মথি 12
1 ১ এদিন বিশ্ৰামবাৰে শিষ্য সকলৰ সৈতে যীচু শস্যক্ষেত্ৰৰ মাজেদি গৈ আছিল। সেই সময়ত তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলৰ ভোক লাগিছিল বাবে তেওঁলোকে শস্যৰ থোক ছিঙি ছিঙি খাইছিল।
At that time Jesus went on the sabbath through the cornfields; and his disciples were hungry, and began to pluck the ears and to eat.
2 ২ ইয়াকে দেখি ফৰীচী সকলে তেওঁক ক’লে, “চাওক, বিধানৰ মতে বিশ্ৰামবাৰে যি কৰ্ম কৰিব নাপায়, সেই কৰ্ম আপোনাৰ শিষ্য সকলে কৰিছে।”
But the Pharisees, seeing [it], said to him, Behold, thy disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on sabbath.
3 ৩ তেতিয়া যীচুৱে তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “দায়ুদ আৰু তেওঁৰ সঙ্গী সকলৰ যেতিয়া ভোক লাগিছিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁ যি কৰিছিল সেই বিষয়ে জানো আপোনালোকে পঢ়া নাই?
But he said to them, Have ye not read what David did when he was hungry, and they that were with him?
4 ৪ কেনেকৈ, তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰৰ গৃহত সোমাই উৎসর্গৰ পিঠা খাইছিল; সেই দর্শন পিঠা বিধানৰ মতে তেওঁ আৰু তেওঁৰ লগত থকা সকলে অৱশ্যেই খোৱা উচিত নাছিল৷ সেই পিঠা কেৱল পুৰোহিত সকলেহে খাব পাৰে।
How he entered into the house of God, and ate the shewbread, which it was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those with him, but for the priests only?
5 ৫ তাৰোপৰি আপোনালোকে মোচিৰ বিধান-শাস্ত্ৰত পঢ়া নাই নে, বিশ্রামবাৰে যে পুৰোহিত সকলে মন্দিৰত কাম কৰি বিশ্ৰামবাৰৰ নিয়ম উলঙ্ঘন কৰিলেও নিৰ্দোষী হয়?
Or have ye not read in the law that on the sabbaths the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
But I say unto you, that there is here what is greater than the temple.
7 ৭ ‘মই বলিদান নোখোজো, দয়াহে খোজো’শাস্ত্রৰ এই কথাৰ অৰ্থ আপোনালোকে জনা হ’লে, নিৰ্দ্দোষী সকলক দোষী নকৰিলেহেঁতেন।
But if ye had known what is: I will have mercy and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
For the Son of man is Lord of the sabbath.
And, going away from thence, he came into their synagogue.
10 ১০ তাত এজন মানুহ আছিল, আৰু সেই মানুহ জনৰ এখন হাত শুকাই গৈছিল। যীচুক পাপ কৰাৰ অপৰাধত দোষ দিবৰ উদ্দেশ্যে ফৰীচী সকলে তেওঁক সুধিলে, “বিধান অনুসাৰে বিশ্ৰামবাৰে সুস্থ কৰিব পায় নে?”
And behold, there was a man having his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath? that they might accuse him.
11 ১১ তাতে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “আপোনালোকৰ মাজৰ কাৰোবাৰ যদি কেৱল এটা মেৰথাকে আৰু সেই মেষটোযদি বিশ্ৰামবাৰে গাতত পৰে, তেনেহলে তাক ধৰি তুলি আনিবলৈ নোযোৱা কোনোবা আছে নে?
But he said to them, What man shall there be of you who has one sheep, and if this fall into a pit on the sabbath, will not lay hold of it and raise [it] up?
How much better then is a man than a sheep! So that it is lawful to do well on the sabbath.
13 ১৩ তাৰ পাছত যীচুৱে সেই মানুহ জনক ক’লে, “তোমাৰ হাত খন মেলি দিয়া।” তাতে মানুহ জনে নিজৰ হাত খন মেলি দিয়াত, সেই হাত খন সম্পূর্ণ সুস্থ হৈ আন খন হাতৰ নিচিনা হ’ল।
Then he says to the man, Stretch out thy hand. And he stretched [it] out, and it was restored sound as the other.
14 ১৪ তেতিয়া ফৰীচী সকল বাহিৰলৈ ওলাই গ’ল আৰু যীচুক বধ কৰিবৰ কাৰণে তেওঁৰ বিৰুদ্ধে চক্রান্ত কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
But the Pharisees, having gone out, took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.
