1 ১ হে ঈশ্বৰ, মোৰ ক্রন্দন শুনা; মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনালৈ কাণ দিয়া।

TO THE OVERSEER. ON STRINGED INSTRUMENTS. BY DAVID. Hear, O God, my loud cry, attend to my prayer.

2 ২ মোৰ মন দুখত যেতিয়া ভাঙি পৰে, মই পৃথিবীৰ অন্তত থাকিলেও তাৰ পৰা তোমাক মাতিম; তুমি মোক মোতকৈ ওখ শিলটোলৈ লৈ যোৱা য’ত মোৰ নিৰাপত্তা আছে।

I call to You from the end of the land, In the feebleness of my heart, You lead me into a rock higher than I.

3 ৩ কিয়নো তুমি মোৰ আশ্ৰয়, শত্ৰুৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰোঁতা দৃঢ় দুৰ্গ।

For You have been a refuge for me, A tower of strength because of the enemy.

4 ৪ মই যেন চিৰকাললৈকে তোমাৰ তম্বুত বাস কৰিবলৈ পাম; তোমাৰ ডেউকাৰ আঁৰত মই যেন আশ্রয় পাম। (চেলা)

I sojourn in Your tent for all ages, I trust in the secret place of Your wings. (Selah)

5 ৫ কিয়নো হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমিয়েই মোৰ সঙ্কল্পবোৰ শুনিলা। তোমাৰ নাম শ্রদ্ধা কৰাসকলৰ আধিপত্য তুমি মোক দিলা।

For You, O God, have listened to my vows, You have appointed the inheritance Of those fearing Your Name.

6 ৬ তুমি ৰজাৰ আয়ুস দীর্ঘাযু় কৰিবা; তেওঁ বয়স বহু পুৰুষলৈকে থাকিব।

You add days to the days of the king, His years as generation and generation.

7 ৭ তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰৰ সাক্ষাতে চিৰকাল বাস কৰিব; তেওঁৰ ৰক্ষাৰ অৰ্থে দয়া আৰু সত্যতা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা।

He dwells before God for all time, Appoint kindness and truth—they keep him.

8 ৮ তাতে, মই চিৰকাললৈকে তোমাৰ প্ৰশংসাৰ গান কৰিম; প্রতিদিনে নিজৰ সঙ্কল্প সিদ্ধ কৰিম।

So I praise Your Name forever, When I pay my vows day by day!
