1 ১ হে যিহোৱা, মই মোৰ প্রাণ তোমালৈ তুলি ধৰিছোঁ!

[A Psalm] of David. Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.

2 ২ হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মই তোমাতেই ভাৰসা কৰিছোঁ; তুমি মোক লাজত পৰিবলৈ নিদিবা; মোৰ শত্রুবোৰক মোৰ ওপৰত উল্লাস কৰিবলৈ নিদিবা।

O my God, in thee have I trusted, let me not be ashamed; let not mine enemies triumph over me.

3 ৩ তোমালৈ অপেক্ষা কৰাসকলক তুমি লাজত পৰিবলৈ নিদিবা; কিন্তু যি সকলে অকাৰণে বিশ্বাসঘাটকতা কৰে তেওঁলোকেই লাজত পৰিব।

Yea, none that wait on thee shall be ashamed: they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.

4 ৪ হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ পথবোৰ মোক জনোৱা; তোমাৰ পথত চলিবলৈ মোক শিকোৱা।

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

5 ৫ তোমাৰ সত্যতাত মোক পৰিচালিত কৰা আৰু মোক শিক্ষা দিয়া; কিয়নো তুমিয়েই মোৰ ত্ৰাণকর্তা ঈশ্বৰ; ওৰে দিনটো মই তোমালৈ অপেক্ষা কৰোঁ।

Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

6 ৬ হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ দয়া আৰু অসীম প্রেমৰ কথা তুমি পাহৰি নাযাবা, কিয়নো সেই সকলো অনাদি কালৰ পৰা আছে।

Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.

7 ৭ মোৰ যৌৱন কালৰ পাপ আৰু অপৰাধবোৰ তুমি সোঁৱৰণ নকৰিবা; হে যিহোৱা, তুমি তোমাৰ অসীম প্রেমৰ দ্বাৰাই আৰু তোমাৰ মঙ্গলদায়ক গুণেৰেই মোক সোঁৱৰণ কৰা।

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy lovingkindness remember thou me, for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.

8 ৮ যিহোৱা মঙ্গলময় আৰু সৎ; সেয়ে তেওঁ পাপী লোকক তেওঁৰ পথৰ বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দিয়ে।

Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he instruct sinners in the way.

9 ৯ তেওঁ নম্ৰ লোকক ন্যায় পথত চলায়, তেওঁৰ পথৰ বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দিয়ে।

The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.

10 ১০ যিসকলে যিহোৱাৰ ব্যৱস্থা আৰু বিধিবোৰ পালন কৰে, তেওঁলোকলৈ তেওঁৰ সকলো পথেই অসীম প্রেম আৰু বিশ্ৱস্ততাৰে পৰিপূর্ণ।

All the paths of the LORD are lovingkindness and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 ১১ হে যিহোৱা, মোৰ অপৰাধ অতি গুৰুতৰ; তোমাৰ নামৰ গুণেৰেই মোৰ অপৰাধ ক্ষমা কৰা।

For thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity, for it is great.

12 ১২ কোন সেই লোক, যি জনে যিহোৱালৈ ভয় ৰাখে? তেওঁলোকে মনোনীত কৰিবলগীয়া পথ যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকক শিকাব।

What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he instruct in the way that he shall choose.

13 ১৩ তেওঁলোকে উন্নতিৰ মাজেদি নিজৰ জীৱন কটাব; তেওঁলোকৰ বংশধৰসকলে দেশ অধিকাৰ কৰিব।

His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the land.

14 ১৪ যি সকলে যিহোৱালৈ ভয় ৰাখে, যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকৰ লগত বন্ধুত্ব কৰে; আৰু তেওঁ স্থাপন কৰা বিধিবোৰ তেওঁলোকক জনায়।

The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

15 ১৫ মোৰ চকু চিৰকাল যিহোৱাৰ ফাললৈ; কিয়নো তেৱেঁই মোৰ ভৰি জালৰ পৰা মুক্ত কৰিব।

Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.

16 ১৬ মোৰ ফালে ঘূৰি চোৱা, মোক কৃপা কৰা; কিয়নো মই অকলশৰীয়া আৰু দুঃখিত।

Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.

17 ১৭ মোৰ হৃদয়ৰ যাতনাৰ পৰা মোক মুক্ত কৰা; মোৰ নানা ক্লেশৰ পৰা মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা।

The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.

18 ১৮ মোৰ দুখ আৰু সঙ্কটলৈ দৃষ্টি কৰা, মোৰ সকলো পাপ ক্ষমা কৰা।

Consider mine affliction and my travail; and forgive all my sins.

19 ১৯ মোৰ শত্রুবোৰলৈ চোৱা, তেওঁলোক সংখ্যাত অনেক; তেওঁলোকে কিমান ভীষণ ঘৃণাৰে মোক ঘিণ কৰে।

Consider mine enemies, for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.

20 ২০ মোৰ প্রাণৰ সুৰক্ষা দিয়া, মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা; মোক লাজত পৰিবলৈ নিদিবা, কাৰণ মই তোমাতেই আশ্ৰয় লৈছোঁ।

O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed, for I put my trust in thee.

21 ২১ মোৰ সততা আৰু ন্যায় কার্যই মোক ৰক্ষা কৰক; কাৰণ মই তোমালৈকো অপেক্ষা কৰিছোঁ।

Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait on thee.

22 ২২ হে ঈশ্বৰ, ইস্ৰায়েলক তেওঁলোকৰ সকলো দুখ-কষ্টৰ পৰা মুক্ত কৰা।

Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