15 ১৫ যীচুৱে সেই বিষয়ে বুজি পোৱাত, তেওঁ তাৰ পৰা আতৰি গ’ল৷ তেতিয়া বহু মানুহ তেওঁৰ পাছে পাছে গ’ল আৰু সেই লোক সকলক তেওঁ সুস্থ কৰিলে।
But Jesus knowing [it], withdrew thence, and great crowds followed him; and he healed them all:
and charged them strictly that they should not make him publicly known:
that that might be fulfilled which was spoken through Esaias the prophet, saying,
18 ১৮ “চোৱা, তেওঁ মোৰ সেৱক, তেওঁক মই মনোনীত কৰিলোঁ। তেৱেঁই মোৰ প্ৰিয়জন, মোৰ প্রাণ তেওঁতেই পৰম সন্তুষ্ট হয়। মই তেওঁৰ ওপৰত মোৰ আত্মা দিম, তাতে তেওঁ অনা-ইহুদী সকলক ন্যায়-বিচাৰ ঘোষণা কৰিব।
Behold my servant, whom I have chosen, my beloved, in whom my soul has found its delight. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he shall shew forth judgment to the nations.
He shall not strive or cry out, nor shall any one hear his voice in the streets;
20 ২০ ন্যায়-বিচাৰ জয়যুক্তলৈ প্রচাৰ নকৰে মানে, তেওঁ থেতেলি যোৱা নল নাভাঙিব, ধোৱাঁই থকা শলিতাও নুনুমাব;
a bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, until he bring forth judgment unto victory;
and on his name shall [the] nations hope.
22 ২২ সেই সময়ত মানুহ কিছুমানে ভূতে পোৱা মানুহ এজনক যীচুৰ ওচৰলৈ লৈ আহিল। মানুহ জন অন্ধ আৰু বোবা আছিল। যীচুৱে তেওঁক সুস্থ কৰাত সেই বোবাই কথা ক’লে আৰু দৃষ্টিও পালে।
Then was brought to him one possessed by a demon, blind and dumb, and he healed him, so that the dumb [man] spake and saw.
And all the crowds were amazed and said, Is this [man] the Son of David?
24 ২৪ ফৰীচী সকলে যীচুৰ এই আচৰিত কার্যৰ কথা শুনি ক’লে, “এই মানুহে ভূতবোৰৰ ৰজা বেলচবূবৰ সহায় অবিহনে ভূতক নেখেদায়।”
But the Pharisees, having heard [it], said, This [man] does not cast out demons, but by Beelzebub, prince of demons.
25 ২৫ কিন্তু যীচুৱে ফৰীচী সকলৰ মনৰ ভাব বুজিব পাৰি তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “যি ৰাজ্য নিজৰ মাজতে বিবাদ কৰি ভাগ ভাগ হয়, সেই ৰাজ্য ধ্বংস হয় আৰু যি নগৰ বা পৰিয়াল নিজৰ মাজতে বিবাদত লিপ্ত হৈ বিভক্ত হয়, সেই নগৰ বা পৰিয়াল বর্তি নাথাকিব।
But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not subsist.
26 ২৬ চয়তানে যদি চয়তানকে খেদায়, তেনেহলে সি নিজৰ মাজতে ভাগ ভাগ হয়; তেতিয়া তাৰ ৰাজ্য কেনেকৈ বর্তি থাকিব?
And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then shall his kingdom subsist?
27 ২৭ মই যদি বেলচবূবৰ শক্তিৰ সহায়ত ভূতৰ আত্মা খেদাও, তেনেহলে আপোনালোকৰ অনুগামী সকলে কি শক্তিৰ সহায়ত সিহঁতক খেদায়? গতিকে আপোনালোকৰ অনুগামী সকলে আপোনালোকক সঠিক কথা কৈছে নে নাই বিচাৰ কৰিব।
And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, your sons, by whom do they cast [them] out? For this reason they shall be your judges.
28 ২৮ কিন্তু মই যদি ঈশ্বৰৰ আত্মাৰ দ্বাৰাই ভূতৰ আত্মাবোৰক খেদাও, তেনেহলে জানিব যে, ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্য অৱশ্যেই আপোনালোকৰ ওচৰ আহি পালে।
But if I by [the] Spirit of God cast out demons, then indeed the kingdom of God is come upon you.
