo ilegele, amola e dafawane medole legei. Dilia hame! Be amo dunu amo nowa da medole legebela: ?
And when it was day, he went out, and stood and sayd to all the people, Ye be righteous: behold, I conspired against my master, and slew him: but who slew all these?
10 Hina Gode da Ea balofede dunu Ilaisiamadili, hou huluane amo da A: iha: be egaga fima misunu hou, olelei dagoi. Amola ilia huluane da medole legeiba: le, amo hou da dafawane doaga: i dagoi dawa: ma!”
Knowe nowe that there shall fall vnto the earth nothing of the word of the Lord, which the Lord spake concerning the house of Ahab: for the Lord hath brought to passe the things that hee spake by his seruant Eliiah.
11 Amalalu, Yihiu da A: iha: be egaga sosogo fi huluane Yeseliele ganodini esala, amola ea eagene ouligisu dunu amola ea dogolegei amola ea gobele salasu dunu, ili huluanedafa, ea medole legei. Dunu afae esalebe da hamedafa ba: i.
So Iehu slew al that remained of the house of Ahab in Izreel, and all that were great with him, and his familiars and his priestes, so that he let none of his remaine.
12 Yihiu da Yeseliele fisili, Samelia amoma doaga: musa: asi. Logoga ahoanoba, e da sogebi ea dio amo “Sibi Ouligisu Fisisu” amoga,
And he arose, and departed and came to Samaria. And as Iehu was in the way by an house where the shepheards did shere,
13 e da hina bagade A: ihasaia bogoi, amo ea sosogo fi oda ba: i. E da ilima amane adole ba: i, “Dili da nowala: ?” Ilia da bu adole i, “Nini da A: ihasaia ea sosogo fi dunu. Ninia da hina bagade uda Yesebele ea manolali amola hina bagade sosogo fi eno Yeselielega esala, ilima asigi sia: saimusa: masunu.”
He met with the brethre of Ahaziah king of Iudah, and sayd, Who are ye? And they answered, We are the brethren of Ahaziah, and goe downe to salute the children of the King and the children of the Queene.
14 Yihiu da ea dunuma amane hamoma: ne sia: i, “Ili mae medole, gagulaligima!” Ilia da ili huluane gagulaligili, Yihiu da uli dogoi amogai dialu, amo gadenene ili huluane medole legei. Ilia idi da 42 agoane, amola dunu afae esalebe hame ba: i.
And he sayde, Take them aliue. And they tooke them aliue, and slew them at the well beside the house where the sheepe are shorne, euen two and fourtie men, and he left not one of them.
15 Yihiu da bu logoga ahoanoba, Yonada: be (Liga: be egefe) yosia: i. Yihiu da ema hahawane sia: ne, amane sia: i, “Ania asigi dawa: su da defele diala. Di da na fuli gala: ma: bela: ?” Yonada: be da bu adole i, “Ma! Na da dimagai dialumu!” Yihiu da bu adole i, “Defea! Amaiba: le, gousa: la: di!” Ela da gousa: lu, Yihiu da Yonada: be ‘sa: liode’ da: iya fila heda: ma: ne, lobolele gadoi.
And when he was departed thence, hee met with Iehonadab the sonne of Rechab comming to meete him, and he blessed him, and sayde to him, Is thine heart vpright, as mine heart is towarde thine? And Iehonadab answered, Yea, doubtlesse. Then giue me thine hande. And when he had giuen him his hande, he tooke him vp to him into the charet.
16 Yihiu da amane sia: i, “Ani ahoa: di! Di da na Hina Godema fawane fa: no bobogesu hou ba: mu!” Elea da ‘sa: liode’ da: iya fila heda: le, Samelia moilai bai bagadega doaga: le,
And he sayde, Come with me, and see the zeale that I haue for the Lord: so they made him ride in his charet.
17 Yihiu da A: iha: be ea sosogo huluanedafa medole legei. E da dunu afae esaloma: ne hame yolesi. Amo hou Hina Gode da Ilaisiama olelei, amo defele doaga: i dagoi ba: i.
