The song of songs, which [is] Solomon’s.
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love [is] better than wine.
3 ৩ তোমাৰ তেলৰ সুগন্ধই আনন্দৰ সৌৰভ আনে; বাকি দিয়া সুগন্ধৰ দৰেই তোমাৰ নাম; সেই বাবেই যুৱতীসকলে তোমাক ভাল পায়।
Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name [is as] ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
4 ৪ (যুৱতীয়ে নিজৰ মনতে ক’লে) মোক তোমাৰ লগত লৈ ব’লা; আমি সোনকালে পলাই যাম। ৰজাই মোক তেওঁৰ কক্ষৰ ভিতৰলৈ লৈ আনিলে; প্রিয়ৰ প্রতি কইনাৰ কথা: মই সুখী; মই তোমাক লৈ আনন্দ কৰোঁ; মোক তোমাৰ প্রেমত উল্লাসিত হ’বলৈ দিয়া; তোমাৰ ভালপোৱা দ্রাক্ষাৰসতকৈও উত্তম। আন ৰমণীসকলে যে তোমাৰ প্রশংসা কৰে, ই স্বাভাৱিক কথা। আন ৰমণীসকলৰ প্রতি:
Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee.
5 ৫ হে যিৰূচালেমৰ ৰমণীসকল, মই ক’লা বৰণীয়া হ’লেও সুন্দৰী; মই কেদৰৰ তম্বুৰ নিচিনা ক’লা আৰু চলোমনৰ পর্দাবোৰৰ দৰে সুন্দৰী।
I [am] black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
6 ৬ মই ক’লা বাবেই মোলৈ চাই নাথাকিবা; কাৰণ সূর্যৰ তাপে মোক ডেই নিলে। মোৰ ভাই-ককাইসকলে মোৰ ওপৰত খং কৰি মোক দ্ৰাক্ষাবাৰীবোৰৰ দেখা-শুনা কৰিবলৈ দিছিল; সেয়ে মই মোৰ নিজৰ দ্ৰাক্ষাবাৰীৰ যত্ন ল’ব পৰা নাই। প্রিয়ৰ প্রতি যুৱতীৰ কথা:
Look not upon me, because I [am] black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; [but] mine own vineyard have I not kept.
7 ৭ হে মোৰ প্রিয়তম, মোৰ প্রাণে তোমাকে ভালপায়! মোক কোৱা, তুমি তোমাৰ মেৰ-ছাগৰ জাকক কোন ঠাইত চৰোৱা? তুমি তোমাৰ মেৰ-ছাগবোৰক দুপৰীয়া ক’ত বিশ্রাম কৰোঁৱা? তোমাৰ লগৰীয়াৰ মেৰ-ছাগৰ জাকবোৰৰ কাষত, মই কিয় ওৰণি লোৱা জনীৰ নিচিনা ঘূৰি ফুৰিম? প্রিয়ৰ কথা:
Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest [thy flock] to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?
8 ৮ তুমি যদি তাক নাজানা, হে পৰম সুন্দৰী যুৱতী, মোৰ মেৰ-ছাগৰ জাকৰ খোজৰ চিনবোৰৰ পাছে পাছে আহাঁ আৰু তোমাৰ ছাগলী পোৱালিবোৰক মেৰ-ছাগ ৰখীয়াসকলৰ তম্বুৰ ওচৰতে চৰোৱা।
If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds’ tents.
I have compared thee, O my love, to a company of horses in Pharaoh’s chariots.
10 ১০ গালৰ দুপাশৰ গহণাৰে সৈতে, তোমাৰ গাল দুখন সুন্দৰ দেখাইছে, আৰু মুকুতাৰ কণ্ঠহাৰে তোমাৰ ডিঙি শোভিত কৰিছে।
Thy cheeks are comely with rows [of jewels], thy neck with chains [of gold].
We will make thee borders of gold with studs of silver.
While the king [sitteth] at his table, my spikenard sendeth forth the smell thereof.
A bundle of myrrh [is] my wellbeloved unto me; he shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.
14 ১৪ মোৰ প্রিয় মোৰ ওচৰত যেন এথোপা জেতুকা ফুল, যি অয়িন-গদীৰ দ্ৰাক্ষাবাৰীত উৎপন্ন হয়। প্রিয়ৰ কথা:
My beloved [is] unto me [as] a cluster of camphire in the vineyards of En-gedi.
15 ১৫ চোৱা, কি সুন্দৰী তুমি! মোৰ প্রিয়া; তুমি কিমান যে সুন্দৰী! তোমাৰ দুচকু কপৌৰ নিচিনা। প্রিয়াৰ কথা:
Behold, thou [art] fair, my love; behold, thou [art] fair; thou [hast] doves’ eyes.
Behold, thou [art] fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed [is] green.
The beams of our house [are] cedar, [and] our rafters of fir.
