In like manner, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, that even if any obey not the word, they may without the word be won by the behavior of the wives,

let him turn away from evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it.

For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are toward their supplication; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

And who is he that shall harm you, if ye are followers of that which is good?
14 Be dilia hou ida: iwane hamobeba: le, se nabasea, defea, dilia da hahawane gala. Dunu enoma mae beda: ma amola mae da: i dioma.
But if ye even suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye. And be not afraid at their terrors, nor alarmed;
15 Be dilia dogo ganodini Yesu Gelesuma fawane beda: ma amola E da dilima Hina Gode esalebeba: le, Ema nodoma. but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts. And be ready always to give an answer to every one that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you, but with meekness and fear;

having a good conscience, that, wherein ye are evil spoken of, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conduct in Christ.
17 Dilia da hou ida: iwane hamobeba: le, Gode da logo hame hedofasea, dilia mae hihini se nabimu da defea. Be dilia wadela: i hou hamobeba: le, se naba, amo da dilia hou hame fidisa.
For it is better, if it be the will of God, that ye suffer for well-doing, than for evil-doing.

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous one for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;
