1 Rəbbə həmd edin! Rəbbə yeni bir ilahi oxuyun, Möminlər camaatı arasında Ona həmd edin!

Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 İsrail nəsli Yaradanına görə sevinsin, Sion övladları Padşahına görə şad olsun!

Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

3 Rəqslərlə isminə həmd edin, Dəflə, lira ilə Onu tərənnüm edin!

Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!

4 Çünki Rəbb Öz xalqından zövq alar, Zəfəri ilə itaətkarların üstünə yaraşıq salar.

For the LORD takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation.

5 Bu şərəfə görə qoy möminlər sevinsinlər, Yataqlarında belə, Onu tərənnüm etsinlər.

Let the saints rejoice in honor. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

6 Dilləri ilə Allahı ucaltsınlar, Əllərində ikiağızlı qılınc tutsunlar.

May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand,

7 Millətləri qıraraq qisas alsınlar, Ümmətləri cəzalandırsınlar.

to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

8 Padşahlarına zəncir vursunlar, Sərkərdələrini dəmir buxovlara salsınlar.

to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 Onlar üçün yazılan hökmü yerinə yetirsinlər, Rəbbin bütün möminləri bununla şərəflənsinlər. Rəbbə həmd edin!

to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise the LORD!
