1 ১ মোৰ সন্তাপ হ’ল! কাৰণ মই গ্রীষ্মকালৰ ফল চপাই শেষ হৈ যোৱাৰ নিচিনা, আৰু দ্ৰাক্ষাবাৰীত থাকি যোৱা দ্রাক্ষাগুটি গোটোৱাৰ দৰে হলোঁ, কাৰণ তাত পুনৰ কোনো ফলৰ থোপা বিচাৰি পোৱা নাযায়, তথাপিও মই প্ৰথমে পকা ডিমৰু ফল পাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰিছোঁ।
Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.
2 ২ পৃথিবীৰ পৰা ঈশ্বৰ বিশ্বাসী লোক উচ্ছন্ন হ’ল, লোকসকলৰ মাজত এজনো ন্যায়পৰায়ণ লোক অৱশিষ্ট নাই; তেওঁলোক সকলোৱে ৰক্তপাত কৰিবলৈ খাপ দি থাকে, প্ৰতিজন লোক আৰু তেওঁৰ ভায়েকসকলে জালেৰে আনকোনো এজন লোকক ধৰে।
The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
3 ৩ অনিষ্ট কাৰ্য কৰিবলৈ তেওঁলোকৰ হাত পাৰ্গত; শাসনকৰ্তাই ধন খোজে, বিচাৰকৰ্তাই উৎকোচ ল’বলৈ প্রস্তুত থাকে, আৰু প্রভাৱশালী লোকে যি পাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰে, তাক আনৰ আগত কয়; সেয়ে তেওঁলোকে একেলগে পৰিকল্পনা কৰে।
That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
4 ৪ তেওঁলোকৰ মাজৰ শ্রেষ্ঠ জন জংঘলী গোলাপৰ দৰে, ন্যায়পৰায়ণ লোক জোপোহা কাঁইটীয়া গছৰ বেৰা; তোমাৰ প্ৰহৰীসকলৰ দ্বাৰাই কোৱা ভবিষ্যতবাণীৰ দিন এয়ে; তোমাৰ দণ্ডৰ দিন এয়া; এতিয়া তাত বিভ্রান্তিৰ সৃষ্টি হৈছে।
The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.
5 ৫ কোনো চুবুৰীয়াক বিশ্বাস নকৰিবা, কোনো বন্ধুৰ ওপৰত আস্থা নাৰাখিবা, তুমি কি কৈছা, সেই বিষয়ে সাৱধান হোৱা, এনে কি, যি মহিলাই তোমাৰ আঁৰত মিছা কথা কয়, তেওঁৰ প্রতিও সাৱধান হোৱা;
Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
6 ৬ কাৰণ পুত্রই নিজৰ পিতৃক অমান্য কৰে, জীয়েকে নিজৰ মাতৃৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠে, আৰু বোৱাৰীয়েকে নিজৰ শাহুৱেকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠে; তেওঁৰ নিজৰ ঘৰৰ মানুহেই তেওঁৰ শত্ৰু হয়;
For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.
7 ৭ কিন্তু মই হ’লে, যিহোৱালৈ অপেক্ষা কৰিম; মই মোৰ ত্ৰাণকৰ্ত্তা ঈশ্বৰলৈ অপেক্ষা কৰিম; মোৰ ঈশ্বৰে মোৰ কথা শুনিব।
Therefore I will look unto YHWH; I will wait for the Elohim of my salvation: my Elohim will hear me.
8 ৮ হে মোৰ শত্রু, মোৰ অহিতে আনন্দ নকৰিবা; মই পৰি যোৱাৰ পাছত, পুনৰ উঠিম, মই যেতিয়া অন্ধকাৰত বহোঁ, তেতিয়া যিহোৱা মোৰ বাবে পোহৰ হয়।
Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, YHWH shall be a light unto me.
9 ৯ কাৰণ মই যিহোৱাৰ অহিতে পাপ কৰিলোঁ, তেওঁ মোৰ বিষয়ে বিচাৰ নকৰালৈকে, মই তেওঁৰ ক্ৰোধ সহন কৰিম, আৰু তেওঁ মোৰ বাবে ন্যায় বিচাৰ কৰিব, তেওঁ মোক পোহৰলৈ আনিব, তেতিয়া ন্যায় বিচাৰেৰে তেওঁ মোক ৰক্ষা কৰা, মই দেখিবলৈ পাম।
I will bear the indignation of YHWH, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.
10 ১০ তেতিয়া মোৰ শত্রুৱে সেয়া চাব, “তোমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা ক’ত?” বুলি সোধা জন লাজত পৰিব, মোৰ দৃষ্টিয়ে তেওঁক চাব; তেওঁক বাটৰ বোকাৰ নিচিনাকৈ গচকা হ’ব।
Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is YHWH thy Elohim? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.
12 ১২ সেই দিনা অচূৰৰ পৰা মিচৰত থকা নগৰবোৰলৈকে, মিচৰৰ পৰা বৃহত নদীলৈকে, সমুদ্ৰৰ পৰা সমুদ্রলৈকে, আৰু পৰ্ব্বতৰ পৰা পৰ্ব্বতলৈকে, আপোনাৰ লোকসকল আপোনাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিব।
In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.
Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
14 ১৪ আপোনাৰ লোকসকলক আৰু আপোনাৰ আধিপত্যৰ পশুৰ জাকক, আপোনাৰ লাখুটিৰে চৰাওক; যদিও তেওঁলোক কর্মিল পাহাৰৰ অৰণ্যত অকলশৰে আছে, তথাপিও তেওঁলোকক আগৰ দৰেই, বাচানত আৰু গিলিয়দত খাবলৈ দিয়ক।
Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.
16 ১৬ দেশবাসীয়ে সেই সকলো দেখিব আৰু নিজৰ সকলো পৰাক্ৰমৰ বিষয়ে লাজ্জিত হ’ব, তেওঁলোকে তেওঁলোকৰ হাত মুখত দিব, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ কাণ কলা হ’ব।
The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.
17 ১৭ তেওঁলোকে সাপৰ দৰে ধূলি চেলেকিব, আৰু পৃথিবীত বগাই ফুৰা প্ৰাণীৰ দৰে, তেওঁলোকে গুহাৰ পৰা ভয়েৰে বাহিৰ ওলাব; তেওঁলোকে ভয়েৰে আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিব, আৰু আপোনাৰ কাৰণে তেওঁলোকে ভয় কৰিব।
They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of YHWH our Elohim, and shall fear because of thee.
18 ১৮ পাপ ক্ষমা কৰা, আৰু নিজৰ আধিপত্যৰ অৱশিষ্ট ভাগৰ অপৰাধ এৰি দিয়া, এনে আপোনাৰ দৰে ঈশ্বৰ কোন আছে? আপুনি আপোনাৰ ক্রোধ চিৰকাললৈকে ধৰি নাৰাখে, কাৰণ আপুনি আপোনাৰ নিৰ্ভৰযোগ্য চুক্তি আমাক দেখুৱাবলৈ ভাল পায়।
Who is an El like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
19 ১৯ আপুনি পুনৰ আমাক দয়া কৰিব, আমাৰ অপৰাধবোৰ আপোনাৰ ভৰিৰে গচকিব; আপুনি আমাৰ সকলো পাপ গভীৰ সমুদ্ৰত পেলাই দিব।
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
20 ২০ যি দৰে আপুনি অনাদি কালত আমাৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলৰ আগত শপত কৰিছিল, সেই দৰে আপুনি যাকোবলৈ সত্যতা আৰু অব্ৰাহামলৈ বিশ্বস্ততাৰ চুক্তি দেখুৱাব।
Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