29 ২৯ বলৱান জনক প্ৰথমে নাবান্ধিলে কোনোবাই জানো তেওঁৰ ঘৰত সোমাই বস্তু লুট কৰিব পাৰে? বলৱান জনক বন্দী কৰাৰ পাছতহে তেওঁৰ ঘৰৰ সকলো বস্তু তেওঁ লুট কৰিব পাৰিব।
Or how can any one enter into the house of the strong [man] and plunder his goods, unless first he bind the strong [man]? and then he will plunder his house.
He that is not with me is against me, and he that gathers not with me scatters.
31 ৩১ এই হেতুকে মই আপোনালোকক কওঁ, মানুহৰ সকলো পাপ আৰু ঈশ্বৰক কৰা নিন্দা ক্ষমা হ’ব, কিন্তু পবিত্র আত্মাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোৱা কোনো নিন্দাজনক কথা ক্ষমা কৰা নহ’ব।
For this reason I say unto you, Every sin and injurious speaking shall be forgiven to men, but speaking injuriously of the Spirit shall not be forgiven to men.
32 ৩২ মানুহৰ পুত্ৰৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোনোৱে কথা ক’লে, তেওঁক ক্ষমা কৰা হ’ব, কিন্তু কোনোৱে পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কথা ক’লে তেওঁক ইহলোকত বা পৰলোকতো ক্ষমা কৰা নহব। (aiōn g165)
And whosoever shall have spoken a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this age nor in the coming [one]. (aiōn g165)
33 ৩৩ গছ ভাল হ’লে ফল ভাল হয় আৰু গছ বেয়া হ’লে ফল বেয়া হয়। কিয়নো এজোপা গছক তাৰ ফল দেখি চিনিব পাৰি।
Either make the tree good, and its fruit good; or make the tree corrupt, and its fruit corrupt. For from the fruit the tree is known.
34 ৩৪ সৰ্পৰ বংশধৰসকল! নিজে বেয়া হৈ কেনেকৈ আপোনালোকে ভাল কথা ক’ব পাৰিব? মানুহৰ মন যি কথাৰে পূর্ণ থাকে, মুখে সেই কথাকে কয়।
Offspring of vipers! how can ye speak good things, being wicked? For of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
35 ৩৫ ভাল মানুহে তেওঁৰ অন্তৰত ভৰি থকা ভাল সঞ্চয়ৰ পৰা ভাল কথা উলিয়ায় আৰু বেয়া মানুহে তেওঁৰ অন্তৰত ভৰি থকা বেয়া সঞ্চয়ৰ পৰা বেয়া কথা উলিয়ায়।
The good man out of the good treasure brings forth good things; and the wicked man out of the wicked treasure brings forth wicked things.
36 ৩৬ কিন্তু মই আপোনালোকক কওঁ, লোক সকলে যিবোৰ অনৰ্থক কথা কয়, সোধ-বিচাৰৰ দিনা প্রত্যেকটো কথাৰ হিচাব তেওঁলোকে দিব লাগিব।
But I say unto you, that every idle word which men shall say, they shall render an account of it in judgment-day:
37 ৩৭ কিয়নো আপোনাৰ নিজৰ কথাৰ দ্বাৰাই আপুনি নিৰ্দ্দোষী বুলি প্ৰমাণিত হব আৰু আপোনাৰ নিজৰ কথাৰ দ্বাৰাই আপোনাক দোষী বুলি প্ৰমাণিত কৰা হব।
for by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
38 ৩৮ তাৰ পাছত কেইজনমান বিধানৰ অধ্যাপক আৰু ফৰীচীয়ে যীচুক উত্তৰ দি ক’লে, “হে গুৰু, আমি আপোনাৰ পৰা চিন হিচাপে এটা পৰাক্ৰম কাৰ্য চাবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰোঁ।”
Then answered him some of the scribes and Pharisees, saying, Teacher, we desire to see a sign from thee.
39 ৩৯ কিন্তু যীচুৱে উত্তৰ দি তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “এই যুগৰ দুষ্ট আৰু ব্যভিচাৰীলোকসকলে পৰাক্ৰম কাৰ্যৰ চিন বিচাৰে; কিন্তু যোনা ভাববাদীৰ চিনৰ বাহিৰে আন কোনো চিন তেওঁলোকক দেখুওৱা নহব।
But he, answering, said to them, A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and a sign shall not be given to it save the sign of Jonas the prophet.
