1 ১ তাৰ পাছত দ্বিতীয়বাৰ যিৰিমিয়ালৈ যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য আহিল বোলে, সেই সময়ত তেওঁ প্ৰহৰীৰ চোতালত বন্দী অৱস্থাত আছিল।
And the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying,
2 ২ “এই কাৰ্যৰ কৰ্ত্তা যিহোৱা, যি জনাই ইয়াক সিদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ কল্পনা কৰে, যিহোৱা নামেৰে প্ৰখ্যাত হোৱা সেই যিহোৱাই এইদৰে কৈছে:
Thus hath said the Lord who doth this, the Lord that formeth it, to establish it: the Eternal is his name;
3 ৩ ‘তুমি মোৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰা; তাতে মই তোমাক উত্তৰ দিম, আৰু তুমি নজনা মহত আৰু অগম্য কথা তোমাক জনাম।’
Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and I will tell thee great and unheard of things, which thou knowest not.
4 ৪ কিয়নো হাদামবোৰআৰু তৰোৱালৰ পৰা ৰক্ষাৰ উপায় কৰিবলৈ এই নগৰৰ আৰু যিহূদাৰ ৰজাসকলৰ যি ঘৰবোৰ ভঙা হৈছে, সেই ঘৰবোৰৰ বিষয়ে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে:
For thus hath said the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are thrown down by means of the mounds, and by means of the sword;
5 ৫ লোকসকলে কলদীয়াসকলৰ সৈতে যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ আহিছে, কিন্তু যিসকলক মই মোৰ ক্ৰোধ আৰু মহা-কোপত বধ কৰিলোঁ, আৰু যিসকলৰ সকলো দুষ্টতাৰ কাৰণে মই এই নগৰৰ পৰা মোৰ মুখ লুকুৱাই ৰাখিলোঁ, সেইবোৰ মানুহৰ মৰা শৱেৰে এই ঘৰবোৰ পৰিপূৰ্ণ কৰিবলৈহে আহিছে।
As they come to fight with the Chaldeans, but only to fill those with the corpses of the men whom I slay in my anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I have hidden my face from this city:
6 ৬ কিন্তু চোৱা, মই নগৰৰ ঘা বান্ধি চিকিৎস্যা কৰিম, তেওঁলোকক সুস্থ কৰিম আৰু তেওঁলোকলৈ প্ৰচুৰ পৰিমানে কুশল, শান্তি আৰু সত্যতা আনিম।
Behold, I will bring it healing and cure, and I will cure them, and I will display unto them the abundance of peace and truth.
7 ৭ কিয়নো মই যিহূদা আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বন্দী-অৱস্থা পৰিবৰ্ত্তন কৰিম, আৰু আগৰ দৰে পুনৰায় তেওঁলোকক স্থাপন কৰিম।
And I will cause to return the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel, and I will build them up, as at the first.
8 ৮ আৰু যি অপৰাধৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁলোকে মোৰ অহিতে পাপ কৰিলে, তেওঁলোকৰ সেই সকলো অপৰাধ মই ধুই পেলাম; আৰু যি নানা অপৰাধেৰে তেওঁলোকে মোৰ অহিতে পাপ কৰিলে, আৰু যাৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁলোকে অধৰ্ম–আচৰণ কৰিলে, মই তেওঁলোকৰ সেই সকলো অপৰাধ ক্ষমা কৰিম।
And I will cleanse them from all their guiltiness, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned toward me, and whereby they have transgressed against me.
9 ৯ আৰু মই তেওঁলোকলৈ কৰা সকলো মঙ্গল-কাৰ্য্যৰ কথা পৃথিৱীৰ যি জাতি সমূহে শুনিব, আৰু মই তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰণে কৰা আটাই মঙ্গল আৰু শান্তিৰ কথা শুনি ভয়ত কঁপিব, সেই সকলো জাতিৰ আগত এই নগৰ মোৰ পক্ষে আনন্দজনক নাম, প্ৰশংসা আৰু গৌৰৱৰ বিষয় হ’ব’।”
And it shall be to me for a name of gladness, a praise and an honor with all the nations of the earth, who will hear all the good that I am doing unto them: and they shall dread and tremble because of all the good and because of all the happiness that I prepare unto it.
