1 ১ পাছত ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে পুনৰাই কু-আচৰণ কৰিব ধৰিলে; তাতে যিহোৱাই চল্লিশ বছৰলৈকে তেওঁলোকক পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ হাতত শোধাই দিলে।
Bvt the children of Israel continued to commit wickednesse in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord deliuerd them into the handes of the Philistims fourtie yeere.
2 ২ সেই কালত দানীয়া গোষ্ঠীৰ মাজত চৰা নিবাসী মানোহ নামেৰে এজন মানুহ আছিল; তেওঁৰ পত্নী বাঁজী হোৱা বাবে সন্তান প্ৰসৱ কৰিব নোৱাৰিলে।
Then there was a man in Zorah of the familie of the Danites, named Manoah, whose wife was baren, and bare not.
3 ৩ পাছত যিহোৱাৰ দূতে সেই মহিলাক দৰ্শন দি ক’লে, “চোৱা, তুমি বাঁজী আৰু সন্তান প্ৰসৱ কৰা নাই; তথাপি গৰ্ভধাৰণ কৰি এটি পুত্ৰ প্ৰসৱ কৰিবা।
And the Angel of the Lord appeared vnto the woman, and said vnto her, Beholde nowe, thou art baren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceiue, and beare a sonne.
And nowe therefore beware that thou drinke no wine, nor strong drinke, neither eate any vncleane thing.
5 ৫ কাৰণ চোৱা, তুমি গৰ্ভধাৰণ কৰি এটি পুত্ৰ প্ৰসৱ কৰিবা; তাৰ মুৰত খুৰ লগোৱা নহ’ব; কিয়নো সেই লৰা গৰ্ভৰে পৰা ঈশ্বৰৰ উদ্দেশ্যে নাচৰীয় হ’ব; আৰু পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ হাতৰ পৰা ইস্ৰায়েলক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিবলৈ তেওঁ আৰম্ভ কৰিব।”
For loe, thou shalt conceiue and beare a sonne, and no rasor shall come on his head: for the childe shall be a Nazarite vnto God from his birth: and he shall begin to saue Israel out of the handes of the Philistims.
6 ৬ তেতিয়া সেই মহিলা গৰাকীয়ে গৈ নিজ স্বামীক ক’লে ঈশ্বৰৰ এজন লোক মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিছিল; তেওঁৰ সৌন্দর্য ঈশ্বৰৰ দূতৰ নিচিনা, তেওঁক দেখি মই বহুত ভয় খালো, কিন্তু তেওঁ ক’ৰ পৰা আহিল, সেই বিষয়ে মই সুধিবলৈ নহ’ল আৰু তেৱোঁ নিজৰ নাম মোক নক’লে।
Then the wife came, and tolde her husband, saying, A man of God came vnto me, and the facion of him was like the facion of the Angel of God exceeding feareful, but I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name,
7 ৭ কিন্তু তেওঁ মোক ক’লে, ‘চোৱা, তুমি গৰ্ভধাৰণ কৰি এটি পুত্ৰ প্ৰসৱ কৰিবা; এই হেতুকে তুমি দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস বা সুৰা পান নকৰিবা, কোনো অশুচি বস্তুও ভোজন নকৰিবা; কিয়নো সেই ল’ৰা জন্মৰে পৰা মৰণৰ দিনলৈকে ঈশ্বৰৰ উদ্দেশ্যে নাচৰীয় হ’ব’।
But he saide vnto me, Beholde, thou shalt conceiue, and beare a sonne, and nowe thou shalt drinke no wine, nor strong drinke, neither eate any vncleane thing: for the childe shalbe a Nazarite to God from his birth to the day of his death.
8 ৮ তেতিয়া মানোহে যিহোৱাৰ আগত বিনয় কৰি ক’লে, “হে প্ৰভু, মিনতি কৰোঁ, আপুনি পঠোৱা ঈশ্বৰৰ সেই লোকক আমাৰ ওচৰলৈ পুনৰাই আহিব দিয়ক, যি ল’ৰা জন্মিব, তালৈ আমি কি কৰিব লাগিব, তেওঁ আমাক পুনৰাই বুজাই দিয়ক।”
Then Manoah prayed to the Lord and saide, I pray thee, my Lord, Let the man of God, whome thou sentest, come againe nowe vnto vs, and teach vs what we shall doe vnto the child when he is borne.