40 ৪০ যোনা যেনেকৈ তিনি দিন তিনি ৰাতি ডাঙৰ মাছৰ পেটৰ ভিতৰত আছিল, তেনেকৈ মানুহৰ পুত্ৰও তিনি দিন তিনি ৰাতি মাটিৰ তলত থাকিব।
For even as Jonas was in the belly of the great fish three days and three nights, thus shall the Son of man be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.
41 ৪১ বিচাৰৰ দিনা এই কালৰ মানুহৰে সৈতে নীনবি নগৰৰ লোক সকল উঠি তেওঁলোকক দোষী কৰিব, কিয়নো নীনবিৰ লোক সকলে যোনাৰ প্রচাৰৰ ফলত মন-পালটন কৰিছিল। চাওক, ইয়াত যোনাতকৈয়ো অধিক মহান এজন আছে।
Ninevites shall stand up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and behold, more than Jonas [is] here.
42 ৪২ বিচাৰৰ দিনা এই কালৰ মানুহেৰে সৈতে দক্ষিণ দেশৰ ৰাণীয়ে উঠি তেওঁলোকক দোষী কৰিব, কিয়নো চলোমন ৰজাৰ জ্ঞানৰ কথা শুনিবলৈ তেওঁ পৃথিৱীৰ শেষ সীমাৰ পৰা আহিছিল। চাওক, ইয়াত চলোমনতকৈয়ো অধিক মহান এজন আছে।
A queen of [the] south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, more than Solomon [is] here.
43 ৪৩ যেতিয়া কোনো অশুচি আত্মা কোনো মানুহৰ পৰা বাহিৰ ওলায়, তেতিয়া সি জিৰণি বিচাৰি পানী নথকা শুকান ঠাইবোৰত ঘুৰি ফুৰে। কিন্তু সি যেতিয়া সেই ঠাই নাপায়;
But when the unclean spirit has gone out of the man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and does not find [it].
44 ৪৪ তেতিয়া সি কয়, ‘যি ঘৰৰ পৰা ওলাই আহিলোঁ, পুনৰ মই সেই ঘৰলৈকে উলটি যাম।’ পাছত সি যেতিয়া ঘূৰি আহি দেখে, কোনোবাই সেই ঘৰ সৰাপোঁচা কৰি সকলো সজাই-পৰাই পৰিস্কাৰ কৰি থৈছে;
Then he says, I will return to my house whence I came out; and having come, he finds [it] unoccupied, swept, and adorned.
45 ৪৫ তেতিয়া সেই অশুচি আত্মাই গৈ নিজতকৈয়ো দুষ্ট আন সাতোটা ভূতৰ আত্মাক লগত লৈ আনে আৰু তাতে সোমাই বাস কৰে। তাতে সেই মানুহৰ প্ৰথম অৱস্থাতকৈ শেষ অৱস্থা অধিক বেয়া হৈ যায়। এই কালৰ দুষ্ট লোক সকলৰ অৱস্থাও তেনে হ’ব।”
Then he goes and takes with himself seven other spirits worse than himself, and entering in, they dwell there; and the last condition of that man becomes worse than the first. Thus shall it be to this wicked generation also.
46 ৪৬ যীচুৱে যেতিয়া লোক সকলৰ আগত কথা কৈ আছিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ মাক আৰু ভায়েক সকলে আহি তেওঁৰ সৈতে কথা পাতিবৰ বাবে বাহিৰত থিয় হৈ অপেক্ষা কৰি আছিল।
But while he was yet speaking to the crowds, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, seeking to speak to him.
47 ৪৭ তেনেতে কোনো এজন লোকে তেওঁক ক’লে, “চাওক, আপোনাৰ মা আৰু ভাই সকলে আপোনাৰ লগত কথা পাতিবৰ কাৰণে বাহিৰত থিয় হৈ আছে।”
Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren are standing without, seeking to speak to thee.
But he answering said to him that spoke to him, Who is my mother, and who are my brethren?
49 ৪৯ তাৰ পাছত তেওঁ নিজৰ হাত খন মেলি শিষ্য সকলৰ ফালে দেখুৱাই ক’লে, “এয়া চাওক, এওঁলোকেই মোৰ মা আৰু মোৰ ভাই সকল!
And, stretching out his hand to his disciples, he said, Behold my mother and my brethren;
for whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in [the] heavens, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.
