1 ১ হে ইস্ৰায়েল নামেৰে প্ৰখ্যাত, আৰু যিহূদাৰ জল সমূহৰ পৰা উৎপন্ন হোৱা যাকোবৰ বংশ, এই কথা শুনা, যিসকলে যিহোৱাৰ নাম লৈ শপত খায়, ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ ওচৰত সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কৰে, কিন্তু আন্তৰিকতাৰে বা সত্যনিষ্ঠাৰে নকৰে।
“Hear this, O house of Jacob, Who are called by the name of Israel, And from the waters of Judah came out, Who are swearing by the Name of YHWH, And make mention of the God of Israel, Not in truth nor in righteousness.
2 ২ কাৰণ তেওঁলোকে নিজকে পবিত্ৰ নগৰ লোক বুলি কয়, আৰু বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰখ্যাত ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰত বিশ্বাস কৰে।
For they have been called from the Holy City, And been supported on the God of Israel, YHWH of Hosts [is] His Name.
3 ৩ মই বহু দিনৰ আগৰে পৰা কথাবোৰ ঘোষনা কৰিলোঁ; এনে কি, সেইবোৰ মোৰ মূখৰ পৰা ওলাল, আৰু মই সেইবোৰ জানিবলৈ দিলোঁ; অকস্মাৎ মই সেইবোৰ সিদ্ধ কৰিলোঁ, আৰু সেইবোৰ ঘটি উঠিল।
I declared the former things from that time, And they have gone forth from My mouth, And I proclaim them, Suddenly I have done, and it comes.
From My knowing that you are obstinate, And your neck—a sinew of iron, And your forehead—bronze,
5 ৫ এই হেতুকে মই ইতিপূৰ্বে তাক তোমাৰ আগত প্ৰকাশ কৰিলোঁ; সেইবোৰ ঘটাৰ পূর্বেই মই তোমাক জনালোঁঁ, যাতে তুমি নোকোৱা “সেইবোৰ মোৰ মূৰ্ত্তিয়ে কৰিলে,” বা “মোৰ কটা প্ৰতিমাই মোৰ সাঁচত ঢলা মূৰ্ত্তিয়ে সেইবোৰ আজ্ঞা কৰিলে।”
And from that time I declare [it] to you, Before it comes I have caused you to hear, Lest you say, My idol has done them, And my carved image, And my molten image commanded them.
6 ৬ তুমি এই কথাৰ বিষয়ে শুনিলা; তুমি এই সকলো সাক্ষ্য চোৱা; আৰু মই যি কৈছিলোঁ তাক জানো সত্য বুলি স্বীকাৰ নকৰিবা? এতিয়াৰে পৰা মই তোমাক নতুন বিষয়বোৰ, তুমি আগেয়ে নজনা গুপ্ত বিষয়বোৰ তোমাক দেখুৱাও।
You have heard, see the whole of it, And you, do you not declare? I have caused you to hear new things from this time, And things reserved that you did not know.
7 ৭ সেইবোৰ এতিয়া স্ৰজন কৰা হ’ল, আগৰ পৰা নাছিল, আজিৰ আগতে তুমি সেইবোৰৰ বিষয়ে শুনা নাছিল, এই বুলি তুমি নকবৰ নিমিত্তে, আজিৰ পূৰ্বতে সেইবোৰ শুনা নাছিল, সেয়ে তুমি ক’ব নোৱাৰা যে, “হ’য় মই এই বিষয়ে জানো।”
Now they have been produced and not from that time, Indeed, before the day, and you have not heard them, Lest you say, Behold, I have known them.
8 ৮ তুমি কেতিয়াও শুনা নাই, জনাও নাই, তোমালোকে শুনিবৰ বাবে এইবোৰ কথা আগেয়ে মুকলি হোৱা নাছিল। কাৰণ মই জানো, যে তুমি অতি প্রবঞ্চক, আৰু সেই তুমি জন্মৰে পৰা বিদ্ৰোহী।
Indeed, you have not heard, Indeed, you have not known, Indeed, your ear has not opened from that time, For I have known you deal treacherously, And [are] a transgressor from the belly, One is crying to you.
9 ৯ মই তোমাক উচ্ছন্ন নকৰিবৰ বাবে মই মোৰ নামৰ কাৰণে ক্ৰোধ স্হগিত ৰাখিম, আৰু মোৰ সন্মানৰ কাৰণে কুন্ঠাবোধ কৰিম।
I defer My anger for My Name’s sake, And [for] My praise I restrain for you, So as not to cut you off.
10 ১০ চোৱা, মই তোমাক সংশোধিত কৰিম, কিন্তু ৰূপৰ দৰে নহয়; অত্যন্ত যন্ত্রণাত অগ্নিশালত মই তোমাক শুদ্ধ কৰিম।
Behold, I have refined you, and not with silver, I have chosen you in a furnace of affliction.