10 ১০ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “এই যি ঠাইৰ বিষয়ে তোমালোকে কৈছা, যে, ‘ই উচ্ছন্ন। মনুষ্য আৰু পশুশূন্য, এই ঠাইত মনুষ্য আৰু পশুশূন্য আৰু যিহূদাৰ নগৰ আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ আলিবাটবোৰ নিৰ্জন।
Thus hath said the Lord, Yet again shall there be heard in this place, of which ye say, “It is ruined, without man and without beast” [[[even] in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast, ]]
11 ১১ আকৌ আনন্দৰ ধ্বনি, উল্লাসৰ ধ্বনি, দৰা-কন্যা ধ্বনি আৰু “বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা, কিয়নো যিহোৱা মঙ্গলময়, কাৰণ তেওঁৰ দয়া চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে,” এই বুলি কোৱাসকলৰ ধ্বনি, আৰু যিহোৱাৰ গৃহলৈ ধন্যবাদাৰ্থক বলি অনাসকলৰ ধ্বনি পুনৰায় শুনা যাব। কিয়নো, মই এই দেশৰ বন্দী-অৱস্থা পৰিবৰ্ত্তন কৰি আগৰ দৰে কৰিম। কিয়নো যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে।
The voice of gladness, and the voice of joy, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of those that say, “Give thanks unto the Lord of hosts; for the Lord is good; because to eternity endureth his kindness:” of those that bring thanksgiving-offering unto the house of the Lord. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the Lord.
12 ১২ বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “এই উচ্ছন্ন ঠাইত মানুহ আৰু পশুশূন্য আৰু ইয়াৰ সকলো নগৰত মেৰ-ছাগৰ জাকক শয়ন কৰাওঁতা ৰখীয়াসকলৰ বসতিৰ ঠাই পুনৰায় হ’ব।
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, Yet again shall there be in this place, which is ruined, without man and even without beast, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds who cause their flocks to lie down.
13 ১৩ পৰ্ব্বতীয়া অঞ্চলত, নিম্ন-ভুমিৰ আৰু দক্ষিণ অঞ্চলৰ নগৰবোৰত, বিন্যামীন প্ৰদেশত, যিৰূচালেমৰ চাৰিওফালৰ ঠাইবোৰত আৰু যিহূদাৰ নগৰবোৰত মেৰ-ছাগ গণনাকাৰী লোকৰ হাতৰ তলেদি মেৰ-ছাগৰ জাকবিলাক পুনৰায় গমন কৰিব। যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে।
In the cities of the mountain, in the cities of the lowlands, and in the cities of the south, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the environs of Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks yet pass again under the hands of him that counteth them, saith the Lord.
14 ১৪ যিহোৱাই কৈছে - “চোৱা, ইস্ৰায়েল-বংশ আৰু যিহূদা-বংশৰ বিষয়ে মই কোৱা মঙ্গল-বাক্য যি দিনা সিদ্ধ কৰিম, এনে দিনবোৰ আহি আছে।
Behold, days are coming, saith the Lord, when I will fulfill that good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and respecting the house of Judah.
15 ১৫ সেই দিনা আৰু সেই কালত মই দায়ুদৰ বংশত এটা ধাৰ্মিক গজালি গজাম, আৰু তেওঁ দেশত বিচাৰ আৰু ন্যায় সিদ্ধ কৰিব।
In those days, and at that time, will I cause to grow up unto David the sprout of righteousness: and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.
16 ১৬ সেই দিনা যিহূদাই পৰিত্ৰাণ পাব, আৰু যিৰূচালেমে নিৰাপদে বাস কৰিব, আৰু “যিহোৱাই আমাৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা,” এই নামেৰে সেই নগৰ প্ৰখ্যাত হব।
In those days shall Judah be helped, and Jerusalem shall dwell in safety: and this is what she shall be called, The Lord is our righteousness.
