1 ১ সৌৱা চোৱা, মোৰ দাস, মই তেওঁক ধৰি ৰাখিছোঁ; মোৰ মনোনীত লোকত, মোৰ আত্মাই সন্তুষ্ট হৈছে; মই তেওঁৰ ওপৰত মোৰ আত্মা স্থিতি কৰিলোঁ; তেওঁ দেশবাসীসকলৰ মাজত ন্যায় বিচাৰ কৰিব।
Here! servant my [whom] I support him chosen one my [whom] it is pleased with self my I have put spirit my on him justice to the nations he will bring forth.
Not he will cry out and not he will lift up and not he will make heard in the street voice his.
A reed crushed not he will break and a wick dim not he will extinguish it to faithfulness he will bring forth justice.
4 ৪ তেওঁ পৃথিবীত ন্যায় বিচাৰ স্থাপন নকৰালৈকে দুৰ্ব্বল কি নিৰুৎসাহ নহ’ব; আৰু দ্বীপবোৰে তেওঁৰ বিধানৰ বাবে অপেক্ষা কৰিব।
Not he will grow dim and not he will be crushed until he will establish on the earth justice and for instruction his islands they will wait.
5 ৫ যিজনাই আকাশ মণ্ডল আৰু পৃথিৱী সৃষ্টি কৰিলে, সেইজনাই পৃথিৱী আৰু তাত উৎপন্ন হোৱা সকলোকে দলিচা পৰাৰ দৰে পাৰিলে, আৰু জীৱন দিলে; যি জনাই লোকসকলক নিশ্বাস দিলে জীয়াই থকা সকলক প্রাণ দিলে, সেই ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা কোৱা কথা এই,
Thus he says God - Yahweh [who] created the heavens and [who] stretched out them [who] spread out the earth and produce its [who] gives breath to the people on it and spirit to [those who] walk on it.
6 ৬ মই তোমাক ধাৰ্মিকতালৈ মাতিলো, আৰু তোমাৰ হাত ধৰি ৰাখিম, মই লোকসকলৰ নিয়ম স্থাপকৰূপে, দেশবাসীসকলৰ দ্বীপ্তি স্বৰূপে তোমাক নিযুক্ত কৰিম।
I Yahweh I have called you in righteousness and I may take hold on hand your and I may watch over you and I may make you a covenant of [the] people a light of [the] nations.
7 ৭ অন্ধ লোকসকলৰ চকু মুকলি কৰিবলৈ, বন্দীশালৰ পৰা বন্দীসকলক মুক্ত কৰিবলৈ, আৰু কাৰাগাৰৰ অন্ধকাৰত বহি থকা সকলক তাৰ পৰা আনিবলৈ।
To open eyes blind to bring out from prison prisoner[s] from a house of imprisonment [those who] dwell of darkness.
I [am] Yahweh that [is] name my and glory my to another not I will give and praise my to images.
9 ৯ চোৱা, আগৰ কথা ফলিয়ালে এতিয়া নতুন বিষয় মই প্ৰকাশ কৰোঁ; সেইবোৰ সিদ্ধ নহওঁতেই সেইবোৰৰ বিষয়ে মই তোমালোকক কওঁ।”
The former [things] there! they have come and new [things] I [am] about to tell before they will spring up I will cause to hear [them] you.
10 ১০ হে সমুদ্ৰৰ ভিতৰত থকাসকল আৰু তাত থকা সকলোবোৰ, হে দ্বীপবোৰ আৰু তাৰ নিবাসীসকল তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে নতুন গীত গোৱা, আৰু পৃথিৱীৰ সীমাৰ পৰা তেওঁৰ প্ৰশংসাৰ গান কৰা।
Sing to Yahweh a song new praise his from [the] end of the earth O [those who] go down the sea and what fills it O islands and inhabitants their.
11 ১১ মৰুভূমি আৰু তাৰ নগৰবোৰে কান্দক, কেদৰে বসতি কৰা গাওঁবোৰে উচ্চধ্বনি কৰক; চেলা-নিবাসীসকল গান কৰক, পৰ্ব্বতৰ টিঙৰ পৰা জয় ধ্বনি কৰক।
Let them lift up [the] wilderness and cities its [the] villages [where] it dwells Kedar let them shout for joy [the] inhabitants of Sela from [the] top of [the] mountains let them cry aloud.
Let them give to Yahweh glory and praise his in the islands let them declare.
13 ১৩ যিহোৱা বীৰৰ দৰে ওলাই আহিব; তেওঁ যুদ্ধাৰুৰ দৰে নিজৰ উৎসাহ বঢ়াব; তেওঁ জয় ধ্বনি কৰিব, এনে কি, মহা ধ্বনি কৰিব; তেওঁ শত্রুবোৰৰ বিৰুদ্ধে পৰাক্রমী কাৰ্য প্রদৰ্শন কৰিব।
Yahweh like warrior he will go forth like a man of war he will stir up zeal he will raise a war-cry also he will raise a battle-shout over enemies his he will prevail.
