1 Yesseyin kötüyündən yeni bir fidan çıxacaq, Kökündən çıxan bir budaq bar verəcək.
And a Rod has come out from the stock of Jesse, And a Branch is fruitful from his roots.
2 Rəbbin Ruhu, Hikmət və anlayış ruhu, Öyüd-nəsihət və qüdrət ruhu, Bilik və Rəbb qorxusu ruhu Onun üzərində olacaq.
The Spirit of YHWH has rested on Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and fear of YHWH.
3 O, Rəbb qorxusunda sevinc tapacaq. Gözlərinin gördüyü ilə hökm etməyəcək, Qulağı ilə eşitdiyinə görə qərar çıxarmayacaq.
To refresh Him in the fear of YHWH, And He does not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decides by the hearing of His ears.
4 Lakin o, yoxsullara haqq ilə hökm edəcək, Yer üzündəki fəqirlərin işinə ədalətlə qərar çıxaracaq. Dünyanı ağzının dəyənəyi ilə vuracaq. Pis adamları ağzının nəfəsi ilə öldürəcək.
And He has judged the poor in righteousness, And decided for the humble of earth in uprightness, And has struck earth with the rod of His mouth, And He puts the wicked to death with the breath of His lips.
5 O, belini salehliklə qurşayacaq, Sədaqəti kəmər kimi taxacaq.
And righteousness has been the girdle of His loins, And faithfulness—the girdle of His reins.
6 O gün qurdla quzu bir yerdə yaşayacaq, Bəbirlə çəpiş birgə yatacaq, Dana, gənc aslan və bəslənmiş mal-qara Yan-yana duracaq, Onları balaca uşaq gəzdirəcək.
“And a wolf has sojourned with a lamb, And a leopard lies down with a kid, And calf, and young lion, and fatling [are] together, And a little youth is leader over them.

And cow and bear feed, Together their young ones lie down, And a lion eats straw as an ox.

And a suckling has played by the hole of a cobra, And on the den of a viper The weaned one has put his hand.
9 Müqəddəs dağımın heç bir yerində Heç kimə zərər dəyməyəcək, Heç bir kəs o birisini məhv etməyəcək. Çünki sular dənizi bürüdüyü kimi Dünya Rəbbin biliyi ilə dolacaq.
They do no evil, nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth has been full with the knowledge of YHWH, As the waters are covering the sea.”
10 O gün Yesseyin kökü xalqlara bayraq olacaq, Millətlər ona tərəf yönələcək Məskunlaşdığı yer izzətlə dolacaq.
And there has been, in that day, A Root of Jesse that is standing for an ensign of peoples, Nations seek Him, And His rest has been glorious!
11 O gün Xudavənd Aşşurdan, Misirdən, Patrosdan, Kuşdan, Elamdan, Şinardan, Xamatdan və uzaq diyarlardan Xalqının sağ qalanlarını qurtarmaq üçün İkinci dəfə əlini uzadacaq.
And it has come to pass in that day, The Lord adds His power a second time, To get the remnant of His people that is left, From Asshur, and from Egypt, And from Pathros, and from Cush, And from Elam, and from Shinar, And from Hamath, and from islands of the sea,
12 Millətlər üçün bayraq qaldıracaq, Əsir düşmüş İsrail övladlarını yığacaq, Dağılmış Yəhudalıları Dünyanın dörd bucağından bir yerə gətirəcək.
And He has lifted up an ensign to nations, And gathers the driven away of Israel, And He assembles the scattered of Judah, From the four wings of the earth.
13 Efrayimin qısqanclığı yox olacaq, Yəhudanı sıxışdıranlar məhv olacaq. Efrayim Yəhudaya qısqanmayacaq, Yəhuda Efrayimi sıxışdırmayacaq.
And has turned aside the envy of Ephraim, And the adversaries of Judah are cut off, Ephraim does not envy Judah, And Judah does not distress Ephraim.
14 Onların ikisi qərbdə Filiştlilərin üstünə hücum edəcək, Birlikdə şərqdə yaşayanların var-dövlətini qarət edəcək, Edom və Moav torpaqlarını zəbt edəcək, Ammonlular onlara tabe olacaq.
And they have flown on the shoulder of the Philistines westward, Together they spoil the sons of the east, Edom and Moab sending forth their hand, And sons of Ammon obeying them.
15 Rəbb Misirdəki dənizin körfəzini Büsbütün qurudacaq. Fərat çayının üzərində Əlini yellədərək səmum küləyi gətirəcək, O, çayı yeddi dərəyə böləcək, Adamlar oradan çarıqlarla keçə biləcək.
And YHWH has devoted to destruction The tongue of the Sea of Egypt, And has waved His hand over the river, In the terror of His wind, And has struck it at the seven streams, And has caused [men] to tread [it] with shoes.
16 İsrail övladları Misir torpağından çıxdığı kimi Rəbbin Aşşurda sağ qalan xalqı üçün Böyük bir çıxış yolu olacaq.
And there has been a highway, For the remnant of His people that is left, from Asshur, As there was for Israel in the day of his coming up out of the land of Egypt!
