1 ১ হে যিহোৱা, তুমি খঙত মোক ধমকি নিদিবা; তোমাৰ ক্রোধত মোক শাসন নকৰিবা।

For the Leader; with string-music; on the Sheminith. A Psalm of David. O LORD, rebuke me not in Thine anger, neither chasten me in Thy wrath.

2 ২ হে যিহোৱা, মোক কৃপা কৰা, কিয়নো মই দুর্বল; হে যিহোৱা মোক সুস্থ কৰা, কিয়নো মোৰ হাড়বোৰ ভয়তে কঁপিছে।

Be gracious unto me, O LORD, for I languish away; heal me, O LORD, for my bones are affrighted.

3 ৩ মোৰ প্ৰাণো ভয়তে ব্যাকুল হৈছে; হে যিহোৱা, এইদৰে কিমান কাললৈ হৈ থাকিব?

My soul also is sore affrighted; and Thou, O LORD, how long?

4 ৪ হে যিহোৱা, মোলৈ ঘূৰি চোৱা, মোৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰা; তোমাৰ অসীম প্রেমেৰে মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা।

Return, O LORD, deliver my soul; save me for Thy mercy's sake.

5 ৫ মৃত্যু হ’লে তোমাক সোঁৱৰণ কৰা নহয়; চিয়োলত কোনে তোমাৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰিব? (Sheol h7585)

For in death there is no remembrance of Thee; in the nether-world who will give Thee thanks? (Sheol h7585)

6 ৬ মই কেঁকাই কেঁকাই ক্লান্ত হৈ পৰিছো; গোটেই নিশা কান্দি-কান্দি মই মোৰ শয্যা চকুৰ পানীৰে তিয়াও; মোৰ বিচনা তিতি যায়।

I am weary with my groaning; every night make I my bed to swim; I melt away my couch with my tears.

7 ৭ দুখতে মোৰ চকুৰ দৃষ্টি কমি গৈছে; শত্রুবোৰৰ কাৰণে মোৰ চকু দুৰ্বল হৈছে।

Mine eye is dimmed because of vexation; it waxeth old because of all mine adversaries.

8 ৮ হে দুষ্ট কার্য কৰা লোকবিলাক, তোমালোক সকলোৱেই মোৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা দূৰ হৈ যোৱা; কিয়নো যিহোৱাই মোৰ ক্ৰন্দন শুনিছে।

Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

9 ৯ যিহোৱাই মোৰ নিবেদন শুনিলে; তেওঁ মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা গ্ৰহণ কৰিছে।

The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD receiveth my prayer.

10 ১০ মোৰ সকলো শত্রুবোৰ লজ্জিত হ’ব আৰু ভয়তে ব্যাকুল হ’ব; সিহঁত ঘূৰি যাব আৰু হঠাৎ লাজত পৰিব।

All mine enemies shall be ashamed and sore affrighted; they shall turn back, they shall be ashamed suddenly.
