1 Nawori kiritti nuwa dotange mor nage kom koywellum bwikume nacokken niwo nuwa dotan-nge mor bwiye ceri cerum mor bwiran kerer.
Forasmuch then as Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind; for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin;
2 Na wori niwo yi yimbiroti wu yak kala cewoninneu mani fiya ciyaka fiye nubo wiyeu kifiya ciyaka kwama wuyeu.
that you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh for human desires, but for the will of God.
3 Kadim yimkumembo kaleweu kwarub nawo nubo ywombo kwama cwi makatiyeu yim cwikaduwek, noramkatini noka diker bilantumer, meranka cika ko bwir, kan-nge meranka diker dilangtumer.
For enough time in the past has been spent doing the will of the unbelievers, and having walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, orgies, carousings, and abominable idolatries.
4 citotiri lomcinenbo kambo mumwereu. Kangbo dor kan'nge ci mordikero yuran'nge maci kwadiker ciya fiyati dor dikerowo. Nyori ciyantok ker dor mwer.
They think it is strange that you do not run with them into the same flood of debauchery, blaspheming:
5 Ciyati kiye diker cimaneu kabum niwo a ma dumenen kan'nge bwar bolang tiyeu.
who will give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.
6 Woncoo dikebwi ker kwamaro ya lam nubomanki dume, dila cin macimen bolang ko mor biye naci fiya cerka kwama nen.
For this reason also the Good News was preached to those who are now dead, that they might be judged according to man in the flesh, but might live according to God in the Spirit.
7 Dikerogwam wi bouti bidom, nawori kom mwerum dorkumero nakom kwob dillotinim.
But the end of all things is near. Therefore be serious and disciplined in your prayers.
8 Dor diker gwam, kom yilamki cwika bwitikikumek, wori cwika cumwom bweranketi ducce.
Above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins.
9 Kom ci bwini bwitikumero, manki kwanere.
Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
10 Komma bwitikumenen naniwo wab ker kwamarti kibilenkereu. No nii atintok kerdi ayilam ciki tok ker kwamar, tano nii atin wabwabkari, ayilam dong-dong bikwan nero rowo kwama netiyeu.
As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.
11 Mawuro gwam na kwama fiya caklanka mor denbiwecr yecu caklanka na yecuce diri atiyo. (aiōn g165)
If anyone speaks, let it be as it were the very words of God. If anyone serves, let it be as of the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
12 Kum kebmibo, komkware komk dotan'ngewo kan'nge cwarumbowo fiya komeu nan dikero fwir fiya komwiyeu.
Beloved, do not be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you, to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you.
13 Tano dila kom mwerkan dorti kan'nge meciya mor nuwaka dotan'ngecekri, kom yilam kibilangtum morece, cano duktankaceko bouri.
But because you are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy.
14 Bibwiyer kikuom cano nubo tokomti kiden kirittiddi wori yuwa duktankak kwama ko kange yuwa tangbe kwama noti dor kumer.
If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed; because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. On their part he is blasphemed, but on your part he is glorified.
15 Nuwaka dotan'nge kumekowe, kan'nge more kume ceu ayilare amwerum twalka dorekocue, kan'nge kwiito ceu, kange na'ngendo bwirkoceu, kan-nge ni mwerka dorekoceu.
For let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil doer, or a meddler.
16 Tano ninuwa dotan-nge ti wori cin kiritari ciya nuware kwenduwe ciya duktang kwma kidendo curo.
But if as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this name.
17 kwamalam nawuro bolango biyaterti dor nob kwamabeb cano aterdorberri, ayila nyi kange nubowo bwangtenbo kerr kwamareu?
For the time has come for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins first with us, what will happen to those who do not obey the Good News of God?
18 Tano atin bwai naniwo caccakeu fiya certakri, ayilayi kan-nge niwo manki kwama kan-nge ni bwiran kerer?
And "If the righteous is delivered with difficulty, where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?"
19 Nawori n ubowo nuwa dotan-nge ker kwamareu ciya yoken dumeceu nii fuleenin ciyama diker dong dong ngeti.
Therefore let them also who suffer according to the will of God in doing good entrust their souls to him, as to a faithful Creator.