9 ৯ তেতিয়া ঈশ্বৰে মানোহৰ কথা শুনাৰ পাছত, ঈশ্বৰৰ দূত আকৌ সেই মহিলাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল। সেই সময়ত তাই পথাৰত বহি আছিল, কিন্তু তাইৰ স্বামী মানোহ তাইৰ লগত নাছিল।
And God heard the voyce of Manoah, and the Angel of God came againe vnto the wife, as she sate in the fielde, but Manoah her husband was not with her.
10 ১০ পাছত সেই মহিলা গৰাকীয়ে বেগাই গৈ নিজ স্বামীক সম্বাদ দি ক’লে, “চোৱা, সেইদিনা যিজন লোক মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিছিল, তেওঁ পুনৰ মোক দৰ্শন দিছে।”
And the wife made haste and ranne, and shewed her husband and sayde vnto him, Behold, the man hath appeared vnto me, that came vnto me to day.
11 ১১ তেতিয়া মানোহে উঠি নিজৰ পত্নীৰ পাছে পাছে সেই পুৰুষজনৰ ওচৰলৈ গৈ তেওঁক সুধিলে, “এই মহিলাৰ সৈতে যিজনাই কথা কৈছিল, সেইজনা আপুনিয়েই নে?” তেওঁ ক’লে, “হয়, ময়েই হওঁ।”
And Manoah arose and went after his wife, and came to the man, and saide vnto him, Art thou the man that spakest vnto the woman? and he said, Yea.
12 ১২ তেতিয়া মানোহে ক’লে, “আশা কৰোঁ আপোনাৰ কথা সত্য হওঁক; কিন্তু সেই ল’ৰাজনে কিদৰে জীৱন কটাব আৰু কি কর্ম কৰিব?”
Then Manoah sayde, Nowe let thy saying come to passe: but howe shall we order the childe and doe vnto him?
13 ১৩ তেতিয়া যিহোৱাৰ দূতে মানোহক ক’লে, “মই এই মহিলাক যিবোৰ কথা ক’লো, সেই সকলো বিষয়ত তেওঁ সাৱধানে থাকক।
And the Angell of the Lord saide vnto Manoah, The woman must beware of all that I said vnto her.
14 ১৪ তেওঁ দ্ৰাক্ষালতাৰ পৰা উৎপন্ন হোৱা কোনো বস্তু ভোজন নকৰক আৰু দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস কি সুৰা পান নকৰক আৰু কোনো অশুচি বস্তু নাখাওঁক; মই তেওঁক যি যি আজ্ঞা কৰিলোঁ, তেওঁ সেই সকলোকে পালন কৰক।”
She may eate of nothing that commeth of the vinetree: she shall not drinke wine nor strong drinke, nor eate any vncleane thing: let her obserue all that I haue commanded her.
15 ১৫ পাছত মানোহে যিহোৱাৰ দূতক ক’লে, “আপুনি আমাৰ মিনতি গ্ৰহণ কৰি ইয়াতে অলপ সময় থাকক, আমি আপোনাৰ বাবে এটি ছাগলী পোৱালি যুগুত কৰোঁ।”
Manoah then said vnto the Angell of the Lord, I pray thee, let vs reteine thee, vntill we haue made readie a kid for thee.
16 ১৬ তেতিয়া যিহোৱাৰ দূতে মানোহক ক’লে, “যদিও মই ইয়াত থাকো তথাপি মই তোমাৰ আহাৰ ভোজন নকৰিম; কিন্তু তুমি যদি হোম-বলি যুগুত কৰা, তেনেহলে সেয়া যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যেই উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা।” কিয়নো তেওঁ যে যিহোৱাৰ দূত, সেই বিষয়ে মনোহে নাজানিছিল।
And the Angel of the Lord said vnto Manoah, Though thou make me abide, I will not eate of thy bread, and if thou wilt make a burnt offring, offer it vnto the Lord: for Manoah knewe not that it was an Angel of the Lord.