And when he came to Samaria, he slew all that remained vnto Ahab in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the worde of the Lord, which he spake to Eliiah.
18 Yihiu da Samelia fi dunu huluane gilisima: ne sia: ne, ilima amane sia: i, “Hina bagade A: iha: be da Ba: ilema fonobahadi hawa: hamonanu. Be na da Ba: ilema asigiba: le, baligiliwane ema hawa: hamomu.
Then Iehu assembled all the people, and sayd vnto them, Ahab serued Baal a litle, but Iehu shall serue him much more.
19 Dilia Ba: ile ea balofede dunu amola ema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu amola ea gobele salasu dunu huluanedafa guiguda: gilisima: ne sia: ma. Afae mae yolesima. Na da Ba: ilema gobele salasu bagadedafa hamomu. Amola nowa da hame masea, ninia da amo dunu medole legemu.” (Yihiu da ogogoi. E da Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu huluane medole legemusa: ilegeiba: le, ili gilisima: ne sia: i)
Now therefore call vnto me all ye prophets of Baal, all his seruants, and all his priests, and let not a man be lacking: for I haue a great sacrifice for Baal: whosoeuer is lacking, he shall not liue. But Iehu did it by a subtiltie to destroy ye seruats of Baal.
20 Amalalu, Yihiu da amane hamoma: ne sia: i, “Ba: ilema nodoma: ne, nodone sia: ne gadomusa: eso bagadedafa ilegema!” Ilia da amo eso ilegei.
And Iehu sayd, Proclaime a solemne assemblie for Baal. And they proclaimed it.
21 Amalu, Yihiu da Isala: ili soge huluane ganodini dunu huluane da amo nodone sia: ne gadosu amoga misa: ne sia: si. Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu huluanedafa da misi. Ilia huluane da Ba: ile ea debolo diasu ganodini golili sa: ili, debolo diasu da nabaidafa ba: i.
So Iehu sent vnto all Israel, and all the seruants of Baal came, and there was not a man left that came not. And they came into the house of Baal, and the house of Baal was full from ende to ende.
22 Amalalu, Yihiu da Ba: ile gobele salasu dunu amo da sema abula ouligi, amo sema abula lale, nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu iligili ima: ne sia: i.
Then he said vnto him that had the charge of the vestrie, Bring forth vestments for al the seruants of Baal. And he brought the out vestments.
23 Amalalu, Yihiu hisu da Yonada: be (Liga: be egefe) oule, debolo diasu ganodini golili sa: ili, dunu amo ganodini gilisi dialu ilima amane sia: i, “Gilisisu ganodini hogoma! Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu fawane esaloma: ne sia: ma. Hina Godema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu da goegai mae esaloma: ne sia: ma.”
And when Iehu went, and Iehonadab the sonne of Rechab into the house of Baal, he sayde vnto the seruants of Baal, Searche diligently, and looke, lest there be here with you any of the seruants of the Lord, but the seruants of Baal only.
24 Amalalu, e amola Yonada: be da Ba: ilema gobele salimusa: golili sa: i. E da musa: dunu 80 agoane debolo gadili hamega leloma: ne ilegele, ilima amane sia: i, “Dilia amo dunu huluane fane legema. Nowa da dunu afae esaloma: ne yolesisia, e da dabele, medole legei dagoi ba: mu!”
And when they went in to make sacrifice and burnt offering, Iehu appoynted foure score men without, and sayd, If any of the men whome I haue brought into your hands, escape, his soule shalbe for his soule.
25 Yihiu da gobele salasu liligi ianu, sosodo aligisu dunu amola dadi gagui wa: i ouligisu dunu ilima amane sia: i, “Ganodini golili sa: ili, dunu huluanedafa medole legema! Afae da maedafa hobeama: ma!” Ilia da gegesu gobihei duga: le gadole, ganodini golili sa: ili, Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu dunu huluanedafa medole lelegele, ilia da: i hodo moiya gadili hiougili sasali.