14 ১৪ মই বহু সময়ৰ বাবে নিজম দি থাকিলোঁ, এতিয়াও মই মোখ বন্ধ কৰিম, কিন্তু এতিয়া মই প্ৰসৱ কৰা তিৰোতাৰ দৰে চিঞৰিম, একেবাৰে নেথাম আৰু ঘনকৈ উশাহ ল’ম।
I have been silent from a long time I have kept silent I have restrained myself like [woman] giving birth I groan I puff and I may pant together.
15 ১৫ মই পৰ্ব্বত আৰু পাহাৰবোৰ ধ্বংস কৰিম, আৰু সেই বোৰৰ ওপৰত থকা সকলো গছ গছনি শুকুৱাম; আৰু মই নৈ বোৰ দ্বীপত পৰিনত কৰিম, আৰু জলাশয়বোৰ শুকুৱাম।
I will lay waste mountains and hills and all vegetation their I will dry up and I will make rivers islands and pools I will dry up.
16 ১৬ মই অন্ধসকলক তেওঁলোকে নজনা বাটেদি লৈ যাম, তেওঁলোকে নজনা পথেদি তেওঁলোকক লৈ যাম; মই তেওঁলোকৰ আগত আন্ধাৰক পোহৰ কৰিম, আৰু বেঁকাবেঁকি ঠাই পোন কৰিম। এইবোৰ কাৰ্য মই কৰিম; আৰু সেইবোৰ মই পৰিত্যাগ নকৰিম।
And I will lead blind [people] by a way [which] not they have known by paths [which] not they have known I will guide them I will make [the] dark place before them light and rough places level ground these [are] the things [which] I will do them and not I will abandon them.
17 ১৭ যিসকলে কটা প্ৰতিমাবোৰত বিশ্বাস কৰে, আৰু যিসকলে সাঁচত ঢলা মুৰ্ত্তিবোৰক কয়, “তোমালোক আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ,” সেই আটাইলোক সকলে বিমুখ হৈ সম্পূৰ্ণকৈ লাজ্জিত হ’ব।
They will be turned back backwards they will be ashamed shame those [who] trust in idol those [who] say to a molten image you [are] god our.
O deaf [people] listen and O blind [people] look to see.
19 ১৯ কিন্তু মোৰ দাসৰ দৰে অন্ধ কোন? আৰু মই পঠোৱা দূতৰ দৰে কলা কোন? মোৰে সৈতে শান্তিৰে থকা লোকৰ দৰে অন্ধ কোন? যিহোৱাৰ দাসৰ দৰে অন্ধ কোন?
Who? [is] blind that except servant my and deaf like messenger my [whom] I will send who? [is] blind like [one] in a covenant and blind like [the] servant of Yahweh.
(You have seen *Q(K)*) many [things] and not you keep [them] they are open ears and not he listens.
Yahweh he was pleased for [the] sake of righteousness his he will make great [the] law so he may make [it] glorious.
22 ২২ কিন্তু এই লোকসকল ডকাইত আৰু লুট কৰি নিয়া লোক, তেওঁলোক সকলোৱেই গাতত ধৰা পৰিল, আৰু বন্দীশালত বন্দী কৰা হ’ল; তেওঁলোকক লুট কৰা হ’ল, কিন্তু তেওঁলোকক কোনেও উদ্ধাৰ কৰিব নোৱাৰে; আৰু কোনেও নকয় “ওভোটাই দিয়া” বুলি।
And it [is] a people despoiled and plundered they are trapped in holes all of them and in houses of imprisonment they are hidden they have become spoil and there not [is] a deliverer plunder and there not [is one who] says bring [it] back.
Who? among you will he give ear to this will he pay attention? and he may listen? to afterwards.
24 ২৪ কোনে যাকোবক লোট আৰু কোনে ইস্ৰায়েলক ডকাইতৰ হাতত সমৰ্পণ কৰিলে? যি জনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে আমি পাপ কৰিলোঁ, আৰু যিজনাৰ পথত লোকসকলে চলিবলৈ অমান্তি হ’ল, আৰু যিজনাৰ ব্যৱস্থালৈ লোকসকলে কাণ নিদিলে, সেই যিহোৱাই নহয় নে?
Who? has he given (to plunder *Q(K)*) Jacob and Israel to despoilers ¿ not [was it] Yahweh whom we have sinned to him and not they were willing in ways his to walk and not they listened to law his.
25 ২৫ সেই বাবে তেওঁ তাৰ ওপৰত নিজৰ ক্ৰোধাগ্নি আৰু যুদ্ধৰ প্ৰচণ্ডতা বৰষালে; তাতে সেয়ে চাৰিওফালে জ্বলি উঠিল, তথাপিও তেওঁলোকে উপলব্ধি নকৰিলে; সেয়ে তেওঁলোকক পুৰিলে, তথাপি তেওঁলোকে হৃদেয়েৰে গ্রহণ নকৰিলে।
And he poured out on it rage anger his and [the] fierceness of battle and it set ablaze it from round about and not it knew and it burned it and not it put [it] on heart.
