Yəhya 3
1 Fariseylər arasında Nikodim adlı bir Yəhudi rəhbəri var idi.
There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 O, gecə ikən İsanın yanına gəlib dedi: «Rabbi, bilirik ki, Sən Allahın yanından gələn bir müəllimsən. Çünki Allah ona yar olmasa, heç kəs Sənin göstərdiyin əlamətləri edə bilməz».
The same came to Yahushua by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from Elohim: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except Elohim be with him.
3 İsa ona cavab verdi: «Doğrusunu, doğrusunu sənə deyirəm: bir kəs yenidən doğulmasa, Allahın Padşahlığını görə bilməz».
Yahushua answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of YHWH.
4 Nikodim Ondan soruşdu: «Yaşa dolmuş bir adam necə yenidən doğula bilər? O, ikinci dəfə anasının bətninə girib doğula bilərmi?»
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 İsa cavab verdi: «Doğrusunu, doğrusunu sənə deyirəm: bir kəs sudan və Ruhdan doğulmasa, Allahın Padşahlığına daxil ola bilməz.
Yahushua answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of YHWH.
6 Bəşərdən doğulan bəşərdir, Ruhdan doğulan ruhdur.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Sənə “yenidən doğulmalısınız” dediyimə heyrət etmə.
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 Yel istədiyi yerdə əsir, onun səsini eşidirsən, amma haradan gəlib haraya getdiyini bilmirsən. Ruhdan doğulmuş adam da belədir».
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nikodim «Bu şeylər necə ola bilər?» deyə soruşdu.
Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 İsa ona cavab verdi: «Sən İsrailin müəllimisən. Bunları bilmirsənmi?
Yahushua answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11 Doğrusunu, doğrusunu sənə deyirəm: biz bildiyimizi söyləyirik, gördüyümüzə şəhadət edirik, amma siz bizim şəhadətimizi qəbul etmirsiniz.
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12 Əgər Mən sizə yerdəki işlərdən danışanda inanmırsınızsa, göydəki işlərdən danışsam, necə inanacaqsınız?
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 Heç kəs göyə çıxmayıb, yalnız göydən enmiş Bəşər Oğlu orada olub.
And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which was in heaven.
14 Musa çöldə ilanı yuxarı qaldırdığı kimi Bəşər Oğlu da yuxarı qaldırılmalıdır ki,
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
16 Çünki Allah dünyanı elə sevdi ki, vahid Oğlunu verdi; bunu ona görə etdi ki, Ona iman edən hər kəs həlak olmasın, amma əbədi həyata malik olsun. (aiōnios g166)
For YHWH so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
17 Allah dünyanı mühakimə etmək üçün deyil, Oğlunun vasitəsilə xilas etmək üçün Onu dünyaya göndərdi.
For YHWH sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 Ona iman edən mühakimə olunmur, iman etməyənsə artıq mühakimə olunub, çünki Allahın vahid Oğlunun adına iman etməyib.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of YHWH.
19 Mühakimə bundan ibarətdir ki, dünyaya nur gəldi, amma insanlar qaranlığı nurdan daha çox sevdilər, çünki əməlləri şər idi.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 Pislik edən hər kəs nura nifrət edər, əməllərinin üzə çıxmaması üçün nura tərəf gəlməz.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 Həqiqətə əməl edənsə nura tərəf gələr ki, əməllərini Allah naminə etdiyi bəlli olsun.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in Elohim.
22 Bundan sonra İsa və Onun şagirdləri Yəhudeya diyarına gəldilər. İsa bir müddət onlarla orada qalıb vəftiz edirdi.
After these things came Yahushua and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.
23 Yəhya da Şalim yaxınlığındakı Aynonda vəftiz edirdi, çünki orada çoxlu su var idi. Adamlar da gəlib vəftiz olunurdu.
And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.

For John was not yet cast into prison.

Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying.
26 Şagirdləri Yəhyanın yanına gəlib dedilər: «Rabbi, İordanın o tayında sənin yanında olan və barəsində şəhadət etdiyin Şəxs indi Özü vəftiz edir və hamı Onun yanına gəlir».
And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.
27 Yəhya cavabında dedi: «İnsana göydən verilməsə, o heç nə ala bilməz.
John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
28 “Mən Məsih deyiləm, ancaq Ondan əvvəl göndərilmişəm” sözümə özünüz şahidsiniz.
Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Messiah, but that I am sent before him.
29 Gəlin kimindirsə, bəy odur. Amma bəyi gözləyərək ona qulaq asan sağdışı bəyin səsini eşidib çox sevinir. Mənim sevincim beləcə tam oldu.
He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.
30 İndi Ona böyümək, mənə kiçilmək gərəkdir».
He must increase, but I must decrease.
31 Yuxarıdan Gələn hamıdan üstündür. Yer üzündən olan yerə məxsusdur və yer barədə danışar, göydən Gələnsə hamıdan üstündür.
He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.
32 Nə görüb-eşidibsə, ona şəhadət edər, amma şəhadətini heç kəs qəbul etməz.
And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.
33 Onun şəhadətini qəbul edən kəs Allahın haqq olduğuna möhür basıb.
He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that Elohim is true.
34 Ona görə ki Allahın göndərdiyi Şəxs Allahın sözlərini söyləyər. Çünki Allah Ruhu hədsiz verir.
For he whom YHWH hath sent speaketh the words of YHWH: for YHWH giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
35 Ata Oğulu sevir və hər şeyi Onun ixtiyarına verib.
The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
36 Oğula iman edən şəxs əbədi həyata malikdir, Oğula itaət etməyənsə həyat görməyəcək, lakin Allahın qəzəbi onun üzərində qalır. (aiōnios g166)
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of YHWH abideth on him. (aiōnios g166)
