1 Na da hahawane halegale lalebe dunu! Na da asunasi dunu! Na da Hina Gode Yesu Gelesu ba: i dagoi! Na da Hina Gode Yesu Gelesu Ea hawa: hamoiba: le, dilia da Yesu Ea fa: no bobogesu fi esala.
Am not I free? Am not I an apostle? Have not I seen Christ Jesus our Lord? Are not you my work in the Lord?
2 Be eno dunu da na da asunasi dunu hame amo sia: sea, dilia da na da asunasi dunu amo dafawaneyale dawa: mu da defea. Dilia da Hina Gode Yesu Gelesu Ema madelagiba: le esala, amo hou da na da asunasi dunudafa amo olelesa.
And if unto others I be not an apostle, but yet to you I am. For you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord.
3 Dunu da nama lasogole sia: sea, na da na hou agoane gaga: sa.
My defence with them that do examine me is this.
4 Na hawa: hamobeba: le, na hano amola ha: i manu lamu da defeala: ?
Have not we power to eat and to drink?
5 Na da asunasi dunu eno Hina Gode Yesu Gelesu Ea eyalali amola Bida ili defele, Yesu Ea hou lalegagui uda lale amola sigi masunu, amo na hamomu da defeala: ?
Have we not power to carry about a woman, a sister, as well as the rest of the apostles, and the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
6 O defea hame galea, na amola Banabase ani fawane da ania wali esaloma: ne lamu liligi lamusa: , loboga hawa: hamomu da defeala: ?
Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to do this?
7 Dadi gagui dunu da gegesea, eno dunu da ema bidi iaha. Ifabi ouligisu dunu da ea waini sagai fage naha. Sibi ouligisu da ea sibi dodo maga: me naha.
Who serveth as a soldier at any time, at his own charges? Who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? Who feedeth the flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock?
8 Be amo osobo bagade fedege sia: fawane na da hame olelesa. Gode Sia: Dedei Hamoma: ne Sia: i da amo hou defele olelesa.
Speak I these things according to man? Or doth not the law also say these things?
9 Mousese ea Sema amo ganodini ninia amane idisa, “Dilia gagoma ha: i manu lama: ne, bulamagau amo gagoma osagima: ne asunasisia, bulamagau ea lafi mae la: gima.”
For it is written in the law of Moses: Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?
10 Be amo sia: da ninima olelema: ne dedei diala. Nowa dunu da osobo gidinasea, amola nowa dunu da ha: i manu faisia, ela da ha: i manu bidi lamusa: dawa: beba: le, hawa: hamosa.
Or doth he say this indeed for our sakes? For these things are written for our sakes: that he that plougheth, should plough in hope; and he that thrasheth, in hope to receive fruit.
11 Ania fedege agoane a: silibu liligi hawa: agoane dilia gilisisu amo ganodini bugi dagoi. Amaiba: le, ania dilima osobo bagade liligi faimu da defea.
If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we reap your carnal things?
12 Dunu eno da dilima amo liligi bidi agoane labeba: le, amo da defea ganiaba, anima amo liligi imunu da baligiliwane defea gala: loba. Be amo mae dawa: le, ania da dilima liligi hame lai. Be dilia Sia: Ida: iwane, Yesu Gelesu Ea hou olelesu liligi, amo noga: le hame nabasa: besa: le, ania da se nabimu hame hihi galu.
If others be partakers of this power over you, why not we rather? Nevertheless, we have not used this power: but we bear all things, lest we should give any hindrance to the gospel of Christ.
13 Dilia dawa: ! Dunu ilia Debolo Diasu amo ganodini hawa: hamobeba: le, ilia ha: i manu Debolo ouligisu dunuma i liligi naha. Amola dunu ilia gobele salasu hou oloda da: iya hawa: hamosa, ilia da gobele salimusa: , ha: i manu ligisi amo mogili la: idi naha.
Know you not, that they who work in the holy place, eat the things that are of the holy place; and they that serve the altar, partake with the altar?
14 Amo hou defele, Hina Gode Yesu Gelesu da logo fodoi amane. Nowa da Ea Sia: olelesea, ilia hawa: hamosudafa hamobeba: le, bidi lamu.
So also the Lord ordained that they who preach the gospel, should live by the gospel.
15 Be na da amo hou mae dawa: le, na labe amo lamu hame dawa: i galu. Amola amo labe lama: ne, na da wali meloa hame dedesa. Agoai hou na higabeba: le, na da mae edegele, hidadea bogomu da defea. Na moloidafa gasa fi hou da udigili liligi amo ba: sa: besa: le, na da na bidi gasawane adole ba: mu higasa.
