1 Əllinci Gün bayramı zamanı onların hamısı bir yerə yığılmışdı.
Whe the fyftith daye was come they were all with one accorde togeder in one place.
2 Birdən güclü külək uğultusu kimi göydən bir səs gəlib onlar oturan evin hər tərəfini bürüdü.
And sodenly ther cam a sounde from heaven as it had bene the comminge of a myghty wynde and it filled all the housse where they sate.
3 Onlara göründü ki, nə isə alov kimi dillərə parçalanaraq hər birinin üstünə düşür.
And ther appered vnto them cloven tonges lyke as they had bene fyre and it sate vpon eache of them:
4 Onların hamısı Müqəddəs Ruhla doldu və Ruhun danışdırdığına görə başqa dillərdə danışmağa başladılar.
and they were all filled with the holy goost and beganne to speake with other tonges even as the sprete gave them vtteraunce.
5 Bu vaxt səma altında mövcud olan bütün millətlər arasından gələn mömin Yəhudilər Yerusəlimdə yaşayırdılar.
And ther were dwellinge at Ierusalem Iewes devoute men which were of all nacions vnder heaven.
6 Bu səs gələndə orada böyük izdiham toplandı. Hamı öz dilində danışıldığını eşidəndə çaş-baş qaldı.
When this was noysed aboute the multitude came to gether and were astonyed because that every man hearde the speake his awne touge.
7 Mat qalaraq heyrət içində dedilər: «Bu danışanların hamısı Qalileyalı deyilmi?
They wondred all and marveyled sayinge amoge them selves: Beholde are not all these which speake of Galile?
8 Bəs necə olur ki, biz hamımız öz ana dilimizi eşidirik?
And how heare we every man his awne touge wherein we were boren?
9 Biz Parfiyalılar, Midiyalılar, Elamlılar, Mesopotamiyada, Yəhudeyada, Kappadokiyada, Pontda və Asiya vilayətində,
Parthians Medes and Elamytes and the inhabiters of Mesopotamia of Iury and of Capadocia of Ponthus and Asia
10 Frigiyada, Pamfiliyada, Misirdə və Liviyanın Kirenaya yaxın bölgələrində yaşayanlar, Romada yaşayan
Phrigia Pamphilia and of Egypte and of the parties of Libia which is besyde Syrene and straungers of Rome Iewes and convertes
11 Yəhudilər və Yəhudi dinini qəbul edənlər, Kritlilər, Ərəblər eşidirik ki, onlar bizim dilimizdə Allahın əzəmətli işlərindən danışır».
Grekes and Arabians: we have herde them speake with oure awne tonges the greate workes of God.
12 Hamı mat qalıb çaşqınlıq içində bir-birindən soruşurdu: «Bu nədir?»
They were all amased and wondred sayinge one to another: what meaneth this?
13 Bəziləri də rişxəndlə deyirdi: «Bunlar şirin şərabdan sərxoş olublar».
Other mocked the sayinge: they are full of newe wyne.
14 Peter On Bir həvari ilə bərabər irəli çıxdı və izdihama ucadan nida etdi: «Ey Yəhudilər və Yerusəlimin bütün sakinləri, sizə bildirirəm, sözlərimə qulaq asın.
But Peter stepped forth with the eleve and lift vp his voyce and sayde vnto them: Ye men of Iewrye and all ye that inhabite Ierusalem: be this knowe vnto you and with youre eares heare my wordes.
15 Bu adamlar fikirləşdiyiniz kimi sərxoş deyil. Hələ günün üçüncü saatıdır.
These are not dronken as ye suppose: for it is yet but the thyrde houre of ye daye.
16 Bu gördükləriniz Yoel peyğəmbər vasitəsilə əvvəlcədən deyilən hadisədir.
But this is that which was spoken by ye Prophete Iohel:
17 Allah dedi ki, axır zamanda “Bütün bəşər üzərinə Ruhumdan tökəcəyəm. Oğullarınız və qızlarınız peyğəmbərlik edəcək, Cavanlarınız görüntülər, Ağsaqqallarınızsa röyalar görəcək.
