1 Rəbbə həmd edin! Nə bəxtiyardır Rəbdən qorxan, Əmrlərindən zövq alan insan!

Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man, that feareth the Lord, and deliteth greatly in his commandements.

2 Nəsli yer üzündə güclü olacaq, Əməlisalehlərin övladları xeyir-dua alacaq.

His seede shall be mightie vpon earth: the generation of the righteous shall be blessed.

3 Evindən bolluq və sərvət əskilməz, Salehliyi əbədi qalar.

Riches and treasures shalbe in his house, and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

4 Zülmətdə belə, əməlisaleh insanlar üçün, Lütfkar, rəhmli və saleh adamlar üçün nur doğar.

Vnto the righteous ariseth light in darkenes: he is merciful and full of copassion and righteous.

5 Səxavətlə borc verən, İşlərini ədalətlə görən yaxşı insandır.

A good man is mercifull and lendeth, and will measure his affaires by iudgement.

6 Belə adam əsla sarsılmaz, Saleh insan əbədi olaraq yadda qalacaq.

Surely he shall neuer be moued: but the righteous shalbe had in euerlasting remembrance.

7 Pis xəbərdən qorxmaz, Rəbbə güvəndiyi üçün ürəyi möhkəmdir,

He will not be afraide of euill tidings: for his heart is fixed, and beleeueth in the Lord.

8 Cəsur ürəklidir, Düşmənlərinin süqutunu görənədək qorxmaz.

His heart is stablished: therefore he will not feare, vntill he see his desire vpon his enemies.

9 Səpələyər, fəqirlərə paylayar, Salehliyi əbədi qalar, Qüdrəti və hörməti ucalar.

He hath distributed and giuen to ye poore: his righteousnesse remaineth for euer: his horne shalbe exalted with glory.

10 Pis adamsa bunu görüb qəzəblənər, Dişlərini qıcıdar, yanıb-tökülər, Pislərin arzusu puç olar.

The wicked shall see it and be angrie: he shall gnash with his teeth, and consume away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
