1 ১ মই পৰ্ব্বতবোৰৰ ফালে মোৰ চকু তুলি কওঁ, ক’ৰ পৰা মোৰ সহায় আহিব?

I have lifted up my eyes to the mountains, from whence help shall come to me.

2 ২ যি জনাই আকাশ-মণ্ডল আৰু পৃথিৱী সৃষ্টি কৰিলে, সেই যিহোৱাৰ পৰা মোৰ সহায় আহিব।

My help is from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

3 ৩ তেওঁ তোমাৰ ভৰি লৰচৰ হ’বলৈ নিদিব; তোমাৰ ৰখীয়াজনা টোপনি নাযাব।

May he not suffer thy foot to be moved: neither let him slumber that keepeth thee.

4 ৪ চোৱা, যি জনাই ইস্ৰায়েলক ৰক্ষা কৰে, তেওঁ টোপনি নাযাব, নিদ্ৰিত নহ’ব।

Behold he shall neither slumber nor sleep, that keepeth Israel.

5 ৫ যিহোৱা তোমাৰ ৰক্ষক; যিহোৱা তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতে থকা তোমাৰ ছাঁস্বৰূপ।

The Lord is thy keeper, the Lord is thy protection upon thy right hand.

6 ৬ দিনত সূৰ্যই তোমাক প্ৰহাৰ নকৰিব, আৰু ৰাতি চন্দ্ৰয়ো তোমাক নামাৰিব।

The sun shall not burn thee by day: nor the moon by night.

7 ৭ যিহোৱাই তোমাক সকলো অমঙ্গলৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিব; তেওঁ তোমাৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰিব।

The Lord keepeth thee from all evil: may the Lord keep thy soul.

8 ৮ যিহোৱাই এতিয়াৰ পৰা অনন্ত কাললৈকে তুমি ওলাওঁতে সোমাওঁতে তোমাক ৰক্ষা কৰিব।

May the Lord keep thy going in and thy going out; from henceforth now and for ever.
