1 Amalalu, Sa: miuele da Isala: ili dunuma amane sia: i, “Na da dilia hanai liligi nama adole ba: i amo na da dilima i. Na dili ouligima: ne hina bagade dilima i.
Samuel then said vnto all Israel, Behold, I haue hearkened vnto your voyce in all that yee sayde vnto mee, and haue appoynted a King ouer you.
2 Amola wali amo dunu da dili esala, amoea ouligimu. Be na da da: i hamone gago aligi, amola na mano da dili goyo. Na da goiga ganini dili ouligisa mana, waha wea da: i hamoi.
Now therefore behold, your King walketh before you, and I am old and graie headed, and beholde, my sonnes are with you: and I haue walked before you from my childehood vnto this day.
3 Na da wea. Na da dilima adi liligi giadofale hamoi galea, Hina Gode Ea si da: iya amola hina bagade dunu ni ilegei dunu amo ea si da: iya nima adoma. Na da inia bulamagau o inia dougi wamolabala? Na da inia: liligi bidi fa: no imunusa: udigili labala: o inia liligi bagade amoane bidi fonobahadi ianu labala? Na da enoga hano suligi sia: nabibala: ? Na da adi liligi na afae giadofale hamoi galea, na da dabe imunu.”
Beholde, here I am: beare recorde of me before the Lord and before his Anointed. Whose oxe haue I taken? or whose asse haue I taken? or whome haue I done wrong to? or whome haue I hurt? or of whose hande haue I receiued any bribe, to blinde mine eyes therewith, and I will restore it you?
4 Dunu ilia da bu adole i, “Afae hamedafa, dia da ninima bidi fa: no imunusa: liligi hame lai, amola ninia liligi bidi fonobahadiga hame lai, amola dia da ninia liligi afae hame lai, amola dia da nini hamedafa igabosu.”
Then they sayde, Thou hast done vs no wrong, nor hast hurt vs, neither hast thou taken ought of any mans hand.
5 Sa: miuele da adole i, “Hina Gode amola na ilegei hina bagade dunu, amo elea fawane da ba: le, dilia da na da moloidafa dunu sia: i dagoi.” Isala: ili dunu da bu adole i, “Dafawane! Hina Gode da ninima ba: su dunu esala.”
And he saide vnto them, The Lord is witnesse against you, and his Anointed is witnesse this day, that yee haue founde nought in mine handes. And they answered, He is witnesse.
6 Sa: miuele da gebe amanewane sisia: asi, “Hina Gode Hifawane da Mousesema amola Elanema ilegei. Hifawane da dilia aowalali Idibidi soge ganodini esalu amo fadegalesi.
Then Samuel sayde vnto the people, It is the Lord that made Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers out of the land of Egypt.
7 Waha dilia aligia gowane leloma, amola na da dilima Hina Gode Ea midadi diwaneya udidimu. Na da Hina Gode Ea liligi noga: i hamoi amo dilima amola dilia aowalalima hamoi amo olelemu.
Nowe therefore stand still, that I may reason with you before the Lord according to all the righteousnesse of the Lord, which he shewed to you and to your fathers.
8 Ya: igobe amola ea sosogo ilia da Idibidi sogega ahoanoba, Idibidi dunu ilia da ilima bagadewane igaboi, amola dilia aowalalia da Gode Ea fidima: ne didigia: i. Amabeba: le, Gode da Mousese amo Elane asunasiagai. Elawa da dili Idibidi soge ganodini esalu amo oule misini sogebi gui ha: ini fima: ne asunasi dagoi.
After that Iaakob was come into Egypt, and your fathers cried vnto the Lord, then the Lord sent Moses and Aaron which brought your fathers out of Egypt, and made them dwell in this place.
9 Be Isala: ili dunu da ilia Hina Gode amo gogolei dagoi. Amaiba: le Gode da Filisidini dunu amola Moua: be hina bagade amola Ha: isou moilai bai bagade fi ilia dadi gagui dunu ouligisu dunu ea dio amo Sisela, amo dilia Isala: ili aowalali dunuma hasalasima: ne, logo doasi dagoi.
And when they forgate the Lord their God, he solde them into the hand of Sisera captaine of the hoste of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistims, and into the hande of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.
10 Amalu dilia aowalalia da Gode Ea fidima: ne dinana agoane sia: su, “Ninia da wadela: i hou hamoi, bai Hina Gode Dima baligifa: le, ogogole ‘gode’ Ba: ile amola A: siedalode elamama sia: ne gadosu. Ninima ha lai dunu ilia nini osa: la heda: sa: besa: le nini gaga: ma, amasea, ninia da Dima nodone sia: ne gadomu!
And they cried vnto the Lord, and saide, We haue sinned, because we haue forsaken the Lord, and haue serued Baalim and Ashtaroth. Nowe therefore deliuer vs out of the handes of our enemies, and we will serue thee.
11 Amabeba: le, Gode da Gidione dilima afugisiagai, amalu Bela: ge afugisi amalu Yefeda afugisi amalu fa: nodafa, na afugisi. Ninia fawane da defegagale dili ha lai dunuga osa: la hedasa: besa: le, dili gaga: i amoga dilia da hahawane esalusu.
Therefore the Lord sent Ierubbaal and Bedan and Iphtaph, and Samuel, and deliuered you out of the handes of your enemies on euery side, and yee dwelled safe.