It shalbe in the last dayes sayth God: of my sprete I will powre out vpon all flesshe. And youre sonnes and youre doughters shall prophesy and youre yoge men shall se visions and youre olde me shall dreme dremes.
18 O günlərdə qul və qarabaşların üzərinə də Ruhumdan tökəcəyəm, Onlar da peyğəmbərlik edəcək.
And on my servauts and on my honde maydens I will powre out of my sprete in those dayes and they shall prophesye.
19 Yuxarıda – göylərdə xariqələr, Aşağıda – yerdə əlamətlər göstərəcəyəm: Qan, alov və tüstü buxarları görünəcək.
And I will shewe wonders in heaven a bove and tokens in the erth benethe bloud and fyre and the vapour of smoke.
20 Rəbbin möhtəşəm və əzəmətli günü gəlməzdən əvvəl Günəş qaranlığa və ay qan rənginə dönəcək.
The sunne shalbe turned into darknes and the mone into bloud before that greate and notable daye of the Lorde come.
21 Rəbbin adını çağıran hər kəs xilas olacaq”.
And it shalbe that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lorde shalbe saved.
22 Ey İsraillilər, bu sözlərimə qulaq asın! Bildiyiniz kimi Allahın aranızda Nazaretli İsa vasitəsilə yaratdığı möcüzələr, xariqələr və əlamətlər aydın göstərdi ki, O, Allahdan gələn Şəxsdir.
Ye men of Israel heare these wordes. Iesus of Nazareth a ma approved of God amoge you with myracles wondres and signes which God dyd by him in ye myddes of you as ye youre selves knowe:
23 Allahın əzəldən bilib müəyyən etdiyi məqsədə uyğun olaraq siz bu Şəxsi qanunsuzlara təslim edib onların əli ilə çarmıxa mıxlatdıraraq öldürdünüz.
him have ye taken by the hondes of vnrightewes persones after he was delivered by the determinat counsell and foreknoweledge of God and have crucified and slayne:
24 Allah isə ölüm əzablarını kəsərək Onu diriltdi. Çünki Onu ölüm tutub saxlaya bilməzdi.
whom God hath raysed vp and lowsed the sorowes of deeth because it was vnpossible that he shuld be holden of it.
25 Davud da Onun barəsində demişdi: “Rəbbə həmişə üz tutmuşam, Sağımda olduğu üçün sarsılmaram.
For David speaketh of him: Afore honde I sawe God alwayes before me: For he is on my ryght honde that I shuld not be moved.
26 Elə bunun üçün qəlbim sevinir, dilim şad olur, Cismim belə, ümidlə yaşayır.
Therfore dyd my hert reioyce and my tonge was glad. Moreover also my flesshe shall rest in hope
because thou wilt not leve my soul in hell nether wilt suffre thyne holye to se corrupcio. (Hadēs g86)
28 Mənə həyat yolunu öyrədirsən, Hüzurunda mənə doyunca sevinc verirsən”.
Thou hast shewed me the wayes of lyfe and shalt make me full of ioye with thy countenaunce.
29 Qardaşlar, sizə cəsarətlə deməliyəm ki, doğrudan da, ulu babamız Davud ölüb və dəfn olunub. Onun qəbri bu günə qədər buradadır.
Men and brethren let me frely speake vnto you of the partriarke David: For he is both deed and buryed and his sepulcre remayneth with vs vnto this daye.
30 Davud peyğəmbər idi və öz nəslindən bir Nəfəri onun taxtına çıxarmaq üçün Allahın and içərək Davuda vəd etdiyini bilirdi.
Therfore seinge he was a Prophet and knewe that God had sworne with an othe to him that the frute of his loynes shuld sit on his seat (in that Christ shulde ryse agayne in the flesshe)
31 Ona görə Məsihin dirilməsini əvvəlcədən görüb barəsində demişdi ki, Allah Onu ölülər diyarına atmaz, Cismini çürüməyə qoymaz. (Hadēs g86)
he sawe before: and spake in the resurreccion of Christ that his soule shulde not be left in hell: nether his flesse shuld se corrupcio. (Hadēs g86)
32 Allah bu İsanı ölümdən diriltdi və hamımız buna şahid olduq.
This Iesus hath God raysyd vp wherof we all are witnesses.