And when hee had made an ende of the burnt offring, Iehu sayde to the garde, and to the captaines, Goe in, slay them, let not a man come out. And they smote them with the edge of the sworde. And the garde, and the captaines cast them out, and went vnto the citie, where was the temple of Baal.
26 Ilia da duni bugi ifa (amo da sema galu) amogai diala, amo gadili gaguli asili, laluga ulagili sali.
And they brought out the images of the temple of Baal, and burnt them.
27 Ilia da amaiwane sema ifa duni bugi amola debolo diasu amo wadela: lesi. Ilia da debolo ea hou afadenene bu iga giasu diasu hamoi. Amola amo da wali amaiwane diala. (Amo da eso dedei amoga amaiwane diala)
And they destroyed the image of Baal, and threwe downe the house of Baal, and made a iakes of it vnto this day.
28 Yihiu da amanewane Isala: ili soge ganodini, Ba: ilema nodone sia: ne gadosu hou gugunufinisi dagoi.
So Iehu destroyed Baal out of Israel.
29 Be e da hina bagade Yelouboua: me (amo da gouliga hamoi bulamagau gawali mano aduna Bedele moilai amola Da: ne moilai ligisiba: le, Isala: ili dunu fi wadela: le hamoma: ne oule asi) Yihiu da ea hou defele hamoi.
But from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat which made Israel to sinne, Iehu departed not from them, neither from the golden calues that were in Beth-el and that were in Dan.
30 Hina Gode da Yihuma amane sia: i, “Di da Na hamoma: ne hanai huluane A: iha: be egaga fima hamoi dagoi. Amaiba: le, Na da dima dafawane ilegele sia: sa. Digaga fifi misi biyadu amo, ilia da Isala: ili hina bagade hamomu.”
And the Lord sayde vnto Iehu, Because thou hast diligently executed that which was right in mine eyes, and hast done vnto the house of Ahab according to all things that were in mine heart, therefore shall thy sonnes vnto the fourth generation sit on the throne of Israel.
31 Be Yihiu da dafawanedafa nabasu hou hame hamoi. E da Isala: ili Hina Gode Ea Sema amo noga: le hame hamoi. Be amomane e da Yelouboua: me (amo da Isala: ili fi dunu wadela: le hamoma: ne, oule asi) amo ea hou defele hamoi.
But Iehu regarded not to walke in the law of the Lord God of Israel with all his heart: for hee departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam, which made Israel to sinne.
32 Amogalu Hina Gode da muni Isala: ili soge fonoboma: ne hamoi. Silia hina bagade Ha: sa: iele da Isala: ili soge amo da Yodane Hano gusudili diala, ga (south) asili, Aloua moilai (Anone Hano bega: diala) amo huluane hasali. Amo soge ganodini, Gilia: de amola Ba: isia: ne soge dialebe ba: i. Amola amo ganodini, Ga: de fi amola Liubene fi amola Gusu Ma: na: se fi, ilia da amo soge ganodini esalebe ba: i.
In those dayes the Lord began to lothe Israel, and Hazael smote them in all the coastes of Israel,
From Iorden Eastward, euen all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and them that were of Manasseh, from Aroer (which is by the riuer Arnon) and Gilead and Bashan.
34 Yihiu ea hou eno huluane, amola ea nimi gesa: i hou da “Isala: ili hina bagade Ilia Hamonanu Meloa” amo ganodini dedene legei.
Concerning the rest of the actes of Iehu, and all that he did, and all his valiant deedes, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?
35 Yihiu da bogole, Samelia moilai bai bagadega uli dogone sali. Egefe Yihouaha: se, da e bagia Isala: ili hina bagade hamoi.
And Iehu slept with his fathers, and they buryed him in Samaria, and Iehoahaz his sonne reigned in his stead.
36 Yihiu da Samelia moilai bai bagadega esala, ode 28 agoanega Isala: ili fi ouligilalu.
And the time that Iehu reigned ouer Israel in Samaria is eight and twentie yeeres.