11 ১১ মই নিজৰ কাৰণে, কেৱল নিজৰ কাৰণে কাৰ্য কৰিম; কাৰণ মোৰ নাম কেনেকৈ অসন্মানিত হ’বলৈ দিব পাৰোঁ? মই মোৰ গৌৰৱ অন্য কাকো নিদিম।
For My sake, for My own sake, I do [it], For how is it defiled? And I do not give My glory to another.
Listen to me, O Jacob, and Israel, My called one, I [am] He, I [am] first, and I [am] last;
13 ১৩ হ’য়, মোৰ হাতে পৃথিৱীৰ ভিত্তিমূল স্থাপন কৰিলে, আৰু মোৰ সোঁহাতে আকাশ মণ্ডল বিস্তাৰ কৰিলে; মই যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকক মাতো, তেওঁলোক একেলগে থিয় হয়।
Also, My hand has founded earth, And My right hand stretched out the heavens, I am calling to them, they stand together.
14 ১৪ তোমালোক সকলোৱে নিজকে সমবেত কৰা, আৰু শুনা; তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ কোনে এইবোৰ কথা প্ৰকাশ কৰিলে? বাবিলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যিহোৱা আৰু তেওঁৰ মিত্রই তেওঁৰ উদ্দেশ্য পূৰ্ণ কৰিব। তেওঁ কলদীয়াসকলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যিহোৱাৰ ইচ্ছা পূর্ণ কৰিব।
Be gathered, all of you, and hear, Who among them declared these things? YHWH has loved him, He does His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm [is on] the Chaldeans.
15 ১৫ মই, মইয়েই কথা ক’লোঁ, হ’য়, ময়েই সেই জনক মাতিলোঁ, ময়েই সেই জনক আনিলোঁ; আৰু তেওঁ কৃতকাৰ্য্য হ’ব।
I have spoken, indeed, I have called him, I have brought him in, And he has made his way prosperous.
16 ১৬ তোমালোকে মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহি এই কথা শুনা; মই আদিৰে পৰা গুপুতে কথা কোৱা নাই; এই ঘটনা যেতিয়া ঘটে, মই তাতে আছোঁ, এতিয়া প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই নিজ আত্মা দি মোক পঠালে।
Come near to Me, hear this, I have not spoken in secret from the beginning, From the time of its being, I [am] there, And now Lord YHWH has sent Me, and His Spirit.”
17 ১৭ তোমাৰ মুক্তিদাতা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পবিত্ৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “মই তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, যিজনে তোমাক কৃতকার্য হবলৈ শিকাই, তোমালোকৰ যাবলগীয়া পথত যিজনে চলাই নিয়ে।
Thus said YHWH, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I [am] your God YHWH, teaching you to profit, Causing you to tread in the way you go.
18 ১৮ যদি তোমালোকে কেৱল মোৰ আজ্ঞাবোৰ মানি চলিলা হয়! তোমালোকৰ শান্তি আৰু উন্নতি নদীৰ দৰে প্রবাহিত হ’ল হয়, আৰু তোমাৰ পৰিত্রান সমুদ্ৰৰ ঢৌৰ দৰে হ’ল হয়।
O that you had attended to My commands, Then your peace is as a river, And your righteousness as billows of the sea,
19 ১৯ তোমালোকৰ বংশ বালিৰ দৰে অসংখ্য, আৰু তোমালোকৰ ঔৰসত জন্মা সন্তান বালিৰ কণিকা সমূহৰ দৰে অসংখ্য হ’লহেঁতেন; তেওঁলোকৰ নাম মোৰ আগৰ পৰা লুপ্ত বা নষ্ট নহ’ব।
And your seed is as sand, And the offspring of your bowels as gravel, His name would not be cut off nor destroyed before Me.”
20 ২০ বাবিলৰ পৰা ওলাই আহা! কলদীয়াসকলৰ মাজৰ পৰা পলাই যোৱা! উচ্চ ধ্বনিৰে ইয়াক প্ৰকাশ কৰা! ইয়াক জানিবলৈ দিয়া, পৃথিৱীৰ সীমালৈকে প্ৰচাৰ কৰা! তোমালোকে কোৱা, ‘যিহোৱাই নিজ দাস যাকোবক মুক্ত কৰিলে।’”
Go out from Babylon, flee from the Chaldeans, Declare with a voice of singing, Cause this to be heard, Bring it forth to the end of the earth, Say, “YHWH has redeemed His servant Jacob.”
21 ২১ যেতিয়া তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক শুকান ভুমিয়েদি লৈ গৈছিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ পিয়াহ লগা নাছিল; তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ বাবে শিলটোৰ পৰা পানী বোৱালে, আৰু তেওঁ শিলটো ফালিলত জল সমূহ বেগেৰে ওলাল।
And they have not thirsted in wastelands, He has caused them to go on, He has caused waters from a rock to flow to them, Indeed, he cleaves a rock, and waters flow.
“There is no peace,” said YHWH, “for the wicked!”