33 Allah Onu ucaltdı və sağ əlində oturtdu. O, vəd edilən Müqəddəs Ruhu Atadan götürüb sizin görüb-eşitdiyiniz kimi üstümüzə tökdü.
Sence now that he by the right honde of God exalted is and hath receaved of the father the promyse of the holy goost he hath sheed forthe that which ye nowe se and heare.
34 Davud özü göylərə qalxmadı, amma belə dedi: “Rəbb mənim Ağama dedi:
For David is not ascendyd into heave: but he sayde. The Lorde sayde to my Lorde sit on my right honde
35 ‹Mən düşmənlərini ayaqlarının altına kətil kimi salanadək Sağımda otur›”.
vntill I make thy fooes thy fote stole.
36 Ona görə də qoy bütün İsrail xalqı möhkəm bilsin ki, Allah sizin çarmıxa çəkdiyiniz bu İsanı həm Rəbb, həm də Məsih təyin etmişdir».
So therfore let all the housse of Israel knowe for a suerty yt God hath made ye same Iesus whom ye have crucified lorde and Christ.
37 Bu sözlər ona qulaq asanların ürəyinə ox kimi sancıldı. Onlar həm Peterdən, həm də o biri həvarilərdən soruşdular: «Qardaşlar, bəs biz nə edək?»
When they hearde this they were pricked in their hertes and sayd vnto Peter and vnto the other Apostles: Ye men and brethre what shall we do?
38 Peter onlara cavab verdi: «Tövbə edin, hamınız İsa Məsihin adı ilə vəftiz olun. Onda günahlarınız bağışlanacaq və bəxşiş olaraq Müqəddəs Ruhu alacaqsınız.
Peter sayde vnto them: repent and be baptised every one of you in the name of Iesus Christ for the remission of synnes and ye shall receave the gyfte of the holy goost.
39 Çünki bu vəd siz, övladlarınız, uzaqdakıların hamısı – Allahımız Rəbbin çağırdığı hər kəs üçündür».
For ye promyse was made vnto you and to youre chyldre and to all that are afarre even as many as ye Lorde oure God shall call.
40 Peter başqa çox söz deyib onlara xəbərdarlıq etdi və yalvardı: «Bu əyri nəsildən xilas olun».
And with many other wordes bare he witnes and exhorted them sayinge: Save youre selves from this vntowarde generacion.
41 Onun sözünü qəbul edənlər vəftiz oldular. O gün üç min nəfərə yaxın insan imanlılara qoşuldu.
Then they that gladly receaved his preachynge were baptised: and the same daye ther were added vnto them aboute thre thousande soules.
42 Onlar da özlərini həvarilərin təliminə, hər şeydə şərik olmağa, birgə çörək bölməyə və duaya həsr etdilər.
And they continued in the Apostles doctrine and felloushippe and in breakinge of breed and in prayer.
43 Bütün imanlıların ürəyinə qorxu düşdü. Həvarilər vasitəsilə çoxlu xariqələr və əlamətlər göstərilirdi.
And feare came over every soule. And many wondres and signes were shewed by the Apostles.
44 İman edənlərin hamısı bir yerdə idi, bütün əmlaklarından da birgə istifadə edirdi.
And all that beleved kept them selves to gedder and had all thinges comen
45 Onlar mallarını, mülklərini satıb pulu hər kəsə ehtiyacına görə paylayırdılar;
and solde their possessions and goodes and departed them to all men as every man had nede.
46 hər gün məbədə yığılmaqda davam edir, evlərdə sevinə-sevinə, səmimi qəlbdən çörək bölüb yeyirdilər.
And they continued dayly with one acorde in the teple and brake breed in every housse and dyd eate their meate to gedder with gladnes and singlenes of hert
47 Onlar Allaha həmd edir və bütün xalq qarşısında lütf qazanırdılar. Rəbb isə hər gün insanları xilas edir və imanlılara qoşurdu.
praysinge God and had faveour with all the people. And the Lorde added to ye congregacion dayly soche as shuld be saved.
