1 Günahın işləndiyini görərək yaxud bilərək şahidi olan adam and içdiriləndə bu barədə şəhadət etməsə, cəzasını çəkər.
“‘If anyone sins ·errs (the standard goal)·, in that he sh'ma ·hear obey· the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he does not report it, then he shall bear his depravity (moral evil).
2 Bilmədən hər hansı murdar bir əşyaya, çöl, ev ya da qaynaşan heyvanın leşinə toxunan hər kəs murdar və təqsirkar sayılır.
“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be condemned guilty.
3 Birini murdarlayan ifrazata, insandan ifraz olan murdarlığa bilmədən toxunan kəs – nə cür murdarlıq olursa olsun – onu dərk edəndə təqsirkar sayılır.
“‘Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be condemned guilty.
4 Düşünmədən və bilmədən hər hansı bir ehtiyatsız andla pislik yaxud yaxşılıq etmək üçün and içən hər kəs bunu biləndə təqsirkar sayılır.
“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be condemned guilty of one of these.

It shall be, when he is condemned guilty of one of these, he shall yadah ·extend hands in confession· of that in which he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)·:

and he shall bring his fault incurring guilt offering to Adonai for his habitual sin ·missing the mark· which he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)·, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his habitual sin ·missing the mark·.
7 Lakin əgər o adamın qoyun-keçi qurbanı kəsməyə gücü çatmırsa, günahına görə təqsirini yumaq üçün Rəbbə iki qumru quşu yaxud da iki göyərçin – biri günah qurbanı, digərini yandırma qurbanı olaraq gətirsin
“‘If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his fault incurring guilt offering for that in which he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)·, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Adonai; one for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering, and wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.

He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.

He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the judgement; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his habitual sin ·missing the mark· which he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)·, and he shall be forgiven.
11 Əgər o adamın hətta iki qumru quşuna və yaxud iki göyərçinə gücü çatmırsa, qoy işlətdiyi günah üçün narın undan efanın onda birini günah qurbanı kimi təqdim etsin. Lakin qoy onun üstünə nə zeytun yağı, nə də kündür qoymasın, çünki bu günah qurbanıdır.
“‘But if he can’t afford two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he shall bring his offering for that in which he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)·, one tenth of an ephah [an omer; 2.3 q; 2.2 L] of fine flour for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
12 Qoy bu adam onu kahinin yanına gətirsin. Kahin ondan xatirə təqdimi kimi bir ovuc götürüb qurbangahda Rəbb üçün verilən yandırma təqdimi üzərində tüstülətsin. Bu, günah qurbanıdır.
He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of Adonai made by fire. It is a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.

The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his habitual sin ·missing the mark· that he has sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)· in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”
14 Rəbb Musaya dedi:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
15 «Rəbbin müqəddəs şeylərinə etinasız yanaşıb bilmədən günah edən hər kəs təqsir qurbanı olaraq sürüdən qüsursuz bir qoç gətirsin. Bu təqsir qurbanı Müqəddəs yerdəki şekelə münasib gümüş şekellə qiymətləndirilməlidir.
“If anyone commits a violation, and sins ·errs (the standard goal)· that is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, in the holy things of Adonai; then he shall bring his fault incurring guilt offering to Adonai, a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel is 0.4 oz; 11.34 g), for a fault incurring guilt offering.
16 Müqəddəs şeylərə vurduğu ziyanı da qoy o adam ödəsin və üstünə beşdə birini əlavə edərək kahinə versin; kahin onun üçün təqsir qurbanı olan qoçla kəffarə etsin ki, o bağışlansın.
He shall make restitution for that sin ·err (from the standard goal)· which he has done wrong in the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the fault incurring guilt offering, and he will be forgiven.
17 Əgər bir nəfər günah işlədib etməməli olduğu halda Rəbbin bütün əmrlərindən birini pozarsa və bunu bilmədən edərsə, təqsirkar sayılıb cəzasını çəkməlidir.
“If anyone sins ·errs (the standard goal)· against any the mitzvot ·instructions· of Adonai concerning things which should not be done, though he didn’t know it, yet he is condemned guilty, and shall bear his depravity (moral evil).
18 Qoy o, kahinin yanına təqsir qurbanı olaraq sürüdən qüsursuz və dəyərli bir qoç gətirsin. Bununla kahin onun bilmədən törətdiyi günahı kəffarə etsin ki, o bağışlansın.
He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a fault incurring guilt offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the unintentional mistake sin ·error· in which he deviated in mental error, unintentional sin ·error·, and he will be forgiven.
19 Bu, təqsir qurbanıdır. Həmin adam Rəbbin qarşısında təqsirkar olmuşdur».
It is a fault incurring guilt offering. He is certainly condemned guilty condemned guilty before Adonai.”
