17 Bat-Şeva ona dedi: «Mənim ağam! “Məndən sonra hökmən oğlun Süleyman padşah olacaq və taxtımda o oturacaq” deyib kənizinə Allahın Rəbbin haqqı üçün and içdin.

and to say to/for him lord my you(m. s.) to swear in/on/with LORD God your to/for maidservant your for Solomon son: child your to reign after me and he/she/it to dwell upon throne my

18 Ağam padşah, indi isə Adoniya padşahlıq edir və sənin bundan xəbərin yoxdur.

and now behold Adonijah to reign and now lord my [the] king not to know

19 O, çoxlu mal-qara, bəslənmiş heyvan və qoyun-keçi qurban kəsdi. Padşahın bütün oğullarını, kahin Evyatarı və ordu başçısı Yoavı çağırdı, amma qulun Süleymanı çağırmadı.

23 Padşaha «peyğəmbər Natan gəldi» dedilər. O, padşahın hüzuruna gəldi və üzüstə əyilib təzim etdi.

and to tell to/for king to/for to say behold Nathan [the] prophet and to come (in): come to/for face: before [the] king and to bow to/for king upon face his land: soil [to]

24 Natan dedi: «Ağam padşah! “Məndən sonra Adoniya padşah olacaq və taxtımda o oturacaq” deyib söyləmisənmi?

and to say Nathan lord my [the] king you(m. s.) to say Adonijah to reign after me and he/she/it to dwell upon throne my

25 Adoniya bu gün gedib çoxlu mal-qara, bəslənmiş heyvan və qoyun-keçi qurban kəsdi və padşahın bütün oğullarını, ordu başçılarını və kahin Evyatarı çağırdı. Budur, “Yaşasın padşah Adoniya!” deyərək onun önündə yeyib-içirlər.

28 Padşah Davud cavab verib «Bat-Şevanı yanıma çağırın!» dedi. Bat-Şeva padşahın hüzuruna gəlib önündə durdu.

and to answer [the] king David and to say to call: call to to/for me to/for Bathsheba Bathsheba and to come (in): come to/for face: before [the] king and to stand: stand to/for face: before [the] king

29 Padşah and içib dedi: «Canımı bütün bəlalardan qurtarmış var olan Rəbbə and olsun ki,

and to swear [the] king and to say alive LORD which to ransom [obj] soul my from all distress

30 “məndən sonra hökmən oğlun Süleyman padşah olacaq və mənim əvəzimə taxtımda o oturacaq” deyib sənin üçün İsrailin Allahı Rəbbə içdiyim andı bu gün yerinə yetirəcəyəm».

31 Bat-Şeva padşahın önündə üzüstə yerə əyilib təzim etdi və «Ağam padşah Davud əbədi yaşasın!» dedi.

and to bow Bathsheba Bathsheba face land: soil and to bow to/for king and to say to live lord my [the] king David to/for forever: enduring

32 Padşah Davud dedi: «Kahin Sadoqu, peyğəmbər Natanı və Yehoyada oğlu Benayanı mənim yanıma çağırın». Onların hamısı padşahın hüzuruna gəldi.

and to say [the] king David to call: call to to/for me to/for Zadok [the] priest and to/for Nathan [the] prophet and to/for Benaiah son: child Jehoiada and to come (in): come to/for face: before [the] king

36 Yehoyada oğlu Benaya cavab verib dedi: «Amin! Ağam padşahın Allahı Rəbb belə istəyir.

and to answer Benaiah son: child Jehoiada [obj] [the] king and to say amen so to say LORD God lord my [the] king

37 Rəbb ağam padşaha yar olduğu kimi Süleymana da yar olsun və onun taxtını ağam padşah Davudun taxtından daha uca etsin».

38 Kahin Sadoq, peyğəmbər Natan, Yehoyada oğlu Benaya, Keretlilər və Peletlilər Süleymanı padşah Davudun qatırına mindirib aşağı endilər və onu Gixona qədər apardılar.

and to go down Zadok [the] priest and Nathan [the] prophet and Benaiah son: child Jehoiada and [the] Cherethite and [the] Pelethite and to ride [obj] Solomon upon female mule [the] king David and to go: take [obj] him upon Gihon

43 Yonatan Adoniyaya cavab verib dedi: «Yox, elə deyil, ağamız padşah Davud Süleymanı padşah etmişdir.

44 Padşah kahin Sadoqu, peyğəmbər Natanı, Yehoyada oğlu Benayanı, Keretliləri və Peletliləri Süleymanla birgə göndərdi və onu padşahın qatırına mindirdilər.

and to send: depart with him [the] king [obj] Zadok [the] priest and [obj] Nathan [the] prophet and Benaiah son: child Jehoiada and [the] Cherethite and [the] Pelethite and to ride [obj] him upon female mule [the] king

52 Süleyman dedi: «Əgər o, ləyaqətli adam olsa, başından bir tük belə, əskik olmaz, amma onda bir pislik tapılsa, öləcək».

53 Padşah Süleyman Adoniyanı qurbangahdan düşürüb gətirtdi. O da gəlib padşah Süleymana təzim etdi və Süleyman ona «Evinə get!» dedi.
