< 3 John 1 >

1 ni dur yaken ciko Gayus nin wo mi cwiti mor bilenkeu
The elder to the well-beloved Gaius, whom I love in truth.
2 moni micwitiyeu mi diloti fiye bi bwiyer, kange twaka, nawo dume mwe kwamereu.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
3 miki for neret ducce, wori yitub mwebo kangym bo yii ye warke dor bilenke mwe, na wo mo yati mor bilenke
For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.
4 mi man ki for nerero wolawo nan nuwa bi beyo lomi ya yamti mor bilenke
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
5 kom womi cwiti-cwiyeu ka merangkange fabub ri, wone warke dor cwika mweke nuwa nobo nawan kwama nintiye an yori ma no mo ma cinnen tikali ki for neret wo doten nure kwama
Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers;
6
Who have borne testimony of thy charity before the church: whom if thou shalt bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou wilt do well:
7 wori ci cerker denrero wo, ci yuwo diker fiye nobo nyombo kwama nin.
Because for his name's sake they went forth, taking nothing from the Gentiles.
8 na yilam for nangenne wo bilenke ceu.
We therefore ought to receive such, that we may be fellow-helpers to the truth.
9 min mulang tomange fiye nobo kwangten kwama tiye wori diyotiriffis wo lo cobo cwika durek more kimeu yuwo bo bo
I wrote to the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the pre-eminence among them, receiveth us not.
10 nyori non bou ri, man yii co twam nangen ne ce wo, kange den bero co kangti tiber niber ki ker cero bwirangi nyeu wuro la cinen bo, tak ci ko yuwaka yitub be bo ti, cin nyowam nibo cwiti na ci ma nyeu, nyori co nywa citi mor nubo mwanten kwanten kwama tiye
Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content with that, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth [them] out of the church.
11 mo niwo mi cwitiye, merang de dikero bwir, merang dikero ken. nuwa ma dikero ken tiye nob kwamab ma dikero kwer tiye nyombo kwama
Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
12 dimitiriya yuwo warka ken nubo nin gwam kange bilenke ki bwici nyo ma nyon warker dor cer, kin nyimom waeke nyeu bilenke
Demetrius hath good report by all [men], and by the truth itself: and we [also] bear testimony; and ye know that our testimony is true.
13 miki diker ducce wo ma mulang mwen tiye, nyori ma cwibo mulangmwen ki diker mulangka dike
I had many things to write, but I will not with ink and pen write to thee:
14 man bou na to nen kutaqnbo, ban tok ker tikob kange tikob fwor neret akange mo farubbo yarum nenti yarum ki den mir
But I trust I shall shortly see thee, and we shall speak face to face. Peace [be] to thee. [Our] friends salute thee. Greet the friends by name.