But I have used none of these things. Neither have I written these things, that they should be so done unto me: for it is good for me to die, rather than that any man should make my glory void.
16 Na da Gode Ea Sia: Ida: iwane olelebeba: le, gasa fi agoane sia: mu da defea hame. Na da Yesu Gelesu nama sia: beba: le fawane olelesa. Na da amo sia: hame olelesea, se bagade nabimu.
For if I preach the gospel, it is no glory to me, for a necessity lieth upon me: for woe is unto me if I preach not the gospel.
17 Na da na hanaiba: le amo hawa: hamosa ganiaba, na da bidi lamu na da dawa: la: loba. Be Gode da amo hawa: hamosu nama ilegeiba: le, na da bidi mae dawa: iwane hamonana.
For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation is committed to me:
18 Amaiba: le, na da adi bidi lama: bela: ? Na da Gode Ea Sia: Ida: iwane udigili bidi mae lalewane hahawane olelesa. Amo hahawane hou da nagili bidi gala.
What is my reward then? That preaching the gospel, I may deliver the gospel without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
19 Na da halegale lalabe. Na da dunu eno ilia udigili hawa: hamosu dunu hame. Be na hou afadenene, na da dunu bagohame Yesu Ea logoga hiougima: ne, bu na da dunu huluane ilia udigili hawa: hamosu dunu agoane nisu hamosa.
For whereas I was free as to all, I made myself the servant of all, that I might gain the more.
20 Na da Yu dunu Yesuma hiougima: ne, na da Yu dunuma gilisili hawa: hamosea, Yu dunu ilia hou defele hamosa. Na da Mousese ea Sema amoga hame la: gi. Be na da amo Semaga la: gi dunuma gilisisia, amo dunu Yesuma hiougima: ne, na da Mousese ea Sema defele hawa: hamosa.
And I became to the Jews, a Jew, that I might gain the Jews:
21 Amo hou defele, na da Dienadaile dunu ilima gilisili hawa: hamosea, na da Yu sema mae dawa: le, Dienadaile dunu Yesuma hiougima: ne, ilia hou defele hamosa. Amo bai da na Gode Ea Sema hame naba, mae dawa: ma. Na da Yesu Gelesu Ea sema nabawane hamonana.
To them that are under the law, as if I were under the law, (whereas myself was not under the law, ) that I might gain them that were under the law. To them that were without the law, as if I were without the law, (whereas I was not without the law of God, but was in the law of Christ, ) that I might gain them that were without the law.
22 Be gasa hame dafawaneyale dawa: su dunu ilima na gilisili hawa: hamosea, amo dunu Yesuma hiougima: ne, na da gasa hame dunu agoane ba: sa. Amaiba: le, na da dunu huluane ilia hou defele, na da logo huluane amoga na da ili Yesuma hiougima: ne, ilia hou defele hamosa.
To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak. I became all things to all men, that I might save all.
23 Amo hou huluane, na da Gode Sia: Ida: iwane fidima: ne amola na hou amo ganodini hahawane ba: ma: ne, hamosa.
And I do all things for the gospel’s sake: that I may be made partaker thereof.
24 Dilia huluane dawa: ! Hehenasu hedesu amo ganodini, dunu bagohame hehenasa. Be dunu afadafa fawane da baligili hehenabeba: le, bidi lasa. Dilia bidi lamusa: dawa: beba: le, baligiliwane hehenama.
Know you not that they that run in the race, all run indeed, but one receiveth the prize? So run that you may obtain.
25 Hehenasu dunu huluane da habuga bidi lamu hanaiba: le, hi da: i hodo ea hou fane legesa. Amo habuga bidi lasu liligi da dasasu liligi. Be ninia da hame dasamu bidi lama: ne hehenasa.
And every one that striveth for the mastery, refraineth himself from all things: and they indeed that they may receive a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible one.
26 Amaiba: le, na da hehenasu la: di bidiga doaga: musa: , moloiwane hehenasa. Na da loboga gegesu dunu agoane. Na da loboga hisi udigili hame fasa.
I therefore so run, not as at an uncertainty: I so fight, not as one beating the air:
27 Na da amo hehenasu hamoma: ne eno dunuma misa: ne sia: sa. Be Gode da na udigili esaloma: ne, na hehenasu logo hedofasa: besa: le, nisu da Na da: i hodo ga: nasima: ne amola na da: i hodo amoma na da ouligisuwane esaloma: ne, na da: i hodo fasa.
But I chastise my body, and bring it into subjection: lest perhaps, when I have preached to others, I myself should become a castaway.