17 ১৭ কিয়নো যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: ইস্ৰায়েল-বংশৰ সিংহাসনৰ ওপৰত বহিবলৈ দায়ূদ-বংশীয় পুৰুষৰ কেতিয়াও অভাৱ নহ’ব;
For thus hath said the Lord, There shall never be wanting unto David a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;
18 ১৮ আৰু মোৰ আগত হোম-বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবলৈ, নৈবেদ্য দগ্ধ কৰিবলৈ, আৰু নিত্যে নিত্যে মঙ্গলাৰ্থক বলিদান কৰিবলৈ লেবীয়া পুৰোহিতসকলৰ মাজৰ কোনো পুৰুষৰ অভাৱ নহ’ব।
And unto the priests the Levites there shall not be wanting a man before me, to offer burnt-offerings, and to burn meat-offerings, and to prepare sacrifices at all times.
And the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah, saying,
20 ২০ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: দিন আৰু ৰাতিৰ মোৰ নিয়ম যদি তোমালোকে এনেকৈ ভাঙিব পাৰা, যে, নিজ নিজ সময়ত দিন কি ৰাতি নহ’ব,
Thus hath said the Lord, If ye can break my covenant with the day, and my covenant with the night, and so, that there be not day and night in their season:
21 ২১ তেন্তে মোৰ দাস দায়ূদে সৈতে কৰা মোৰ নিয়মটিও এনেকৈ ভাঙিব পৰা যাব, যে, তেওঁৰ সিংহাসনত বহি ৰাজশাসন কৰিবলৈ তেওঁৰ এটি সন্তানো নহ’ব; আৰু মোৰ পৰিচাৰক লেবীয়া পুৰোহিতসকলৰ সৈতে কৰা মোৰ নিয়মটিও ভাঙিব পৰা যাব।
Then also shall my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and [that] with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
22 ২২ সৰগৰ বাহিনীসকলক যেনেকৈ গণিব নোৱাৰি, আৰু সমুদ্ৰৰ বালি যেনেকৈ জুখিব নোৱাৰি, সেইদৰে মই মোৰ দাস দায়ূদৰ বংশৰ আৰু মোৰ পৰিচৰ্যা কৰোঁতা লেবীয়াসকলক বৃদ্ধি কৰিম।”
As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, and the sand of the sea not be measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.
And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,
24 ২৪ “এই জাতিয়ে যি কৈছে, সেই বিষয়ে জানো তুমি ভু পোৱা নাই যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে কৈছে, ‘যিহোৱাই নিজৰ মনোনীত এই দুই গোষ্ঠীক অগ্ৰাহ্য কৰিছে’; তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ আগত মোৰ প্ৰজাসকলক এক জাতি বুলি আৰু গণনা নকৰি এইদৰে হেয়জ্ঞান কৰে।’
Hast thou not observed what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the Lord hath made choice of, even these hath he rejected: and they [thus] have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
25 ২৫ মই যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছোঁ: দিন আৰু ৰাতি মোৰ নিয়ম যদি নৰয়, আৰু যদি মই স্ৱৰ্গ আৰু পৃথিৱীৰ নিয়মবোৰ নিৰূপণ নকৰাকৈ থকোঁ,
Thus hath said the Lord, If my covenant be not with day and night, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth:
26 ২৬ তেতিয়া মই যাকোবৰ আৰু মোৰ দাস দায়ূদৰ বংশকো অগ্ৰাহ্য কৰি অব্ৰাহাম, ইচহাক আৰু যাকোবৰ বংশৰ ওপৰত শাসন কৰিবলৈ তেওঁৰ বংশৰ এজনকো নলম; কিয়নো মই তেওঁলোকৰ বন্দী-অৱস্থা পৰিবৰ্ত্তন কৰিম, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ প্রতি দয়া কৰিম।
Then also will I reject the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so as not to take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
