1 ১ হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ ক্ৰোধত মোক ধমকি নিদিবা; তোমাৰ প্ৰচণ্ড কোপত মোক শাস্তি নিদিবা।
Yahweh, when you are angry [with me], do not rebuke/scold me and punish me!
2 ২ কিয়নো তোমাৰ কাঁড়বোৰে মোক বিন্ধিছে, তোমাৰ হাতে মোক বৰকৈ হেঁচি ধৰিছে।
[Now it is as though] you have shot your arrows at me and wounded me; you have struck me and knocked me down.
3 ৩ তোমাৰ ক্রোধৰ কাৰণে মোৰ শৰীৰত ক’তো সুস্থতা নাই; মোৰ পাপৰ কাৰণে মোৰ অস্থিবোৰত স্বাস্থ্য নাই।
Because you have been angry with me, I am suffering great pain. Because of my sin, my whole body is diseased.
4 ৪ মোৰ মূৰৰ ওপৰলৈকে মোৰ অনেক অপৰাধবোৰ উঠিছে; সেইবোৰ মোৰ বাবে বব নোৱাৰা অতি গধুৰ বোজাৰ নিচিনাও হৈছে।
All my sins are [like a flood] that covers my head; they are like a load that is very heavy, with the result that I cannot carry it.
5 ৫ মোৰ অজ্ঞানতাৰ কাৰণে মোৰ ঘাঁবোৰ গেলি দুৰ্গন্ধময় হৈছে।
Because I have done foolish things, I have sores that have become worse, and they stink.
6 ৬ মই দুখ পাই বৰ কুঁজা হৈ পৰিছো, ওৰে দিনটো শোকাতুৰ হৈ ফুৰিছোঁ।
[Sometimes] I am bent over, and [sometimes] I lie prostrate; I am sad/cry all day.
7 ৭ মোৰ কঁকালত জ্বলা-পোৰাৰ বিষ হৈছে, মোৰ শৰীৰৰ ক’তো সুস্থতা নাই।
My body is burning with fever, and I am very ill.
8 ৮ মই বৰ দুৰ্ব্বল আৰু ভাগি পৰিছোঁ; মনৰ ব্যাকুলতাত মই কেঁকাই আছোঁ।
I am completely exhausted, and I have no strength. I am very distressed, and I groan with pain.
9 ৯ হে যিহোৱা, মোৰ সকলো কামনা-বাসনা তুমি জানা; মোৰ হুমুনিয়াহ তোমাৰ পৰা লুকাই থকা নাই।
Yahweh, you know that I desire [to be healed]; you hear me while I am groaning.
10 ১০ মোৰ বুকু ধপধপাইছে; মোৰ শক্তি নোহোৱা হৈ গৈছে; এনে কি মোৰ চকুও অন্ধকাৰ হৈ গৈছে।
My heat is pounding heavily, and all my strength is gone. I am no longer able to see well.
11 ১১ মোৰ এই অৱস্থা দেখি, বন্ধু-বান্ধৱ আৰু সংগীসকলে মোৰ আপদৰ পৰা আঁতৰত থিয় হৈ থাকে, মোৰ চুবুৰীয়াসকলেও আঁতৰত থাকে।
My friends and neighbors stay away from me because of my sores; even my own family stays away from me.
12 ১২ যিসকলে মোৰ প্ৰাণ বিচাৰে, তেওঁলোকে মোলৈ ফান্দ পাতিছে, যিসকলে মোৰ অনিষ্ট কৰিবলৈ বিচাৰে, তেওঁলোকে ধ্বংসৰ কথা কয়; তেওঁলোকে ওৰে দিনটো কেৱল ছলনা কৰিবলৈকে চিন্তা কৰি থাকে।
And those who want to kill me set traps to catch me; those who want to harm me discuss ways to get rid of me; they plot against me all day.
13 ১৩ মই কলা মানুহৰ নিচিনা হ’লো, একোকে নুশুনো; মই মুখ মেলিব নোৱাৰা বোবা মানুহৰ নিচিনা হ’লো।
Now I act like I’m deaf, and do not listen [to what they say]. I act like I cannot talk, so I say nothing [to reply to them].
14 ১৪ যি মানুহে নুশুনে, যাৰ মুখত কোনো উত্তৰ নাই, মই এনে মানুহৰ নিচিনাই হ’লো।
I act like a man who does not answer [when people talk to him], because he cannot hear anything.
15 ১৫ হে যিহোৱা, মই তোমালৈহে অপেক্ষা কৰি আছোঁ; হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, তুমিয়েই উত্তৰ দিবা।
But Yahweh, I trust in you. My Lord God, you will answer me.
16 ১৬ মই প্রার্থনা কৰি কওঁ, “যেতিয়া মোৰ ভৰি পিছলি যায়, মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যিসকলে অহংকাৰ কৰে, তুমি তেওঁলোকক মোৰ ওপৰত আনন্দ কৰিবলৈ নিদিবা।”
I said to you, “Do not cause [me to die, with the result that] my enemies will rejoice! Do not cause me to stumble, with the result that they will be very happy!”
17 ১৭ মইতো প্রায় পৰিয়েই গ’লো; মোৰ ক্লেশ সদায় মোৰ লগতে আছে।
I say that because I am about to fall down, and I constantly have pain.
18 ১৮ মোৰ অপৰাধ মই স্বীকাৰ কৰিছোঁ; মোৰ পাপৰ কাৰণে মই দুঃখিত হৈছোঁ।
I confess the wrong things that I have done; I am [very] sorry for the sins that I have committed.
19 ১৯ যিসকল অকাৰণতে মোৰ শত্রু হৈছে, তেওঁলোক শক্তিশালী। যিসকলে অকাৰণে মোক ঘৃণা কৰে, তেওঁলোক অনেক।
My enemies are healthy and strong; there are many people who hate me for no reason.
20 ২০ মোৰ উপকাৰৰ সলনি তেওঁলোকে মোলৈ অপকাৰহে কৰে; যদিও মই সৎকর্ম কৰোঁ, তেওঁলোক মোৰ বিৰোধী।
Those who do evil things to me in return for my doing good things to them oppose me because I try to do what is right.
21 ২১ হে যিহোৱা, মোক ত্যাগ নকৰিবা। হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মোৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা তুমি আঁতৰত নাথাকিবা।
Yahweh, do not abandon me! My God, do not stay far from me!
22 ২২ হে মোৰ যিহোৱা, মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণকর্তা; মোক সহায় কৰিবলৈ তুমি শীঘ্রে আহাঁ।
Lord, you are the one who saves/rescues me; Quickly [come and] help me!