12 Be dilia da ba: loba, A:mone fi ilia hina bagade dunu Na: ihase da gadenenewane dili doaga: la: muba: le, dilia Gode amo higale, dilia da nama hina bagade dunu eno dili ouligilaloma: ne lamusa: nama adole ba: i!
Notwithstanding when you sawe, that Nahash the King of the children of Ammon came against you, ye sayde vnto me, No, but a King shall reigne ouer vs: when yet the Lord your God was your King.
13 Be waha hina bagade dunu dili hanaiga lai amo goea, dili da amo adole ba: i, amo waha Hina Gode da e dilima i dagoi.
Nowe therefore beholde the King whome yee haue chosen, and whome yee haue desired: loe therefore, the Lord hath set a King ouer you.
14 Dilia da Godema lalegaguli, Ea sia: nabasea, Ema sia: ne gadosea, Ea Sema dedei huluane fa: no bobogesea, amola dilia hina bagade dunu amola dilia da Hina Gode Ema fawane fa: no bobogesea, dilia da hahawane fifi ahoanumu.
If ye wil feare the Lord and serue him, and heare his voyce, and not disobey the worde of the Lord, both yee, and the King that reigneth ouer you, shall follow the Lord your God.
15 Be dilia da Hina Gode Ea sia: amo mae nabawene, amola Ea hamoma: ne sia: i amo hame hamosea, E da dilima amola dilia hina bagade dunuma, ha lai ganumu.
But if yee will not obey the voyce of the Lord, but disobey the Lordes mouth, then shall the hand of the Lord be vpon you, and on your fathers.
16 Amaiba: le moloiwane lelawane aligima. Amasea, Gode da dilima gasa bagade hou hamobe, dilia da ba: mu.
Nowe also stande and see this great thing which the Lord will doe before your eyes.
17 Waha da esoi bagade. Dafawanela: ? Be na da Hina Godema sia: ne gadomu, amola Hina Gode da gugelele amola gibu imunu. Amo liligi defele doaga: sea, dilia da hina bagade dunu lamusa: adole ba: beba: le, dilia da Hina Godema wadela: le hamoi amo dili dawa: digimu.”
Is it not nowe wheat haruest? I wil call vnto the Lord, and he shall send thunder and raine, that yee may perceiue and see, howe that your wickednesse is great, which ye haue done in the sight of the Lord in asking you a King.
18 Amalalu, Sa: miuele da Hina Godema sia: ne gadoi, amola, amogalawane Hina Gode da gugelele amola gibu i. Amaiba: le dunu ilia da Hina Godema amola Sa: miuelema bagadewane beda: i.
Then Samuel called vnto the Lord, and the Lord sent thunder and raine the same day: and all the people feared the Lord and Samuel exceedingly.
19 Amola ilia da Sa: miuelema amane sia: i, “Dafawane, dia Hina Bagade Gode Ema nini fidima: ne sia: ne gadoma, amasea nini da mae bogoma: ne gaga: i dagoi ba: mu. Waha ninia da dawa: digisa, ninia da wadela: i hou bagade hamosu, amo hamosawane ninia da hina bagade dunu eno lamusa: adole ba: beba: le, wadela: i hou hamoi dagoi.”
And all the people said vnto Samuel, Pray for thy seruaunts vnto the Lord thy God, that we die not: for we haue sinned in asking vs a King, beside all our other sinnes.
20 Sa: miuele da bu adole i “Mae beda: ma! Be amomane dilia da wadela: i hou hamoi dagoi. Be Hina Gode ea hou lalegagui mae yolesima. Be dilia dogoga amola asigi dawa: suga, Hina Godema dafawaneyale dawa: ma.
And Samuel said vnto the people, Feare not. (ye haue indeede done all this wickednesse, yet depart not from following the Lord, but serue the Lord with all your heart,
21 Ogogole ‘gode’ ilima mae fa: no bobogema. Ilia da dili hame fidimu amola hame gaga: mu. Bai amo da dafawane Gode hame.
Neither turne yee backe: for that shoulde be after vaine things which cannot profite you, nor deliuer you, for they are but vanitie)
22 Hina Gode da noga: le dadawa: lu, Ea hamomusa: ilegei, amola E da dili fisiagamu hamedafa dawa: Bai E da dili Ea fidafa hamomusa: ilegei dagoi.
For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great Names sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.
23 Be na dili fidima: ne, Hina Godema hame sia: ne gadolala ganiaba, na da Hina Godema wadela: le hamona: noba. Hina Gode! Na da amo sia: ne gadosu fisimu higa: i gala mabu! Be amomane na da dilima hou ida: iwane olelemu da defea.
Moreouer God forbid, that I should sinne against the Lord, and cease praying for you, but I will shewe you the good and right way.
24 Be dilia Hina Gode Ea sia: mae yolesili, nabawane hamoma. Dilia Ea gasa bagade hou dili fidima: ne hamoi amo bu dawa: ma.
Therefore feare you the Lord, and serue him in the trueth with all your hearts, and consider howe great things he hath done for you.
25 Be dilia da gebewane wadela: i hou hamonanea, Hina Gode da dilia amola dilia hina bagade dunu gugunufinisimu.”
But if ye doe wickedly, ye shall perish, both yee, and your King.
