1 ১ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তোমাৰ নামৰ দ্বাৰাই মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা; তোমাৰ পৰাক্রমেৰে মোৰ দোষ মোচন কৰা।

For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. Maschil of David: when the Ziphites came and said to Saul, Doth not David hide himself with us? Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me in thy might.

2 ২ হে ঈশ্বৰ, মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা শুনা, মোৰ মুখৰ কথালৈ কাণ দিয়া।

Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

3 ৩ কিয়নো অন্য জাতিৰ লোকসকল মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠিছে, হৃদয়হীন লোকে মোৰ প্ৰাণ লবলৈ বিচাৰিছে; তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ সন্মুখত ঈশ্বৰক ঠাই নিদিয়ে। (চেলা)

For strangers are risen up against me, and violent men have sought after my soul: they have not set God before them. (Selah)

4 ৪ কিন্তু ঈশ্ৱৰ মোৰ সহায়কৰ্তা; ঈশ্বৰেই মোৰ জীৱন ধৰি ৰাখে।

Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is of them that uphold my soul.

5 ৫ তেওঁ মোৰ শত্ৰুবোৰৰ অপৰাধৰ প্ৰতিশোধ ল’ব; তোমাৰ বিশ্ৱস্ততাত তুমি তেওঁলোকক বিনষ্ট কৰা।

He shall requite the evil unto mine enemies: destroy thou them in thy truth.

6 ৬ মই নিজ ইচ্ছাৰে তোমাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিম; হে যিহোৱা, মই তোমাৰ নামৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম; কিয়নো সেয়ে উত্তম।

With a freewill offering will I sacrifice unto thee: I will give thanks unto thy name, O LORD, for it is good.

7 ৭ কাৰণ তেওঁ মোক মোৰ সকলো সঙ্কটৰ পৰা উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে; মোৰ চকুৱে শত্ৰুবোৰৰ ওপৰত মোক জয়ী হোৱা দেখিলে।

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble; and mine eye hath seen [my desire] upon mine enemies.
