1 ১ হে যিহোৱা তোমাৰ আবাস-তম্বুত বাস কৰাৰ যোগ্য কোন? তোমাৰ পবিত্ৰ পৰ্ব্বতত বসতি কৰাৰ যোগ্য কোন?

“A psalm of David.” Lord, who may sojourn in thy tent? who may dwell on thy holy mount?

2 ২ সেই সকলেই যোগ্য, যিসকলে সৎ জীৱন কটায়, ন্যায় কৰ্ম কৰে, সত্য ভৰা অন্তৰেৰে কথা কয়;

He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart;

3 ৩ যিসকলৰ জিভাই পৰচর্চ্চা নকৰে, বন্ধুৰ ক্ষতি নকৰে, চুবুৰীয়াৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কু-ব্যৱহাৰ নকৰে,

That uttereth no calumny with his tongue, that doth no evil to his neighbor, and bringeth no reproach on his fellow-man;

4 ৪ যি সকলৰ দৃষ্টিত দুষ্টলোক ঘৃণনীয়, কিন্তু যিহোৱাক ভয় কৰা লোকসকল আদৰণীয়, যি জনে নিজৰ ক্ষতি হ’লেও শপত ৰক্ষা কৰে,

In whose eyes the despicable is despised; but that honoreth those who fear the Lord; that sweareth to his own injury, and changeth not;

5 ৫ যি জনে সুদ নলোৱাকৈ ধাৰ দিয়ে, আৰু ভেঁটি লৈ নিৰ্দ্দোষীৰ ক্ষতি নকৰে। যি সকলে এইবোৰ কৰ্ম কৰে, তেওঁলোক সকলো সময়তে স্থিৰে থাকিব।

That putteth not out his money for interest, and taketh no bribe against the innocent. He that doth these things shall not be moved to eternity.
