Therefore when Paul and Barnabas had no small discord and discussion with them, they appointed Paul, Barnabas, and some others of them to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.
3 Hec bada igorriric Eliçáz, iragan citzaten Pheniça eta Samaria, Gentilén conuersionea contatzen çutela: eta eman ciecén bozcario handi anaye guciey.

8 Eta Iaincoac eçagutzen baititu bihotzac, testificatu draue, hæy Spiritu saindua emanez guriere beçala.
God, who knows the heart, testified about them, giving them the Holy Spirit, just like he did to us.
9 Eta eztu differentiaric batre eguin gure eta hayén artean, fedez purificaturic hayén bihotzac
He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.
10 Orain bada cergatic tentatzen duçue Iaincoa, discipuluén leppo gainean vztarriaren eçartera, cein ez gure aitéc ez guc ecin ekarri vkan baitugu?
Now therefore why do you tempt God, that you should put a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
11 Baina Iesus Christ Iaunaren gratiaz sinheften dugu saluaturen garela, hec-ere beçala.
But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they are.”

Simeon has reported how God first visited the nations to take out of them a people for his name.
15 Eta hunequin accordatzen dirade Prophetén hitzac: scribatua den beçala.
This agrees with the words of the prophets. As it is written,
16 Guero itzuliren naiz, eta berriz edificaturen dut Dauid-en tabernacle eroria, eta haren ruinác berriz edificaturen ditut, eta berriz altchaturen dut hura.
‘After these things I will return. I will again build the tabernacle of David, which has fallen. I will again build its ruins. I will set it up

20 Baina scribatzeco çayela beguira ditecen idolén satsutassunetaric, eta paillardiçataric, eta gauça ithotic, eta odoletic.
but that we write to them that they abstain from the pollution of idols, from sexual immorality, from what is strangled, and from blood.
21 Ecen Moysesec haraitzinadanic baditu hirietaric batbederatan hura predicatzen dutenac, synagoguetan Sabbath guciaz iracurtzen denaz gueroz.
For Moses from generations of old has in every city those who preach him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”

23 Hayén escuz scribatzen çutela seguitzen dena, Apostoluéc eta Ancianoéc eta anayéc Antiochen eta Syrian eta Cilician Gentiletaric diraden anayey, salutatione.

25 Gure irudia içan da consentimendu batez bildu garenona, elegitu ditugun guiçonén çuetara igortera, Barnabas eta Paul gure maitequin,

26 Baitirade Iesus Christ gure Iaunagatic bere viciac abandonnatu dituztén guiçonac,
men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
27 Igorri ditugu bada Iuda eta Silas, hec-ere gauça berac ahoz contaturen drauzquiçue.
We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves will also tell you the same things by word of mouth.
28 Ecen on iruditu çayó Spiritu sainduari eta guri, ez eçartera carga handiagoric batre çuen gainera gauça necessario hauc baicen:
For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay no greater burden on you than these necessary things:
29 Baitirade, Beguira çaitezten idoley sacrificatu diraden gaucetaric, eta odoletic, eta ithotic, eta paillardiçataric, baldin gauça hautaric çuen buruäc beguira baditzaçue, vngui eguinen duçue. Vngui duçuela.

But Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
36 Eta cembeit egunen buruän erran cieçón Paulec Barnabasi, Itzuliric visita ditzagun gure anayeac Iaunaren hitza denuntiatu dugun hiri gucietan, eya nola dauden.
After some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing.”
37 Eta Barnabasec conseillatzen çuen berequin har leçaten Ioannes, Marc deitzen cena:
Barnabas planned to take John, who was called Mark, with them also.
38 Baina Pauli etzayón bidezco iruditzen hetaric ia Pamphiliatic bereci cena, eta obra hartara lagundu etzituena berequin har leçaten
But Paul did not think that it was a good idea to take with them someone who had withdrawn from them in Pamphylia, and did not go with them to do the work.
39 Hala iharduqui ceçaten bada, non bata berceaganic separa baitzitecen: eta Barnabas Marc harturic embarca baitzedin Cyprerat.
Then the contention grew so sharp that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him and sailed away to Cyprus,
