1 ১ হে মোৰ মন, যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা; হে মোৰ ভিতৰত থকা সকলো অংশ, তেওঁৰ পবিত্ৰ নামৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা।
“A psalm of David.” Bless the LORD, O my soul! And all that is within me, bless his holy name!
2 ২ হে মোৰ মন, যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা, তেওঁৰ উপকাৰবোৰ নাপাহৰিবা।
Bless the LORD, O my soul! And forget not all his benefits!
3 ৩ যি জনাই তোমাৰ সকলো অপৰাধ ক্ষমা কৰে, তোমাৰ সকলো ৰোগ সুস্থ কৰে,
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 ৪ যি জনাই তোমাৰ জীৱন বিনাশৰ পৰা মুক্ত কৰে, যি জনাই অসীম দয়া আৰু নানা প্ৰকাৰ কৰুণাৰ মুকুটেৰে তোমাক বিভূষিত কৰে,
Who redeemeth thy life from the grave; Who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;
5 ৫ যি জনাই উত্তম দ্রব্যৰে তোমাৰ মুখ তৃপ্ত কৰে, তেওঁ ঈগল পক্ষীৰ দৰে তোমাক নতুন যৌৱন কাল দিব।
Who satisfieth thine old age with good, So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 ৬ যিহোৱাই উচিত কাৰ্য কৰে; উপদ্ৰৱ পোৱা লোকসকলৰ পক্ষে বিচাৰ নিষ্পত্তি কৰে।
The LORD executeth justice And equity for all the oppressed.
7 ৭ তেওঁ মোচিক নিজৰ পথবোৰ, আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বংশধৰসকলক নিজৰ কাৰ্যবোৰ জনালে
He made known his ways to Moses, His doings to the children of Israel.
8 ৮ যিহোৱা স্নেহশীল আৰু কৃপাময়। তেওঁ ক্ৰোধত ধীৰ আৰু দয়াত মহান।
The LORD is merciful and kind, Slow to anger and rich in mercy.
9 ৯ তেওঁ সদায় ধমকি দি নাথাকিব, চিৰকাললৈকে ক্ৰোধো নাৰাখিব।
He doth not always chide, Nor doth he keep his anger for ever.
10 ১০ তেওঁ আমাৰ পাপ অনুসাৰে আমালৈ কাৰ্য কৰা নাই, আমাৰ অধৰ্ম অনুসাৰে আমাক প্ৰতিফল দিয়া নাই।
He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor requited us according to our iniquities.
11 ১১ কিয়নো পৃথিৱীৰ পৰা আকাশ-মণ্ডল যিমান ওখ, তেওঁলৈ ভয় ৰাখোঁতাসকলৰ প্রতি তেওঁৰ দয়াও সিমান মহৎ।
As high as are the heavens above the earth, So great is his mercy to them that fear him.
12 ১২ পূৱৰ পৰা পশ্চিমলৈ যিমান দূৰ, তেওঁ আমাৰ অপৰাধো আমাৰ পৰা সিমান দূৰ কৰিলে।
As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 ১৩ বাপেকে নিজ সন্তানক স্নেহ কৰাৰ দৰে যিহোৱাই তেওঁলৈ ভয় ৰাখোঁতাসকলক স্নেহ কৰে;
Even as a father pitieth his children, So the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
14 ১৪ কিয়নো তেৱেঁই আমাৰ গঠন জানে, আমি যে ধূলি মাথোন, তাক তেওঁ সোঁৱৰণ কৰে।
For he knoweth our frame, He remembereth that we are dust.
15 ১৫ মানুহৰ আয়ুস তৃণৰ নিচিনা; যেনেকৈ পথাৰৰ ফুল, তেনেকৈয়ে তেওঁ প্ৰফুল্লিত হয়।
As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 ১৬ ফুলৰ ওপৰেদি বতাহ বলিলেই ফুল সৰি নাইকিয়া হয়; সেই স্থানেও তাক চিনি নাপায়।
The wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And its place shall know it no more.
17 ১৭ কিন্তু যিহোৱাক ভয় কৰাসকলৰ ওপৰত তেওঁৰ দয়া অনাদিকালৰ পৰা অনন্তকাল পর্যন্ত থাকে, আৰু তেওঁৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা বংশৰ পিছত বংশ বর্তি থাকে।
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting to them that fear him, And his righteousness to children's children,
18 ১৮ তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ ব্যৱস্থা মানি চলে আৰু তেওঁৰ আদেশবোৰ সোঁৱৰণ কৰি পালন কৰে।
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his commandments to do them.
19 ১৯ যিহোৱাই স্বৰ্গত নিজৰ সিংহাসন স্থাপন কৰিলে; তেওঁৰ শাসন সকলোৰে ওপৰত আছে।
The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens, And his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 ২০ হে যিহোৱাৰ দূতবোৰ, তোমালোক পৰাক্রমী বীৰ; যিহোৱাৰ কথাৰ বাধ্যতাত থাকি তেওঁৰ আজ্ঞা পালন কৰাসকল, তোমালোকে তেওঁৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা;
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, Ye mighty ones who do his commands, Hearkening to the voice of his word!
21 ২১ হে যিহোৱাৰ বাহিনী সমূহ, যিহোৱাৰ ইচ্ছা পূৰণ কৰা তেওঁৰ পৰিচাৰকসকল, তেওঁৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা।
Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; Ye, his ministers, who do his pleasure!
22 ২২ হে যিহোৱাৰ সকলো নির্মিত বস্তু, তেওঁৰ অধীনৰ সকলো স্থানত তেওঁৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা; হে মোৰ মন, যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা।
Bless the LORD, all his works, In all places of his dominion! Bless the LORD, O my soul!