17 ১৭ তেতিয়া মানোহে যিহোৱাৰ দূতক সুধিলে, “আপোনাৰ বাক্য সিদ্ধ হ’লে আমি আপোনাক মৰ্যদা কৰিবলৈ, আপোনাৰ নাম কি কওকচোন?”
Againe Manoah said vnto the Angell of the Lord, What is thy name, that when thy saying is come to passe, we may honour thee?
And the Angell of the Lord saide vnto him, Why askest thou thus after my name, which is secret?
19 ১৯ পাছত মানোহে ভক্ষ্য নৈবেদ্যেৰে সৈতে সেই ছাগলী লৈ, যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে শিলটোৰ ওপৰত উৎসৰ্গ কৰিলে; তাতে মনোহ আৰু তেওঁৰ পত্নিৰ চকুৰ আগতে সেই দূতে আচৰিত কার্য সাধন কৰিলে।
Then Manoah tooke a kid with a meate offering, and offered it vpon a stone vnto the Lord: and the Angell did wonderously, whiles Manoah and his wife looked on.
20 ২০ কিয়নো যেতিয়া অগ্নিশিখা যজ্ঞ-বেদিৰ পৰা আকাশৰ ফালে ওপৰলৈ উঠিল তেতিয়া মানোহ আৰু তেওঁৰ পত্নিয়ে দেখাতে যিহোৱাৰ দূত সেই যজ্ঞ-বেদিৰ শিখাত ওপৰলৈ উঠি গ’ল; তাতে তেওঁলোকে এই দৃশ্য দেখি দুজনে মাটিত উবুৰিহৈ প্রণাম কৰিলে।
For when the flame came vp toward heauen from the altar, the Angel of the Lord ascended vp in the flame of the altar, and Manoah and his wife behelde it, and fell on their faces vnto the grounde.
21 ২১ তাৰ পাছত যিহোৱাৰ দূতে মানোহ আৰু তেওঁৰ পত্নিক পুনৰাই দৰ্শন নিদিলে। তেওঁ যে যিহোৱাৰ দূত, সেই বিষয়ে তেতিয়াহে মানোহে জানিলে।
(So the Angel of the Lord did no more appeare vnto Manoah and his wife.) Then Manoah knewe that it was an Angel of the Lord.
And Manoah said vnto his wife, We shall surely dye, because we haue seene God.
23 ২৩ কিন্তু তেওঁৰ পত্নিয়ে তেওঁক ক’লে, “আমাক বধ কৰিবলৈ যদি ঈশ্বৰৰ ইচ্ছা হ’লহেঁতেন, তেন্তে তেওঁ আমাৰ পৰা হোম-বলি আৰু নৈবেদ্য গ্ৰহণ নকৰিলেহেঁতেন, আৰু এই সকলো আমাক নেদেখুৱালেহেঁতেন আৰু এই সময়ত আমাক এনে কথাও নুশুনালেহেঁতেন।”
But his wife saide vnto him, If the Lord woulde kill vs, he woulde not haue receiued a burnt offring, and a meate offring of our hands, neither would he haue shewed vs all these things, nor would now haue tolde vs any such.
24 ২৪ পাছত মহিলা গৰাকীয়ে এটি পুত্ৰ প্ৰসৱ কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ নাম চিমচোন ৰাখিলে। তাৰ পাছত সেই ল’ৰা বাঢ়ি ডাঙৰ হ’ল আৰু যিহোৱাই তাক আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰিলে।
And the wife bare a sonne, and called his name Samson: and the childe grewe, and the Lord blessed him.
25 ২৫ প্ৰথমে যিহোৱাৰ আত্মাই চৰা আৰু ইষ্টায়োলৰ মাজ ঠাইত থকা মহনেদানত চিমচোনক কার্য্য কৰিবলৈ সক্রিয় কৰিলে।
And the Spirite of the Lord beganne to strengthen him in the host of Dan, betweene Zorah, and Eshtaol.
