1 ১ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি মোক ৰক্ষা কৰা, কিয়নো মই তোমাতেই আশ্ৰয় লৈছোঁ।
A Precious Psalm of David. Preserve me, O GOD, for I have sought refuge in thee.
2 ২ মই যিহোৱাক ক’লোঁ, “তুমিয়েই মোৰ প্ৰভু; তোমাৰ বাহিৰে মোৰ আন কতো মঙ্গল নাই।”
Thou hast said unto Yahweh, My Lord, art thou! My goodness, mounteth not unto thee.
3 ৩ পৃথিবীত যি সকল পবিত্ৰ লোক থাকে তেওঁলোক মহান; তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰতে মোৰ আনন্দ সম্পূৰ্ণ হয়।
It belongeth unto the holy ones, whom, in his own land, Yahweh, ennobleth, In whom is all his delight
4 ৪ যিসকলে আন দেৱতাক মনোনীত কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ অধিক যাতনা হ’ব, তেওঁলোকৰ দেৱতাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে অনা তেজৰ যি পেয় নৈবেদ্য, মই তাক উৎসৰ্গ নকৰিম; দেৱতাৰ নামো মোৰ ওঁঠত নলম।
They multiply their idols—another, have they purchased! I will not pour out their drink-offerings of blood, nor will I take up their names on my lips.
5 ৫ যিহোৱা, তুমিয়েই মোৰ আধিপত্যৰ মনোনীত ভাগ আৰু মোৰ পান-পাত্র; মোৰ ভৱিষ্যত তোমাৰ হাততে আছে।
Yahweh, is mine allotted portion and my cup, Thou, art maintaining my lot.
6 ৬ মোৰ সীমাৰ মাজত যি ঠাই পৰিছে, সেয়ে মনোহৰ ঠাই, অৱশ্যেই মোৰ এক মনোমোহা আধিপত্য আছে।
The lines, have fallen unto me, in pleasant places, Verily an inheritance that delighteth me.
7 ৭ যি জনাই মোক সুবুদ্ধি দিয়ে, মই সেই যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম; ৰাতিও মোৰ হৃদয়ে মোক শিক্ষা দিয়ে।
I will bless Yahweh, who hath counselled me, —Surely, by night, shall mine impulses admonish me.
8 ৮ মই যিহোৱাক সদায় মোৰ সন্মূখত ৰাখোঁ; তেওঁ মোৰ সোঁহাতে থকাত মই অস্থিৰ নহম।
I have set Yahweh before me continually, because he is on my right hand, I shall not be shaken!
9 ৯ এই কাৰণে মোৰ মন আনন্দেৰে ভৰা, মোৰ হৃদয়ে উল্লাস কৰে; মোৰ শৰীৰ নিৰাপদে থাকিব।
Therefore, hath my heart rejoiced, and mine honour exulted, Yea, my flesh, shall settle down securely;
10 ১০ কিয়নো তুমি মোৰ প্ৰাণ চিয়োলত ত্যাগ নকৰিবা, তোমাৰ ভক্তজনক গাতত ক্ষয় পাবলৈ নিদিবা। (Sheol h7585)
For thou wilt not abandon my soul to hades, neither wilt thou suffer thy man of lovingkindness, to see corruption: (Sheol h7585)
11 ১১ তুমি মোক জীৱনৰ পথ শিকাইছা; তোমাৰ উপস্থিতিত আছে পৰিপূর্ণ আনন্দ; তোমাৰ সোঁ-হাতত আছে অনন্ত সুখ।
Thou wilt cause me to know, the path of life, —Fulness of joys before thee, Pleasures at thy right hand evermore.
